Dr. Mario Cordero is not professional. I had an appointment with him a couple days ago. He seemed annoyed by my presence. He would roll his eyes, I don't know if it was on accident but I felt very disrespected by him. He is not friendly at all, my family has also had a back experience with him. Great Fast Office! I haven't be able to taste anything for 9 days . No sense of smell ! Awful ! I was was able to book my appointment very easy . Checked in super fast and was prescribed needed medication. The office receptionist was warm and kind and the doctor was very informative and easy to understand . I actually had a great experience today for the first time at this office today. I saw Debra Gapp, who I've never seen before. She was really great! She listened to me and really seemed like she cared about my health. I've been dealing with a lot health wise for the past 6 months or maybe a little longer. I've seen a lot of different doctors at a lot of different offices due to my issues and she was the first one that actually wanted to figure out what is wrong with me. I really appreciated her expertise and her caring nature. If you get a chance to see her you'll see what i mean. Thank you so much Debra Gapp! You changed my mind about this office. I didn't complain once. I didn't say a word once. I sat there patiently. So this was all on their own terms. They told me it would be a 15minute wait over the phone. When I came in, they told me it would be a 1hr wait. Then I waited from 2:45pm to 4:40pm as I watched them take in about 12 patients that were there after me when they didn't have an appointment. When I came to the front counter to ask what was up they suddenly remembered I was there and came to get me. When I went to the back, none of them weren't working, just talking and laughing and putting up a tree. My urine sample also sat there for an hour. The doctor and nurse didn't even have the patience to listen to my symptoms. They did a nose swab and that's it. They gave me medication but I'm facing other issues that still aren't resolved. If you go here, plan on wasting a lot of time for nothing. It felt like I was in high school, not a facility/clinic. I understand it's the holidays, but work is work, and patients are patients. And to top it off if you go to the counter no one will come help you if you've already been signed in. That is because they ignore their front counter. read more

Np and staff were fantastic at start. My grievance comes from their policies, and follow up. I completely understand policies and procedures with prescriptions. More so due to the epidemic we are having to overcome as a nation. I agree to this up to a point. These policies need to be brought to the attention of the patient. They should be clear and concise with enough clarity, that medical, and patient have knowledge. This should be in writing, on discharge plan so that the patient has proper time to plan and schedule accordingly. Don't discharge a patient with medications, without making sure of said policies. My visit last month none of this was discussed with me. My discharge plan instructed me to follow up 3 months later for labs. I was given 3 medications, and my plan. I scheduled my appointment 3 months out as directed, and went on my merry way. Fast forward to a week ago, I am looking at my prescription bottles, and noticed them looking a little sparse. I may add that my request for the refill was 3 days past the suggested refill date. Using my handy app I scan my prescriptions in for refills. Almost an hour later I receive notification from the pharmacy. The notification stated that one medication required Dr authorization, and would be contacting the dr. Now to this week, Wednesday rolls around, not one call, email or notification from anyone other than the pharmacy. I call the Dr to inquire the hold up. I spoke to the staff of my dr now explain the situation. The CSR informed me he would contact the office and inform them of my request. I also advised that I had ran out of my medication the night prior. Rep had let me know he would notify the practitioner, and someone would eat back to me. Today I call MDN to let them know, no call, no email , and pharmacy still has not been authorized. I was transferred to the office being told that I need to come in for a refill. At first I was adamant that I was not going in for their lack of communication, on all fronts. They offered me a walk in appt today, so reluctantly I caved, but requested that my co-pay be waived. I was told that cannot be done. no "let me speak to a supervisor", no "let me see what I can do". Nope I was told I would have to shell out money for a handshake and an authorization that should have been taken care of almost 38 days ago, when I was discharged. Again this medication is not scheduled, and even so e-scripts have date restrictions now. So to my soon to be former practitioner. Thank you for the lack of communication, failure to notice details, and making me feel like a billable unit. Incase you forgot, you work for me, not the other way around.....honestly I......WE pay for this???? Got to love our healthcare system. Oh I will be disputing my bill with you folks too. read more

This review is for Ellsworth and Brown office. We went here bcoz of insurance change and needed a new doctor. My husbands bp runs high 90% of the time and it was 130/78 when taken at this place so we said oh wow it's good today, when we went home we took his bp again to see if it was accurate and it was 156/108 wow what a big difference. Also his paperwork said that labs was done on that visit but it was not taken bcoz it requires fasting and when he went back for the blood draw they want another $25 copays just to do blood draw what a rip off. Well it was a physical for a new pt, of course that is going to be discussed, how else are they going to know your back ground!! We have been to My Dr. Now for urgent care needs and Sports Physicals. We love the staff. Norah Parker is kind and puts my kids at ease. She is very knowledgeable and the nurses and other care professionals have been caring and great. My son cut his arm and needed a few stitches and he went to the office scared and close to tears and the staff had him calmed down and joking before too long. They work with our insurance and we never wait for very long. read more

