When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. I went back the same day, and they said the missing piece was not ready and asked me to come back for it on Monday. It seems like If I had not requested the piece, they would have never returned it. I returned on Tuesday and they did not have the piece ready yet. This cleaner advertises on the doors same day service and I waited 7 days to get my garment. They also advertise local washing and they do not wash on site.
