The first time I went here, they gave me $20 for getting a physical cash. The people there are friendly. Also, I got my blood drawn for Testing and I could not even feel the needle go in. The care quality is exceptional. The office experience is exceptional. The wait time was short and they got me in right away. If you call to get an appointment, they will get you in next day or same day. They are a full service doctor location to go to for any service needed. They do everything there. They are not just a simple urgent care. There are full on medical staff and ready to go for anything you have to help you. I was going to add along to Healthcare on Main Street and it was gonna take them weeks to get me in every single time I go there's no parking and the weight is terrible. They will find any possible way to charge you and they're getting remarkably creative about it. You will be charged just for filling out the intake paperwork, so do yourself a favor and decline it. Without a single discussion, they'll start running tests like 12-lead ECGs and urinalyses, only for you to discover later that you've been billed for every single one. There is zero informed consent for these tests, just a constant stream of surprise charges. Oh! They will also charge you for them being open late or on weekends. Even if you are seen during a weekday at 2pm, you pay their "convenience fee." Their business model is transparently predatory. Even routine prescriptions are a setup they'll give you one refill or none at all, forcing you back in for unnecessary "follow-up exams" just to renew essential medications. I watched an elderly man plead for his cardiac meds, only to be told he needed a full exam despite being seen four weeks prior. It was heartbreaking and infuriating. To make matters worse, I was offered to have my "annual exam fee waived" if I left them a 5-star review, which is not only dishonest but potentially illegal (quid pro quo). While waiting for an appointment at MY DR NOW, a man entered asking if they could provide stitches for his co-worker who had fallen and gashed his arm. They said we'll have to see it first. So he retrieved his friend who had blood streaming down his arm. They kept him at the front desk for several minutes while they took his demographic info. All the while he's bleeding holding a small paper napkin which was already saturated with blood. Once they had his info they told him to take a seat. No offer of a towel or anything to contain the blood. It was suggested by another customer that they do something to contain the blood. After several minutes a staff member came into the waiting room with disinfectant wipes and dabbed at two blood spots on the floor she could see while the patient sat across the waiting room STILL BLEEDING WITH HIS LITTLE NAPKIN. They finally bumped a patient who was already in the back and sent the bleeder in the back. I was there several more minutes and at no time did they attempt to check or clean the area where he was sitting and bleeding. Are there ANY TRAINED STAFF THERE AWARE OF UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS? HIV? Just had my first visit here. The staff was nice. I did have to wait a little bit. But when don't you have to wait in the doctors office, came in at 5:45pm and was out at 7pm. The nurses were really nice. I was in a lot of pain and they were very patient and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Victoria was the one that helped me and she was very nice. Gave me medication to help relieve my pain right away. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I wasn't overcharged for things that were not necessary. read more

