When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. Run from this place.

I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration

When I went to pick up my clothes, the employee was helpful enough to bring it out to my car. When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!

It came back very faded. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said she would tell the owner to check the machine. No offer of compensation cleaning. (They have a sign that states they are not responsible for fading.) The main lady that waits on me never smiles and has poor customer service training. She often speak so low I have to ask her to repeat herself. She is very helpful at the drive thru and never seems to mind, which is a plus. Sometimes I think the prices are a little high on some things, but they do a good job on most things, if you don't mind the sour disposition of the receptionist, I would recommend giving them a try. My husband's shirts have never been pressed and hung so beautifully.

They are currently replacing buttons on 4 on my shirts and I have a feeling that it will be a poor job with bad stitching and button mismatch. 5 shirts ruined 2 weeks!
