I kept getting my breasts botched out here, so much so that I became desperate and explanted my implants. I was on the hunt for two years to find the perfect doctor and I feel really lucky to have finally found Dr. Wegerif. During the consultation, he was beyond compassionate. He listened and even joked around when I needed a good joke. He sat in the room with me for too long and never rushed me. He made it seem like he wanted to be there and answer every single one of my repetitive questions. Now...why is this team different? You have no idea. This team blew my mind and I'm not sure if it's just because I'm used to snotty LA doctors but this team brought me to tears. They left me in awe. I flew in the night/morning of my consultation so I was beat and to be real, kind of over it. I had a mini breakdown in the consultation room and even panicked to consider canceling the procedure altogether. I was scared and to be honest felt a little doomed. Hubo algunos exámenes que decidí hacerme en Miami (yo viajé desde California). Solo 1 de los exámenes me mandaron a hacerlo en un lugar diferente, pero no tuve ningún problema con eso. Enero 8: me pidieron que llegara a las 9 am, estuve allí todo el día, salí a las 4 pm . Seré honesta, fue cansado pero no me arrepiento. Ese día llené y firmé muchos documentos (completamente comprensible) creo que estuve más de 1 hora llenando documentos (cada cirugía implica más papeles por firmar). También conocí a mi doctor, respondió absolutamente todas mis preguntas, fue muy detallado en conocer exactamente los resultados que yo quería tener. Ví a mi doctor al rededor de 5 veces más cuando estaba en mis masajes post-op. Enero 9: me pidieron llegar a las 10 am, me pidieron guardar mi celular a la 1:30 pm, creo que la cirugía fue a las 3 pm (no puedo estar segura porque no tenía forma de saberlo), no sé a qué hora salí de cirugía pero desperté a las 6 pm aprox y me entregaron con mi acompañante a las 6:30 pm. Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. This is my experience only! I can not even believe most reviews on here as for my experience this place should AT LEAST have 4.5 stars. But I am not invalidating those really bad reviews, I just couldn't, nor can't relate my experience was soo good I'm writing this 5 hours after I came back home. (Also this is my first surgery so I am ignorant to better experiences... This is the only one known to me thus far, and it was very very good.) STEP 1 - BOOKING: Was very easy, my procedure was $2,500 + the surgical bra which was $55. In total: $2,555.00 . To secure my booking I had to pay $255.50 and as of for me since the day I payed the booking fee -- Mia Aesthetics staff would call me every Monday to check up on my LAB work and clearance... There was definitely pressure but like when people are strict and are serious about their job it shows and I like it!!. STEP 2 - LAB WORK/Clearance: Mia Aesthetics staff were very patient with me and continuously gave me more time to submit LAB WORK/clearance. I am a very busy girl and could barely make it to most appointments but everything worked out perfectly and smooth. 10/10 LAB WORK/Clearance experience (Note: if you have insurance you'll pay $4.99 for all this paper work to be done, which is amazing!) +Bonus - DRUG USE/NICOTINE: Marijuana doesn't matter, at least not that much as it is the only drug not subject for cancellation. I still did quit: Alcohol, marijuana and nicotine use 2 months before my surgery... However if your job demands you to go outside to get water for yourself, food supplies etc... Then you know how hard it is to (not) find someone sparking up a cigarette or vaping everywhere you go. I would wear masks, take long paths JUST to not get second hand smoke, and required my husband, my sister and anyone around me to smoke outside of my house (not just outside my room) and wash their hands afterwards. STEP 3 - PREOP: Amazing pre-op experience! Took less then 30 minutes and I went by myself, all good They'll ask you to sign papers of approval, then direct you to a room where they'll: check you BMI, check your weight/height, ask you how long ago you quit any substances and will be taking your before pictures! STEP 4 - SURGERY DAY: (Note: I coudn't eat or drink anything for 8 hours before the surgery which was the hardest part as I am addicted to drinking water every second... They did provide Gatorade after waking up.) I came in and they asked me to sign some more papers, my surgery was scheduled for 6AM but I was asked to come in at 5AM. I live here in Miami so the commute was splendid. So yeah they asked me to sign some papers, in less than 10 minutes things got REAL... they directed me to a room where they tested me for nicotine, drugs and other things... (Which by the way they'll only test you for nicotine if you have complications if not they won't... If I knew that I would've saved myself the dirty looks of people when I held my breath around them just because they were smoking and I was scared my test was gonna come up positive because of second hand smoke)... Anyways the medical assistant was nice she was very helpful and accommodating, gave me the princess treatment and then the doctor came we discussed sizes and medications... Then the anesthesiologist came by and we talked about if I had any allergies, etc. I wanted to hug her afterwards 'cause she is truly amazing (I can't really remember names, I can barely remember my family bdays) but she was brunette AND also I was so so cold due to the anesthesia so I wasn't gonna do all of that just to hug her, but she was that great and motherly that I was hurting from my breasts and I was still thinking "omg give me a hug you're so nice" SHE WILL HAVE YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AND OPEN THEN BOOM... Big boobs! ... They then carried me through the back and my sister was ready to pick me up (I came out at 8AM... They whole process probably took 2 hours. To come: STEP 5 - POSTOP: I am having my pre-op tomorrow at 9AM then on Monday at the same time so this review isn't done yet! I disclosed my medical history to them, they let me waste money and pay for labs and other test along with my doctors clearance only not to honor the clearance. They sent me an email saying I was cleared then basically took the clearance back. I'm filing a law suit because the policy says nothing about non-refundable if they cancel on me. Why pay for their negligence in reviewing my file previously. They said administrative fees. However, I submitted documents on Sunday when they sent them to me and by Tuesday I was approved then denied. So 2 days of sending me an email means no refund is a joke.

So on March 24th 2026 we arrived in Miami for my wife's pre-op check in , we were made to wait 3…read morehours before we were asked to come to a back room where we were told that Dr Loessin had just resigned that morning and that he would not be performing my wife's surgery. We were then told we had 45 minutes to choose from 2 other doctors that we never heard of before or cancel the surgery and get a refund. After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. If CG Cosmetics does not issue a full refund due to breach of contract the credit card company assures us that they will take legal action .

The clinic staffs are very busy. Long waiting time in the waiting room even if you have a 9am appointment, you will be seen past 12noon based on experience. Post op nurses here are always on a rush, they also have earbuds on their ears talking spanish non stop and I cannot understand anything. Even if you're in excruciating pain they don't care, as soon as you wake up they want you in a wheelchair and get out even if you ate groggy. Its affordable here compared to different states that's why most people travel here because the amount you spend will be a quarter of what's for example in the Bay area. But expect you are just a number here. People go in and out and that's it. If you have a problem or complication, you are on your own. Its hard to communicate to the staff even if you are dying or what. Emergency room or PCP will not help you if you have a complication as well. Dr Kaufman is 5/5 but the clinic staffs is 1/5. They recently increased their prices and it takes couple of months to get a schedule.

He drilled a hole in my septum that makes it more difficult for me to breathe and quite frankly has ruined my life. I would not recommend plastic surgery to anyone what it is simply is body dysmorphic disorder that if you get good family support and a good therapist in 3-6 months I'm sure you won't want it at all. These surgeons take a scalpel to a mental health problems simply put. My Father was a doctor and assisted in some plastic surgery procedures at Baptist hospital and what some doctors do during procedures would shock anyone. Stay far away from plastic surgery but most of all this person. I honestly could care less if he sues me. I hope this helps a person not end up in the same situation I'm in currently.