Update: I had to update my review after I received the billing. I asked the doc if he knew off hand how much Chantix was without insurance. He said at least a couple hundred dollars. The end. However on the bill I was charged $55 for a smoking cessation consultation. There were several other charges similar to that. If I asked about bringing my daughter in for something would they be able to do it, I was charged for that consultation. Lesson: ask the questions on the phone or at the front desk because if you ask the doctor anything, you will be charged. I go to the San tan clinic and although I have only been there twice - both for scheduled appointments, not walk-ins - they have always been timely with my appoints and provided great care. The staff has been very friendly and always taken the time to answer all my questions. Both my daughter and I now use the San tan valley location as our primary care provider. read more

Theresa has always been the most honest and upfront doctor I've ever had, before I ask the question she's answering it.

I would never go here again, honestly visit a back alley doctor first. They treat their patients with no respect and make you sit for about 3 hours. After which they call you back and make you wait for about an hour before the doctor comes in to tell you she will be right back because she didn't even look at the paper work. Once we stated that we were going to be late for work we were shown how mean they can be and tried to degrade us using "big words" fortunately I am familiar with all of it. Not only that but during our wait my pregnant wife had to use the bathroom, upon going to the back because they don't have a bathroom in the lobby, all of the rooms were empty with the staff sitting down on their phones doing NOTHING. Some great places to go in case of an urgent need is FastMed, NexCare or as I stated "the back alley doctor". read more

Love that they are open late. Didn't get seen until about an hour after my scheduled time for a physical. Saw Dr Adrian Penzone. He couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Seemed bothered I wanted to ask any questions about my health. I know it was after their closing time already but not my fault. I showed up 20 minutes early. Was told certain bloodwork would be run but I had to come back another day. I came back and was only one in waiting room. I asked the nurse drawing my blood and she confirmed the additional test would be run. It never was. I tried calling but they never answered. The callback option didn't work. I went back and was told I would be charged for another visit to fix their mistake. I pointed out to the girl at the desk that was very unfair and shady. She came back after a few minutes and said they would fix it at no cost. I hope they don't double charge. Great hours and the girl up front was nice and helpful but super disappointed in Dr Penzone and the hours wasted. Will use if I need a quick Doc but will look elsewhere for a primary care. read more

I have had positive experiences at the Alma School location, but today at the Main Street location I cannot say the same. I was told to arrive for a 10:45 Appointment at 10:15 to put my patient information into their new electronic system. I then sat until 12 PM after fasting and having an appointment. They explained that walkins and appointments are not prioritized differently. The doctors actually have predetermined 30 minute blocks in between appointments that are already set to see walk-ins that may or may not actually take 30 minutes. This is completely unfair to those patients who do take the time to schedule an appointment in advance. Especially if you are told to fast and you haven't eaten since yesterday. The receptionist showed no remorse so I canceled my appointment and left. How can I be expected to wait over two hours to be seen without eating? Also, I am a health care employee myself, and I am confused as to why they would not retain their patient records and transfer them over to their electronic system automatically. Not only that, but this process took me only about five minutes yet they told me to come 30 minutes in advance. It is also important to note that they only have one provider working at all their locations on the weekends. There are many doctors for hire, it does not make sense to me why they understaffed their clinics when a big selling point of My Dr. Now is that they are open on the weekends for those of us who work full time during the week. I had an appointment at 7:15 for a headache that I've had nonstop for a week and noticed a part of my neck (spine) could pop in and out and thought maybe I was unaligned but (obviously) wanted a professional diagnosis. I showed up and check in at 7:10. They took me into the exam room around 7:20. The nurse checked my vitals and told me the doc will be with my shortly but also told me he would yell at me for taking four 200mg Ibuprofen which at first I mistakenly told it was 500 but then told them I believed it was lower than that. I said I would explain that my school nurse at my job told me to take that amount and my nurse who took my vital kept telling me that it's too much and I'll get yelled at and she was surprised I wasn't in there for something else related to the pain relievers even though I told her that I was sure it was less that 500. I thought "whatever, just let me see my doctor now, I have stuff to do." I just agreed with everything she said. She left and I waited in my room for over an hour, the nurse never came to check on us within this time. I asked someone else working there when my doctor was going to see me and they said that he was with someone else and I was next. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting in that room, my husband and I walked out. Someone should have offered to reschedule, or even just check on us to see if we're fine. I went to my car and cried because all I wanted was to find out why I can't do anything because of these major headaches I've been having and this place caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. read more

