Went in to see about switching because my other carrier was too expensive, I explained this several…read moretimes, I was promised my bill would only be a certain amount, got promised promotional things and a new watch, free netflix, sounded great, spent two hours there to switch over, had to come back same day because what I bought extra hadn't been scanned and they couldn't take payment over the phone, ok fine... my bill pops into my app and it is WAY over what I was promised, so I went back for a THIRD time to ask what was going on, the person who helped was not the same one that signed me up, he was EXTREMELY rude, made me feel stupid for asking why my bill was wrong, not a nice person at all, but said I just needed to wait and not go by what the app said, go by the paper statement... what?... and that nothing had been applied and to just wait... ok... so it's getting close to my bill coming due and nothing has changed, so I get on TMobile chat on my app to see what's up and come to find out they LIED about my plan and my bill total! It WAS going to be 177 vs the 115 I was told initially and netflix wasn't free and a few of the promotional items weren't even there. Luckily the actual TMobile person on the chat was able to get my bill lowered, not to what I was promised but it was better than the 177, and added the promotional items and netflix and was WAY more knowledgeable than the two in the store. I am very pleased with TMobile's online customer service and I am very appreciative to the person that helped me on chat after I explained the nightmare this store created for me. I am extremely disappointed that I was lied to just to make a sale. I will probably switch back to my old carrier at the end of this contract and I will NEVER set foot in this store again. Not a good way to introduce a new customer. Go to an ACTUAL T-Mobile store, these guys are just an authorized dealer and do not have your best interests in mind! I wish I could give a negative star amount, but one star is the best I can do... buyer beware!
