I corrected her stating I asked for a cut as well. She replied with "I do t have time to cut your hair". So I got up to leave. I was putting on my coat and the receptionist asked if something was wrong, so I told her. She admitted to making the mistake. First off, there was barely an apology from the stylist and receptionist. Second, I have short hair so it would NOT have taken a long time to cut my hair to begin with. Third, this was my first time at this salon. Not one person offered any solution. I was able to walk in somewhere else. I got a wash, cut and style within 30 minute. I definitely do NOT recommend Flair due to their unprofessionalism.

BUYER BEWARE! After more than $4000 and 19 hours of treatment I got -non-zero-not any -results. The technician said "well I did talk about visceral fat and not being able to affect that. Have you considered surgery?" If I had considered surgery I would have had surgery. And yes, you did mention the visceral fat issue so that lets you off the hook for non-results. The experience was also less that optimal You change clothing in the treatment room. The room is cluttered with 'stuff' all over, there is only a chair to sit on, no curtain for any privacy, nor any lockers, cubbies or anywhere to put your clothing or belongings. I am pretty sure the treatment chair/table is not sanitized between clientele because everything is sticky. Even the clock in the room does not work. You are not told to bring any treatment distractions-fortunately I brought a book- nor are any distractions provided, no TV, no headphones, no tablet. You just lie on the treatment table for however many hours that treatment session takes. When your treatment is finished, you get redressed in the treatment room. Some wet wipes are provided to help remove some of the residue. Again, no privacy. you need to go home immediately to shower and wash your clothes. You are sticky from shoulders to knees, you are marked up with magic marker and look like a meat picture from the butcher, and your clothes are a mess from your stickiness. Definitely not worth the money or time.

I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services. Courtney clearly took to heart everything I'd offered as feedback in my first review, and during my microdermaplaning, lash lift, and lash tint (yes, an actual tint this time) she made sure that my services were impeccable. She gave me a big hug when I got there and was so appreciative of me coming back in. And I'm so happy with my lashes and my skin, I look ten years younger in just a couple of hours. Apparently there were some major bumps in the road with her business partner during my first services, and now she's gone and Courtney is making things right.