Then they told me I had a baby or it was dead or an ectopic pregnancy then they did not order the right blood test and said it's take 5-7days for results because they didn't put it in stat! They double book patients all the time and they also take walk-ins. You could be waiting for about two hours or more in this office. They also called call people for an event and then act like they have no association with the event people that are at their location when it's their call center that is scheduling the appointments People aren't asking for these appointments. They are called calling people and yet they make people wait. They don't tell people what to expect. They don't tell you to arrive early. They don't tell you that it's gonna take longer. They actually lie and say it's gonna be fast. Nobody knows what's going on here between the call center scheduling appointments and the people that actually work in the offices. Was in serious pain, actual emergency, and as a young adult I wasn't sure what to do. Now it may be obvious I should've gone to the ER, but as someone who's never been in a situation like this, I just went to the closest doctor. Waited 40 minutes literally screaming in pain not knowing what was going on while receptionists laughed at whatever jokes they were making amongst themselves, showing no urgency to the the tiny woman moaning in pain like she's giving birth. Finally got a doctor who re-gathered information given to the receptionists 40 minutes earlier, who then got us to a REAL doctor who was apparently pissed he had to go to work that day, acting upset that he had to deal with another human or something who was in pain. After 20 minutes of messing around with papers after taking a pee test, he explains that I look in distress and should've gone to urgent care. Great. I spoke with receptionist and she stated she didn't know what provider I was seeing. WTF. This is supposed to be a medical practice, but it's a circus.....A 3 ring circus. Once in the back after an hour and a half, the CMA who was taking vitals put incorrect information about my meds in my chart. When I finally saw the provider, it took her 15 minutes to fix the mess. Wow!!! This place is awesome I went in to check my wrist/ blood pressure. FIRST OF ALL we were in December playing hocus pocus which alone sold me. Then I went to the back and felt they were trying to identify every issue. SECOND OF ALL MY DOCTOR CAME IN AND WAS full of life Marissa had such great energy - she was the first doctor to ever look me in the eye and say my weight wasn't the problem for all of these issues. She said sure being thinner would be better but it's not THE REASON thank you QUEEN. She made me laugh and tear up alittle because of how uplifting she was. They plan of setting me up with one other doctor and a nutritionist (because i asked) and before i left they took my blood to see if i had any other issues. I went in after my boss became concerned of my persistent headaches from a previous head injury. I saw Dr. Abraham Sayegh who thoroughly examined my neurologically and recommended an MRI. He had the call center call me on Friday at 4 pm to tell me the results, despite the fact that I had an appointment the following week. It provided me so much relief. I went in for my follow up today and again was thrilled with Dr. Sayegh, as well as all of the staff that assisted me. Everyone is so friendly and personable, it was refreshing to see and I'm grateful to have gone to their office for my treatment. I am writing out of total frustration!! I live in Alaska and needed an EKG and bloodwork and could only find My Dr Now as one place where I could get everything done. It never occured to me that there would be such a delay getting the results to my dr at the Ak Heart Insitute...i take sotalol which I must take twice a day to control atril fib. It has been two weeks since I completed the tests and i was not informed that it would not be sent to my doctor immediately...now two weeks later I still don't have my medication...what a disappointment...I can not get a refill without that prescription for 90 days and I can never get an automatic refill...I must have the tests every 90 days ..it is never an automatic refill so i had to beg for a few pills to get me thru until the Rx is sent to Walgreens...but, at this point I have no assurance the process is being completed... I have been a patient at Mr. Dr now for over a year and it has been a positive experience, totally exceeding my expectations. Every single Dr. I saw has helped find answers to help my condition. Always on time with sending prescriptions or referrals. They don't slack ! lol Flexible same day or next day appointments, very professional, friendly Dr.s and office staff! I have had TERRIBLE experiences at other doctors' offices with drs who cut you off when you're trying to talk, don't listen to your concerns and do the bare minimum to help. This actually delayed my treatment for very serious health conditions! You won't have that issue at MY DR NOW! They are beyond amazing at what they do. Three weeks later I get a letter in the mail stating I still hadn't submitted my paperwork to the insurance. It occurred to me that it had been three weeks since my appointment and no one had called to review that with me. I called and it took two days for someone to tell me what my results were. When I initially called no one had even reviewed my results. Wtf? I'm here again for a follow up, and I've been here almost an hour. 30 minutes to get in for my vitals and 30 mins just to see the doctor. Maybe try a different location? I told her that I cannot breathed mask when breathing CO2 and know what it does to you. I went to this doctor to discuss birth control options, they told me I need to speak to a specialist and schedule another appointment but in the mean time they would start me off with a Pap smear. It took the doctor 5 minutes to do it because she I have an inverted uterus? It's never been a problem before... I come back to get my results a week and a half later, after they refused to disclose them to me over the phone or tell me I could check my status online. I get there and wait about 40 minutes in the room for someone to appear, when they do it's not the doctor but some nurse. The nurse tells me that my pap came back abnormal with unclear results. Umm excuse me what does "unclear results" mean? The nurse says that it is unclear and that they will have me back in a year to make sure it's not cancer. But because of this I can't get the IUD I wanted. After this she left me in the room without any further conversation. I walked out and asked if I was done, they said yes so I left. I was in such shock that I didn't know what to do, all I could think of was I could have cancer and there wouldn't be a definitive answer for a year. After having time for it to sink in and talking to a friend about it I got really upset. They should have given me a doctor that knew what they were doing, redone the Pap smear and a nurse shouldn't have been going over my results. This place is a hazard and I wouldn't recommend it unless it's an absolute necessity. read more

The providers here are so rude and unprofessional, and most don't even know what they are doing. I have bipolar disorder so one of the FNPs that ALWAYS seems to see me gets attitude with me when I come to get a medication refill for my anxiety, which is nothing to do with my bipolar and something he can definitely do for me. He insists I go to my psychologist even though it's got nothing to do with my bipolar disorder. VERY upsetting. This is all on top of waiting FOREVER in the waiting room and then forever in the exam room. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. read more

This is a place I would send my worst enemy to for them to suffer. I spoke with a current employee and she said "I hate to throw my employer under the bus but this place will tell you ANYTHING to get you through the door. They'll tell you your provider is a psychiatrist, when they're not!" They are dishonest and apparently horrible to work for. After calling and being put on hold multiple times, I was told that there was insufficient blood for my tests. It took a week to be told this... So I fainted from the most painful blood draw and got NO TEST RESULTS. I went through this awful experience for absolutely NOTHING!