I've been here 3 times and each time I've wait over 45 minutes PAST my appointment time to be called back. Once you get called back and have the MA see you, you wait another 20+ minutes to see your doctor. My last visit had two people in the waiting room get up to leave because they took so long. Another irritating thing, i came in to get blood work done, paid the $30 copay and was told they couldn't do it becauSe i didn't fast for 8 hours. That is fine, my fault. I have a very strong need to share my experience with MY DR NOW. My husband and I have the distinct privilege to get Dr. Sayegh (pronounced "sigh edge",but everyone call him Dr. Sage). I have prayed and prayed to fine a physician just like this man! His beside manner is great! He has a wonderful sense of humor, which is great if you are nervous about seeing a Dr. This magnificent Dr. has a special gift when it comes to diagnosing your symptoms. For example my husband thought he had pulled a muscle in his chest while we were moving. It wouldn't go away.So, we went to MY DR NOW and we saw Dr. Sayegh. He examined my husband and he said that he had a suspicion and wanted him to have some tests done. After the test results came back we found out that it was serious and it's a good thing we found out what we found as soon as we did. A similar thing happened with me. During this covid-19 pandemic (my husband has interstitial lung disease and I lost the function of half a lung, so I guess we are at risk), Dr. Sayegh called to check on us. Who does that anymore?! He also does house calls...yes, house calls. Just call MY DR.NOW and make an appointment for a house call. AMAZING is the one word to describe the care we have received from this gifted genius of a Dr. Also, I must acknowledge the wonderful people at the front desk and triage, they are wonderful as well. I had a horrible experience so time to find a new primary. I saw Nora Parker who refused to listen that I had a sinus infection. She said allergies and dental and prescribed the same stuff I had been on. Tried to get it filled but she didn't sign the prescription. Pharmacist said he had several from her the same day not signed. Next day I'm worsebut went to dentist. They said small infection but nothing to cause my exploding headache and facial swelling.2 days later I can't take the pain so went to er and ct scan showed a sinus infection. I missed almost a week from work so when I went back to work my hr needed an medical excuse showing how many days I was sick. I went back to get one and they refused saying policy is day of and next day only. I explained I will be fired. I still don't feel good but better still they refused. I said so ppl are only sick for 2 days. I guess I should sue because I have been sick for 2 weeks must be malpractice I wasn't healed in 2 days. Still waiting for referral to ent. I also have a mass in my throats that no one cares about. I can't get a dr to support me and my pain. Do not use this place. I gave 1 star and that was generous. read more

Is it just me or their phone call answering system is way too long. I mean come on Jesus Christ every single time I've called this year my call time or up to an hour a so long eating up my minutes when I call them today and call them yesterday my minutes on my phone will starting to climb past 40 minutes going into an hour I have to hang up I don't have time to sit around and wait for hours on end. And fortunately I have to keep calling back over and over and over and deal with the same long excessive long wait time ''ridiculous ''what is this the IRS, Social Security office government assistance. My experiences with My Dr. Now has been excellent only due to the staff ! My husband and I have been to see Dr. Pinzone 4 times in the last 2 weeks and we'll see him again tomorrow and next Wednesday. He is a kind and knowledgeable physician. Though they are By my observations I've noticed 1 physician, 1 assistant, and 1 receptionist with each visit. Also the average patient count for each day is approximately 30-40 patients. That explains a lot! It is obvious to us that there has been some sort of "house cleaning", too many of the staff have disappeared! Having been in the corporate in the business for decades I know when money is more important than the importance of staff, customers, clients or patients.If you do the math you will realize that it is obvious the staff of 3 must eat their meals in between patients, would you put up with that at your job! I wouldn't! The staff is SO good but the almighty dollar wins out again!! Dr. Payam Zamani wake up and start treating your employees with respect. Make their working conditions less stressful! I the labor laws, and you aren't in violation of said laws,but, you as a fellow human being, you aren't being very humane! MONEY ISN"T EVERYTHING!!! And as for other patients, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! I understand there are times when that's not possible, but, I see so many people in there, No appointment and It's not an emergency. I know because people love to tell you their ailments. I know that it is a walk-in clinic, but it's so easy to make an appointment. Call (480) 677-8282, the person that will make your appointment is really nice and efficient. That would help ease a lot of problems. I've seen patients curse and belittle the receptionist because they had to wait. Patients with an appointment are taken in first, so it benefits you to make an appointment. I don't know how the staff puts up with the abuse they take from the public and in turn work under the conditions to which they do. They are an amazing staff. My staff would have left along time ago. We went in my husband and I to get our blood pressure and thyroid medicine. We waited for about an hour with no one waiting in lobby. When the doctor came in we talked to him and wanted our medicines refilled. The doctor wasn't paying attention to what we need. I had blood drawn and pee sample for my medicine. Well come to find out he didn't give me both of my medicine. Just gave me one when we told them they didn't give me all my medicine they looked it up and told me that we didn't talk to the doctor about our medicine refills. We would have to come in again for another visit and pay for a doctors visit. All they want is the money they don't care about you all they care about is the money. Started with this clinic in 2013 in Laveen because it was the closest and open 8am to 8pm which is great when you have babies. We started seeing Dr. Trinidad because of whom we stayed with them. After we moved to Scottsdale in 2015, we found out that Dr. Trinidad was in the Mesa Office, so we kept that office as primary health provider. Eventually, Dr. Trinidad was not there anymore, and it seems that their service deteriorated time after time. For instance, wait times ranged between 2 and 3 hours whether you had an appointment or not (worse if you didn't); "Doctors" are inconsistent, worst of which, Curry who was a spazzy, uptight B**** every-time we saw her, the rest are between OK and Mehh; Whenever they promised to call you back with info, updates, or anything YOU need, don't hold your breath because that call would not come. They would, however, relentlessly pursue you if you had an outstanding bill. I've tried to keep this at a minimum, but if you take anything from my review, I hope it was to stay away from this clinic. read more

