Screening was done prior to the appointment. Facemask and gloves used. The place was clean, sanitary, and organized. I was also reassured that blades were used strictly for one person and disposed thereafter. I have to apologize because I forgot her name but she did an amazing job with my thinning and dull eyebrows!! She truly listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. She's also the only one who noticed my uneven eyebrows and explained her plans to fix this concern. A numbing agent was used liberally so I did not feel a thing!! Even when it started to wear off; and believe me, I have low pain tolerance. As someone who is a perfectionist, I loved that she used a tool to ensure perfectly even brows.
