The care is unprofessional, the staff hide in the back and you can hearing them talking and laughing the entire time while not taking any of the patients. We had an appointment in the morning and showed up 30 minutes ahead of time for another appointment that we had for the hospital. The appointed time for lab draws went past the scheduled check in time and we waited 14 more minutes; to no one calling us back. We ended up having to leave to make it to the hospital appointment, and Quest never messaged us back until an hour after the scheduled appointment saying to go back now. Unacceptable. No respect for appointment times and lazy incompetent staff hiding from work because there's a "tablet" in the front. Waited well over 45 minutes on standby because of the staff, to no appointments in the room. The "scheduled appointment" didn't go well at this location so we ended up finishing the Hospital appointment and coming into the waiting room to see if they would take us now. We get put in the "standby" list even though we had an appointment today and were waiting in the empty waiting room to no staff once more for prolonged time and no other patients but the staff clearly conversing in the back. The phlebotomists were actively trying to avoid the people coming in and would spend less than a second to call out for people who checked in and clearly left because of the lack of time management the staff have. This place is an absolute joke. Take any and all business elsewhere. This is not somewhere to go to for HEALTHCARE services. Their terrible service is a DELAY OF PATIENT CARE and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Fire the entire staff from 10/7/2025 and hire real healthcare professionals.

They completely shut down for lunch, even if the waiting room is full, and mornings move at a snail's pace until suddenly staff rush everyone through with loud, unfriendly commands like it's a county service line. If you're overbooked, why are kiosks still allowing people to sign in? If you're at capacity, why not communicate that upfront? It's basic customer service and public health. Having sick or fasting patients waiting this long without clear direction is not just inefficient -- it's inhumane. Someone needs to step up and actually supervise this location. Right now, it feels like no one is in charge, and the people coming in for care are the ones paying the price.

However, after well over an hour, my name remained "next in line" on the screen with no updates or explanation. When I finally approached one of the two staff members working, I was met with rudeness and indifference. I was told, "We really don't know, there are only two of us here." When I asked if they could at least confirm whether my insurance was accepted--since I'm new to this lab--they couldn't even check. This is not acceptable patient care. There was no communication, no sense of responsibility, and no basic customer service. If a lab cannot manage patient flow, provide information, or treat people respectfully, it should not be operating. To my great surprise my visit was exceptional, from beginning to end everything was smooth sailing. The staff was very friendly and the Physician Assistant was super nice and very pleasant. I really enjoyed my visit, which is a rarity. I had my book in had because I was prepared to be there for hours. My appointment was at 3 and I was done at 3:45. I also like the fact that they enforced mask wearing, if you don't have one with you they sale them for $1. *side note I used Waze to get here and it told me to turn on Hunts Lane and led me to the back of the parking lot, to the hall of records and told me I was there! (The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

Going through cancer treatment is incredibly difficult, but the team here made all the difference. Every nurse we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They didn't just treat her--they cared about her as a person and supported our whole family through such a hard time. The doctors were outstanding as well. A very special thank you to her oncologist, Dr. Kenni. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, reassuring, and truly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we always felt informed and supported. The level of care we experienced here was exceptional. We are so grateful to everyone at Loma Linda for the compassion and dedication they showed during such an important time in our lives.

My insurance considers this a preventive care so I didn't have to pay any co-pay. The technician adjusting me and taking the 3D X-rays was very friendly and nice to make sure I was comfortable while she took the X-rays. Mind you, this isn't a pleasant experience getting your breasts squeezed, but doing the preventative care is best for you. Get your yearly exam done! I highly recommend this facility to get your mammogram done.
