Been here twice both times I had horrible experiences. Bartender during the day is trashed both times I've been there. Bending over asking patrons "if they can see her a$$hole " Food comes out cold and not what you order. When you can get the drunk bartenders attention she tells you I'm wrong. Great food, just bring earplugs to drown out the LOUD MUSIC. Of course everyone has to yell, scream to talk above the music.

Everything, had a great time with my oldest son... We had a great time, talking and reminiscing. I'll certainly be back there again soon.

Last night was my first night back since MDP nixed smoking inside. I'm not sure if that was a personal choice on behalf of the owners, or something the city/county mandated.. but standing outside in the cold, pouring rain huddled with a dozen other smokers under the small overhang really sucked. What used to make MDP stand out was that they DID still allow smoking inside.. but now they're just like any other smoke-free establishment in town. I know many customers who continually patronized here specifically because they DID still allow smoking indoors, this including myself. Now, folks can go literally anywhere else because u can get the same smoke-free bar experience at any one of the other 20 bars in the area. If MDP still wants to cater to the smoking crowd, might I suggest some sort of roof extension or canopy to (at the very least) cover the area of ur patio? Get some heat lamps, something out there to make it more smoker-friendly? I can go stand outside in the cold anywhere else, but that might make the difference next time one steps out for an evening. Can't say it was a mistake because again, I don't know if it was a personal choice or something enforced.. but it definitely sucks now. Drinks are good and prices are fair. They usually have a good amount of people there. The karaoke person does a really good job at letting everyone sing. They have Securtity there. You must bring your i.d. no matter how old you are. read more

I really like the food. The loaded french fries are good. The burgers too. However, they allow smoking in the restaurant/bar. I can't even breath when I walk in there. I order to go only, but after the last visit, I won't go back again. read more

Fantastic bar. Came here last night after visiting a few other local bars. Great crowd. Music was perfectly loud. We liked it so much we came back the next morning at noon when they opened due to it being Thanksgiving. They had a traditional thanksgiving meal for $9.95. So good. read more

I'm a regular that comes in often. I quit smoking about 4 months ago, so that gets a bit overwhelming sometimes.

We went here with some friends for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Of course I forgot to take a picture of my food! It is one of the only places around that is still smoking (which I don't but I was with 3 people who did so they were happy). I liked the relaxed vibe. The service was a little slow but the staff was sweet and they were a little busy so we were understanding but the food was hot and good so that made up for it. Will return. Wanna try the lunch next time! read more

Disappointed... Drinks were great, food was ok BUT being asked to move tables to accommodate other people and sit with strangers... unacceptable. Seating was limited and awkward, drinks were watered down, and the music selection was at best something your mom would listen to on her way to work on the radio. Pricey watered down drinks and an older crowd is what you'll get at this place. Atmosphere was dry and people were less than friendly .... F this place to say the least.
