No hate to the doctors they are amazing but the overall staff needs some work. I'm really disappointed in the staff and the way they treat their customers, they have a lot and I get that sometimes it's tiring dealing with people everyday but at the end of the day they should definitely be treated better especially when they are a paying customers and aren't being a fuss. They need to work on their professionalism and I'm not the type to actually write out reviews but I'm extremely frustrated, they expect everything to be done fast and quick, they aren't even coronated at the fact that I asked for for pictures and references so they send me to someone and that person has no pictures then send me to someone completely different, just to be back at square one and them having the pictures in the first place. I would brush that off as well- mistakes happen but I can hear their annoyance in their voice when someone asks for help and they scoff when someone asks a question, of course people are going to have questions and of course people are going to have doubts. I had a co worker who had surgery by Dr Lagrasso and had such great results that I wanted to have my much needed TT/BLBA after weight loss surgery. So I went in blind. First coordinator quoted me $10,000 and took $500 deposit. I personally came and met with the surgeon. It is a small waiting room. I waited for hours. Leydis told me she'll be in touch once she reviews the consultation note for the next step. She disappeared. Weeks later I'm texting asking for a follow up. Nothing. Finally I called the main number and I'm transferred to a new coordinator. Liliet. The other person no longer works in coordination, she will be helping me. She let's me know the quote was wrong. Should be $12,000 BUT her manager was here and she'll talk to her and get back to me. New quote? $11,000 I told her sorry that's not what I was told and she said I'll get back to you. In comes Martha. She does the same dance and has the "manager" in the office that can help and cut the cost, but based on the note the new quote that I'm looking at will be higher. Nothing. Here comes Brenda. She was something else. She has mastered the art of passive aggressive behavior. I won't even go into details of how rude and impatient she can be. She did the same dance. "Your surgery is a $13,000 surgery" according to her!! But let me talk to the "manager" for a better deal. Brenda texted me a new quote of " $9000 including all accessories" She texted: I got you a better deal. I was happy! And the real mess started. I asked her to email me the invoice. And it shows $1,300 more, so when I asked her she said, that was because I wanted my breast done as well. I told her I always wanted my breast done. She said well its not recommended, because recovery will be too hard. I told her I was press for time and didn't know if I'll be able to come back in six months. She answered " well what do you want me to do with that? " I told her, it was my problem indeed. I called and asked for the manager. I'm told I HAVE to talk to my coordinator. Brenda gets on and said the "manager " left early but she'll call and added, the $10,300 quote was not going to change. Every time I called the manager was either gone for the day or off. I wrote in their Facebook messenger and included screenshots of all the invoices and text messages showing how I've been lied to. All the invoices showed that I was quoted for BL/BA so Brenda was lying when she claimed not knowing about it. Claudia the "manager" called me. She gives me a dry apology about my experience and yes although I was told $9000 in the text and she saw the screenshot, I will have to pay $10,300 PLUS 10% fee if I decided to use my Alpheon card. So they would collect an extra $750 of the $7,500 I was putting on the card and I still have to pay Alpheon interest directly?! Fine I said. I went did all my pre op tests and clearance letter from my physician. I texted her and asked if the surgeon reviewed them? And she replied he was in surgery. So I told her I'll pay my balance once we have a yes? Yes, she replied. I get a call that since my hemoglobin level was 11. 7 and not 12, I needed to come down and store blood pre surgery in case a transfusion was needed. That's the only way the surgeon will agree to my surgery. Cost? $550!!!! And that's when I was done. After all the coordinators, invoices, excuses and straight up lies, I was done. I called Claudia and told her since it's not safe to have the surgery, I was stepping back. She said well someone will call you about refunding your deposit. Yes, you've guessed it!!! 25 years working in Miami. Is the best and most experienced plastic surgery clinic in the city. And the results are amazing.

I had a breast augmentation done here. Although I am happy with my results, my office visits, recovery, and post-surgery appointments were disappointing. For one, no one in the office spoke english besides the actual surgeon. There were no translators either. They rushed through the paperwork I had to sign before surgery without explaining anything on the papers. The only time I ever talked to the doctor was for my consultation, he didn't show up to any of my post-op appointments. He told me I could only do 200-250cc, because of my small build. I had previous consultations with other doctors who said I could go up to 300cc but he told me I couldn't which was disappointing. I do like them, but I wish they were slightly bigger. Anyways, during consultation I asked if he could prescribe me a liquid painkiller post surgery because I don't like swallowing pills. He prescribed me Codeine. Post-surgery I was in A LOT of pain as soon as I woke up. I tried to tell the nurses and they only offered me 2 big pills, to which I told them I don't like swallowing pills and can they please crush them up. I don't think they understood me and they just said no and left me in pain. They sent me home with no pain medicine either, only a written prescription with Codeine. I was in extreme pain and had to call around to multiple CVS/Walgreens to find out that nowhere in Miami has Codeine because it is a controlled substance. It took hours for them to finally prescribe me something else, which was still only sold an hour away from Miami. I don't understand why they don't send their patients home with medicine like most doctor's offices.. The first day was terrible for me. After that, it was fine but I also just wish I was able to see my doctor again for the post-op appointments because I had more questions for him. read more

