I am new to the west valley and overall this doctors office meets my expectations. I am surprised…read moreto see that they accept "walk-in appointments". Once care is established getting into see the doctor does not involve a long wait. The patient rooms are clean and up to the modern age for technology. I went to see Dr. Martin for my annual check up and she is great. I was pleased with a high level of patient care from her. Also, she is conscious of what costs are beneficial for her patients (like generic drugs v.s. outrageous name brands). As far as follow up from staff I have not really had an issue. I did call once and I did not get a call back (I was sick and on a cancellation list). I did call back and was scheduled and seen in a prompt and professional manner. This was after establishing care and getting into the system. So in conclusion, if you want a decent no bull medical office go here. If you just walk in expect a wait. If you want to have some kind of hand held small town experience go elsewhere.

Last Monday (9/10), I called my doctors' office to ask for a prescription to be refilled (that I…read morehave been on since 2002 for seizures and restless leg syndrome) called Clonazepam. I was told that the script would be called in to Walgreen's. It wasn't. On Tuesday, Kylie, my daughter, went in to the office to drop off an update d Power of Atty and Living Will (for an upcoming surgery) and asked about the prescription, and was told that it would be called in to the pharmacy that afternoon. It wasn't. I called again on Wednesday, now three days without the pill, only to be told that it would be called in, and again, it wasn't. On Thursday, I was told that the pharmacy had to send over a fax request to have the script filled and that the doctor would not be back in the office till this Monday, which means I would be without the med for a total of 7 (SEVEN) days! I was then put on the phone with a man claiming to be the office manager who told me that the message (which I have never heard, because if you are placed on hold, 623.298.4642, there is no message, just dead silence) would tell you that your pharmacy must send in a fax request...NOT! He refused to listen to my story even telling me that it was my fault and that he didn't care that I used to be a nurse and that he didn't care who screwed up that it was my fault. He yelled at me, wouldn't let me speak and told me that there was nothing he could do. Consequently, last night, I had a grand mal seizure that could have killed me. Google Clonazepam, and look up what happens when you suddenly stop taking this drug after so many years. I have complained to AHCCCS and will complain to Dr. Jeanette Cruz, of Estrella Family Medical the next time I see her. LAWSUIT? POSSIBLY. You don't have to put up with the bull. I could have been told on Monday to have the script request faxed, and problem would have been solved. My daughter could have been told that on Tuesday or handed a script when she was there, but no. At no time were we told...This office dropped the ball, but it's my fault... I COULD HAVE DIED. I WANT HEADS TO ROLL AND PEOPLE FIRED. AM I MAD, DAMN RIGHT I AM MAD. I HAVE KIDS TO RAISE AND A LIFE TO LIVE. JUST BECAUSE SOME OFFICES REQUIRE A PHARMACY TO SEND A SCRIPT REQUEST, DOESN'T MEAN THEY ALL DO, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE!! ~~ I got a certified letter today, 9/20, telling me that I have been fired. That tells me that this office can't admit to their mistakes and that I am glad that as of October, I am glad I am no longer their patient. I have alerted AHCCCS, the Arizona Medical Review Board and will be filing a Medical Malpractice Lawsuit as well.~~

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Pramhus. He's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. it's also so nice…read morethey have a lab attached so you can get your blood work done quickly. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Joyce who helped me get an earlier appointment on short notice and also Dr. Pramhus' MA, Brisa who went above and beyond to help me with my nightmare insurance company. Thank you for everything you do.

Victoria(Nurse)I understand being in a crazy building where things are constantly going. However,…read morebed side manner is a thing. I was passing a kidney stone and was trying to get comfortable on the bed(while watching my IV obviously not close enough). You then come in 15 mins later(because someone informed you I was just letting it chill out of my arm until someone got the chance to come back. You didn't give me any button and I wasn't going to scream I was in pain.)I wasn't pushing nobody away from their duties. You then throw open the blinds "Why would you pull out the IV" I said I'm so sorry I didn't do it on purpose". You instantly with even more attitude say "I had a patient having a heart attack and you pull me to put the IV back in your arm cause you ripped it out." I said "I'm sorry I didn't mean to do it on purpose." You then walk out and slam the curtains again damn aggressive. I apologized to all the nurses if I was rude that I was in pain and just kept apologizing. Not once did that you come back in to apologize. I want you to have some bedside manner or apologize cause that was a lot! We will be filing further if you can't apologize and be a respectful adult. I didn't do anything on purpose. Mistakes happen. I'll be in back soon. We all have bad days that why I apologized! Trying to make this a direct message to her. Exactly what happened. Victoria was extremely rude, I've never once experienced that. If she was having a bad day, I get it. However I don't believe it takes 4+ hours to realize. Jessica the nurse was amazing I could tell she was a little frustrated but she still remained sweet and I continued to apologize. Due to me feeling bad for crying and being wiggly.

