All the drinks are handmade, everything from the mixers to some of the liquors are made in-house. Each drink has 2 ounces of liquor in it, yet you will only pay $6-12 for a custom drink. One of my favorites here is the Whisky Slushie, it's no longer on the menu but you can request one! There are drink specials each night as well. The owner, Jamie, can always be found behind the bar mixing and serving up drinks. This place gets PACKED on a weekend night after 9pm, usually it is standing room only at that point. Since the venue is small but the place is popular, go expecting to stand but with a good chance of snagging a chair or booth as people leave. There is not much room for large crowds. It's definitely an intimate, cozy setting with good tunes, the best mixed drinks in town, and fun people. Food! Yes, the do serve this too. They have a great bibimbap bowl and a few other selections. If you just want some snacks, I highly suggest their hummus and pita plate or their chips and dip. Homemade and delicious!

The Nashville Hot was decent but lacked a good punch of heat. Needs more heat to make it good. Homemade tots and ranch were a nice side. The chorizo omelette was very good. The cheesy hash browns were outstanding. Believe it or not, my favorite so far was the pancake I had as a side with the omelette. It was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. So good! Got a table right off in the bar section. Our waitress was there taking our drink order with in minutes. We had their margaritas which were very good and packed a punch. We then ordered their Fish Basket and I had their special of the day Perch with green beans and baked potato. Our order was out within 10 minutes so we ordered an other round of margaritas and dug in to our meals. My perch were excellent and the baked potato had so much flavor I eat it skin and all. The green beans were a little chewy but the flavor was extremely good. My wife's Fish basket came with a mountain of fries and 3 good size portions of white fish that were very flavorful. Our waitress was very professional and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bill came to just over $50. Not bad at all for what we enjoyed. We will be back for sure.

So we took a trek to Amish country and stopped in for a stogie. I've been to cigar bars all over the US and this place stands toe-to-toe with the best spots I've visited. Upon entry we were greeted by the proprietor, Stacy, who told us about the menu, layout and humidor. And speaking of the owner... He stopped by my section no less than 5 times in a ~3 hour period just to ensure we were having a good time. The service here is excellent; heck even the bartender (Grasshopper) came by to say hello when it was slow. I just love the personal attention, because you come away feeling they legitimately care if I have a good time. They have a wall of whiskey, so if there's a bourbon you want, they'll probably have it. Slow Burn also has a legit cigar selection, and the owner mentioned it's growing. I called that out because apparently the place is less than a year old, but it operated like a well oiled machine. Nothing I sampled felt unreasonably priced. And even tho it's a hike from where I live...I will absolutely return in the future.