I live 5 hours away from Miami but decided to come to this specific clinic because of the good work I saw they've previously done on friends/family of mine and I don't regret it. The staff even tried to accommodate everything so I wouldn't have to come back as often to the clinic since I live so far, which was very considerate. Worst place in Miami to get surgery done. Lets start off the day my daughter came in for the pre surgery check up. They took HOURS to see her. 2 days later my daughter call to make sure everything was set for her surgery on Thursday and they told her she wasn't in the system. Then they rescheduled her for Saturday. Mind you the place closes at 2. She had it scheduled for 11am and it was supposed to be a 2 hour procedure. It's 5:30pm and I haven't heard anything from my daughter on how she was doing nor what was going on. I called more than 20 times to the office and they didn't answer. Called the coordinator and she really didn't do anything. I sent a message since I really am worried on what's going on with the procedure that I was about to call the police and figure out why they don't want to talk to me. Not even 10 mins after I sent the message they opened the front door ( I knocked multiple times) and she just said go to the back she's still in surgery looking very sketchy. Once we came to the back we saw a nurse throwing away medical dispose into the regular garbage (not allowed by the fda) then another nurse came out with gloves and she went into her car for about 20 mins and she did not change her gloves when she went in. This place is all over the place and clearly hiding something if they reacted so quickly to my text message about the police. Honestly still thinking about calling them because unless something went terribly wrong which they should Inform the family about the supposed 2 hour procedure shouldn't take 6-7 hours. First, I'd like to advice everyone who is thinking about making an appointment here or putting down a deposit, DON'T. This place is literally a scam. They hardly talk English and can barely have a proper professional conversation . I had to call several times before I finally got transferred to the "Finance-Billing-Refund-Compliance" department. (Do they not know which department handles what there...?) Some of the ladies who answered the phone did not even know who Claudia was, who apparently works in the refund department. I talked to Paula who gave me Claudias name a week ago. Every time I tried to get transferred to the Refund department - they repeatedly told me that the line was busy or that they were going off to lunch and that they would call me back every time . They also did not ask me to please hold and would rudely put me on hold without a notice. They have NO common sense of what Customer service is, from not stating their names or knowing what department to transfer me to or how to even help me get a refund. Once I got ahold of Claudia, after stating I wanted to remain on hold instead of waiting for a call back. Because the "callback" NEVER came after several attempts of calling and waiting for a call. Claudia FINALLY answered with just "Hi" and did not state her name, rather I had to ask her to state her name, I was wondering if I was even talking to Claudia or If I was being transferred in a circle again. Once she confirmed, I stated that I put a deposit Last year on a procedure that I was planning to have in the future, but wish to no longer have the procedure done. This clinic was playing phone tag since Day one and once I explained to Claudia what my situation was and how I've been impacted myself with Covid and loosing my job and expected them to understand. But Claudia did not understand, she made it difficult and told me she needed my whole creditcard number and expiration date- even though they had me on file with the creditcard I used saved. Claudia told me I had to call back once I had that information and to call the "Complaints Department" & I was like what?-confused that she did not know herself what department she worked in. Claudia also told me it was going to take an additional 30-60 days for a refund, per their policy- it doesn't take a bank that long to process transactions - But that did not make any sense because every business, including higher education institutions which is part of the nations largest debt amount, has been trying to make financial/expenses/refund exceptions for their customers because of the current economic climate due to covid. Claudia stated that she would call me AFTER 30 day's to get my card number from me . None of this made any sense and I've never had such a hard time getting a refund in my life, I have never been asked for my whole creditcard number for a refund. I decided to call my bank to get better customer service help and a refund since the clinic was not willing to help. Se cumplieron 2 meses y no me dan explicaciones sobre cuando devolverán el dinero, Mairelys muy amable para cobrarme y ya después resulta que no es del área encargada y no hay una línea directa, la recepcionista de atención general repite y repite como loro, que ya paso la información, que me devolverán la llamada y no lo hacen. Por mi parte ya notifiqué a la Comisión Federal de Comercio y otras entidades, es bueno que lean todos los comentarios e investiguen, en mi caso pague con dos tarjetas débitos, cuando me dijeron no te podemos operar hice disputa y uno de los bancos donde tengo cuenta pudo recuperar 2360, el otro banco no pudo recuperar 5000, me pedía un recibo de pago y ni eso me quisieron dar. want to warn all the girls out there about this doctor. Back in May, I decided to have breast augmentation but the doctor that I wanted was fully booked. He was the only dr with open availability, and I was persuade by coordinator that he was a good surgeon. For my pre-op, he had me wait 2 Hrs to speak to him, just to have the most unpleasant look on his face, and give me one word responses. I brushed it off as maybe he's tired from a long day, and I ask too many questions. I woke up to largest breast, I started to panic and cry, I did not want this. They brushed me off as I was under anesthesia and not the right state of mind. Two weeks after surgery, I got a bad infection, that required medical attention, because sutures weren't out in correctly. I also have stretch marks all over, and can feel the implant poking out. Fast forward, My breast touch my belly button I have 90 year old breast in a 24 year old body. I've been dealing with depression, anxiety, and have worn a man t-shirt for the last 8 months. I made a payment of 500$ towards my surgery with doctor Bormey and after speaking with him through the phone via video cámara he DENIED operating on me and told me I would a receive my full refund! Absolutely horrible customer service and it seems that they are all clueless. Once they get you to sign the financial agreements you are nothing to them. My wife has had a terrible time getting simple massages scheduled after her surgery phone call after phone call with nobody having a clue. Their answer is there is no room on the schedule for her. Well help she paid for the service so it is a money grab and that's it. Listen to the reviews on yelp and choose a different company for your needs.