They keep pretty closely to the scheduled visit time. I did not, however, get a doctor for the first 3 years after starting my initial yearly visits but a PA instead. I was not particularly happy about that but the PA did a good exam. I have never met Doctor Singh but in 2024, I was examined by a doctor. He did a thorough exam. I should also mention that I have consulted with them via zoom app; the link was forwarded to me by AFC because I had a cold and was not able to go to the office. This year, 2026, I started seeing Doctor B. I like him. He is professional, friendly and took the time to listen to me. The front desk girl is also professional, polite and patient. Qualities you really need working the front desk. The office is always clean and tidy as well as the exam rooms. I go to All Family Care for my general health check ups. I will continue to go to All Family Care and would recommend it as well.

I was told they charged me incorrectly and I owe $500+ from my visit in September 2025! I told them I would not have agreed to that cost since I'm self pay and cannot afford it. They said it doesn't matter and they are sending the bill to the lab for them to bill me if I don't pay them! Beware the staff also matters when choosing a doctor. Incompetent.

We tried a couple…read moreother doctors at the same office, but were not happy with any of them, so we tried another office closer to home, but again were not really happy with any of the doctors we found. When my wife wanted to a yearly exam, we realized that there was a Dr. office in the building just down the road, which also houses an ER, and we thought it would be worth checking since it was so close. Not really sure which doctor was her best option, we chose Dr. Pramhus, and boy, were we happy we did. He has a terrific 'bedside manner', seems very knowledgeable, and just seems like a really great guy. When my wife would go in for an issue, he was willing to stick around and discuss other questions, etc.. He also responds very quickly through the online portal, and has even called us directly in response to questions we post online. We liked him so much that I have even decided to make him my PCP as well. We're very happy with him.

The day before our appt they called and said that since we had Optim as part of our medicare/HealthNet insurance that the NP (Kirstin Blackshear) couldn't see us because Optim wouldn't ok any tests or pay anything on what she ordered. I have worked beside and had many NP's as my PCP. NP's work under a doctor's license and they certainly can order tests and the like. The insurance company obviously has a problem with her. My insurance card had Dr. Pramus as my PCP. They refused to let us see her and told me that they could schedule us for an end end of July appt with Dr. Pramhus. So we would have to wait another 2 weeks for an appt. We are both diabetics and I have A-fib. I explained this to the receptionist. I didn't get any sort of understanding or sympathy. No apology. Nothing. Obviously we are going to have to find yet another doctor and wait probably, another couple of months. While I can't speak of the care you would receive, since they wouldn't see us, I certainly don't think their front office is at all capable. Might want to think twice before seeing them.

When we arrived, they charged us for an office visit just to take his vitals....nothing else could be done because he wasn't fasting. We had to reschedule and pay for a second visit, something that could have been completely avoided if the receptionist had given basic instructions during scheduling. When his bloodwork results came in, nobody contacted us. We had to call the office ourselves only to be told his vitamin D was low and that a prescription would be sent to his pharmacy. Weeks went by and the pharmacy had no record of anything being called in--in fact, he didn't even have an account there because the office never sent the prescription in the first place. When I reached out to the doctor, she told us to "just buy it over the counter because most insurances don't cover it." Insurance was never the issue!!! We simply wanted the prescription that THEY told us they were sending. When I asked what dosage is needed to take and what exactly to buy OTC, I received no response at all. This office lacks communication, organization, and basic patient care. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values your time, money, and health.

I'll definitely be coming back because of the doctor's care. That said, my experience with the medical assistant was very disappointing. They removed my EKG stickers abruptly without giving me any warning, which was quite painful. At one point, the exam room door was left open while I was undressed, which made me feel very exposed in front of other staff. During the blood draw, my arm was rested on the footrest of the exam bed, which did not feel sanitary at all. I think this office could benefit from better training for their medical assistants on professionalism, patient comfort, and privacy. I'll return because I really trust the doctor, but I'll definitely be requesting a different medical assistant next time.