This office is trash. I came here for urgent care when they forced me to make them my pcp for services. I was a walk in. There was 3 people in the lobby. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours. The back room for another 1.5 hrs before dr came in to rush through my visit and had the nerve to ask for me to come back. Sadly, i am still a patient here. It's hard to find same-day appointments and weekend office hours anywhere and i have an unpredictable work schedule. but i dont care this is my last time here. I made an appointment at 1:30 pm. I am writing this review because it is approaching 3:00 pm and i am still in the lobby. How is that okay? There excuse is "there are only two physicians and they each have 3 patients in the back" so basically they overbook, charge copay at sign in and make you wait HOURS regardless if you scedule an appointment or not. This office has made me late to work AND school before. I will never come here again. They are shit and their staff is rude and lacks a passion for healthcare that we as patients need our physicians and staff to have. read more

I was seen on a Monday January 21, 2019 as of today Friday January 25th no medication no referrals. I have called the office every single day since I left their office to tried to get my RX even my pharmacy has made contact with the office that my medication needed to be change to another brand so my insurance would covered. Every time I called well will send a message the provider that you saw is gone until Tuesday of next week that's all I heard. Five days out no medication no referrals gave them the information to obgyn and dermatologist that I needed to see they would not scheduled me for and appointment until referral was received also gave them the Fax number to preferred home care to send my rx for cpap supplies and as of today nothing. After five days I have received nothing from my appointment. I decided I was not going to call anymore just let them be and go on my way found another provider. But I would not recommended this practice at all. I'm sure they already got paid from my insurance and yet here I am with nothing. This is for the office on Main Street and Dobson road in Mesa; this office is the Most Unprofessional place I've Ever been to. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not you will simply not be seen until the doctor is Damn good and ready. Then they will take you back to get your vitals to only bring you back up front for another 20 mins. When I asked how much longer the front desk lady doesn't know as she sits up front checking people in only; but she will say "it's not that much longer they're just cleaning the room?" This room isn't clean and nor did they clean it! It took me an 1hour and 45 minutes to finally see the doctor and she seen us for ten minutes and was done. When the nurse brought us back to do the vitals I ask for the corporate number and not only did she show how annoyed she was with me but she was short with me with any and every question or concern I had about this situation. She basically acted like other people had more important problems and she pretty much didn't want to hear it! This office needs a serious professional to come in to show them how and what to do!!! This place needs a serious overhaul! Don't schedule someone for a certain time and be two hours late to be seen and definitely don't ask if we would rather come back later!! My first experience here wasn't horrible. However, my complaints are two fold. First, the wait times are way too long. As others have said, it's standard to wait close to an hour for a quick appointment, which I think is unacceptable. Also, I regularly have to wait 30-60 minutes on the phone to speak to a representative when I call. Lastly, their patient portal is almost useless. I recently had a referral sent to the wrong office and sent a message through the patient portal giving the correct office information but when I called to follow up (and waited 54 minutes) I was told the messages in the portal "go to someone else" and I had to wait 48 hours for the referral, basically making miss my appointment, even though it was their fault. Also, the patient portal contains sensitive patient information which makes nervous to who it goes to?? Unfortunately my current insurance doesn't allow for many providers so I might have to stick with them but I'll use them as little as possible and I would avoid them if I could. read more
