We were then told we had 45 minutes to choose from 2 other doctors that we never heard of before or cancel the surgery and get a refund. After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. If CG Cosmetics does not issue a full refund due to breach of contract the credit card company assures us that they will take legal action .

The only negative issue I experienced has nothing to do with the surgery itself. I went in for a consultation when there was a special going on. They told me I could have two additional areas done for free. I verbally agreed to do my thighs as well, and they told me they would include it in my package. So I believed that I was going to have my thighs done as well, even on the pre op day. He talks a lot, he listens what are your goals or priorities…read more He has a good reputation and everyday the waiting room is packed that made me wonder how he managed to see all those patients and do surgeries at the same time. The clinic staffs are very busy. Long waiting time in the waiting room even if you have a 9am appointment, you will be seen past 12noon based on experience. Post op nurses here are always on a rush, they also have earbuds on their ears talking spanish non stop and I cannot understand anything. Even if you're in excruciating pain they don't care, as soon as you wake up they want you in a wheelchair and get out even if you ate groggy. Its affordable here compared to different states that's why most people travel here because the amount you spend will be a quarter of what's for example in the Bay area. But expect you are just a number here. People go in and out and that's it. If you have a problem or complication, you are on your own. Its hard to communicate to the staff even if you are dying or what. Emergency room or PCP will not help you if you have a complication as well. Dr Kaufman is 5/5 but the clinic staffs is 1/5. They recently increased their prices and it takes couple of months to get a schedule.

STEP 1 - BOOKING: Was very easy, my procedure was $2,500 + the surgical bra which was $55. In total: $2,555.00 . To secure my booking I had to pay $255.50 and as of for me since the day I payed the booking fee -- Mia Aesthetics staff would call me every Monday to check up on my LAB work and clearance... There was definitely pressure but like when people are strict and are serious about their job it shows and I like it!!. STEP 2 - LAB WORK/Clearance: Mia Aesthetics staff were very patient with me and continuously gave me more time to submit LAB WORK/clearance. I am a very busy girl and could barely make it to most appointments but everything worked out perfectly and smooth. 10/10 LAB WORK/Clearance experience (Note: if you have insurance you'll pay $4.99 for all this paper work to be done, which is amazing!) +Bonus - DRUG USE/NICOTINE: Marijuana doesn't matter, at least not that much as it is the only drug not subject for cancellation. I still did quit: Alcohol, marijuana and nicotine use 2 months before my surgery... However if your job demands you to go outside to get water for yourself, food supplies etc... Then you know how hard it is to (not) find someone sparking up a cigarette or vaping everywhere you go. I would wear masks, take long paths JUST to not get second hand smoke, and required my husband, my sister and anyone around me to smoke outside of my house (not just outside my room) and wash their hands afterwards. STEP 3 - PREOP: Amazing pre-op experience! Took less then 30 minutes and I went by myself, all good They'll ask you to sign papers of approval, then direct you to a room where they'll: check you BMI, check your weight/height, ask you how long ago you quit any substances and will be taking your before pictures! STEP 4 - SURGERY DAY: (Note: I coudn't eat or drink anything for 8 hours before the surgery which was the hardest part as I am addicted to drinking water every second... They did provide Gatorade after waking up.) I came in and they asked me to sign some more papers, my surgery was scheduled for 6AM but I was asked to come in at 5AM. I live here in Miami so the commute was splendid. So yeah they asked me to sign some papers, in less than 10 minutes things got REAL... they directed me to a room where they tested me for nicotine, drugs and other things... (Which by the way they'll only test you for nicotine if you have complications if not they won't... If I knew that I would've saved myself the dirty looks of people when I held my breath around them just because they were smoking and I was scared my test was gonna come up positive because of second hand smoke)... Anyways the medical assistant was nice she was very helpful and accommodating, gave me the princess treatment and then the doctor came we discussed sizes and medications... Then the anesthesiologist came by and we talked about if I had any allergies, etc. I wanted to hug her afterwards 'cause she is truly amazing (I can't really remember names, I can barely remember my family bdays) but she was brunette AND also I was so so cold due to the anesthesia so I wasn't gonna do all of that just to hug her, but she was that great and motherly that I was hurting from my breasts and I was still thinking "omg give me a hug you're so nice" SHE WILL HAVE YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AND OPEN THEN BOOM... Big boobs! ... They then carried me through the back and my sister was ready to pick me up (I came out at 8AM... They whole process probably took 2 hours. I then opted to change surgeons because I thought I really wanted the implants due to wanting larger fuller breasts. I was then assigned Dr. Giorgis. I flew out to Miami to have my procedure and had my pre op appointment the day before which went good. Then the morning of the surgery is when I had finally got to meet the Dr and discuss my implant sizing. We went with a 400cc saline implants with an anchor incision. I was shaken awake and rushed out the door, shaking from the anesthesia. We went to pick up my meds, were given a hard time before MIA had misspelled my last name, had to show my ID and they had to call to verify with MIA. The next day I went in for my post op check up and was okay with my results but they looked odd. Dr. G assured me that they would settle and fluff. By Oct 2025 my breast had "fluffed" but they began to drift more towards my armpit area. The top fullness I wanted wasn't there. Now 14.5 months later, I have major implant malpositioning. They're drifting apart, the left one is visibly lower than the other, they pop out of the breast pocket and create a tubular appearance and it's pretty uncomfortable. I reached out to the office via email with no response. I'm now most likely facing another surgery to have them either adjusted and or removed all to together. After spending $6,000 on the procedure and $3,500 on flights, hotels and other expenses for this procedure I'm very unhappy with the experience. I would not recommend MIA to anyone. Please do your research.

Some of the girls are very nice while some aren't. anyway when I finally reached in Florida and went to the location. They have a nice facility. we did our preop, including making final payments and urine test and to make sure that you have a pick up person. That went smoothly. Still havent seen the doctor until day of surgery. On the day of surgery, they got me in my scrub and that's when I saw doctor Dress, he was pleasant but brief. He marked me up and next I was wheeeled off to surgery. I was knocked out by the anesthesia so I didn't get to see dr dress again. anyway I woke up in excruciating pain and was freezing cold. I cried out in pain but the nurse Didn't even addressed my needs. They just wheeled me out of the area quickly to get rid of me. My pick up person took me home and I took some pain pills that I brought with me and went straight to sleep. After few hours the pain subsided a little but I managed. I ate some chicken soup and went right back to sleep. The next day I took a bath. it's hard to give an update on the result because I have a lot of swelling but I do see a huge difference in my body. I am pleased so far with the results and so does my daughter and niece. They also like their results. I did not feel I was given a reasonable opportunity to fully understand the terms or the possibility of a surgeon substitution before committing financially. The identity and qualifications of the surgeon were a major factor in my decision to proceed. Learning about the change after the fact significantly damaged my trust and confidence in the process. When patients are making important medical decisions, transparency and clear communication should be a priority. Based on my experience, I felt pressured during the intake process and disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding a change that directly affected my decision. As a result, I chose not to move forward with treatment and requested a refund of my deposit. Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. I will continue to reach out, so whatever it takes to get my money back and let others know of how this was handled. Another lady had used Vixen as well with a different surgeon. She is convinced she is "botched" and they have "ghost surgeons" practicing along with the expected surgeon.
