I have been going to this car wash for a while through all the transitions etc... the quality of the service is decreasing while the prices are increasing. I picked the 35 dollar car wash which was suppose to include wiping down the inside... They basically put it through the automatic tunnel wash ... dried most of the vehicle... barely put any shine on the wheels...and thats it. I could have went to the self serve drive in car wash for less. I tipped 5 dollars because they ask for it when you pay up front. So 40 dollars spent. And the inside wasn't done and barely vacuumed. read more

I have been coming to Westfork Chevron Car Wash, located on Pines Blvd and 15801, for over two years. For the first time, I said yes when I was asked if I wanted the trunk vacuum and what a mistake. They completely scratched the rear bumper of my brand new car. They do not put any protection on the trunk, knowing that the heavy thick vacuum hoses rub hard against the paint. I complained to Javier Guido Jr., the recorded owner of this business, and he took zero accountability and did not even offer a solution. In the same manner, he said I could pay for a wax, like a complete asshole. Do not use this Carwash. If the owner has ZERO accountability and customer service, imaging the employees. I paid for the mid level cleaning and I was not impressed. My interior was done but they were sloppy and my windows weren't cleaned well. They rush the job and it's more like a production line of cars than it is good service. If you need a quick clean they will be open and you may or may not have to wait but don't expect great results. The last time I was here I had a new Shell gas card that I had just purchased in the glovebox. When I went to get gas I noticed that the security decal had been scratched off. When I tried using it, it was declined and upon calling it had been used at two locations in Broward. The only place I had gone and someone had been in my car was at the car wash. These are the rudest people I've ever seen. I had been coming here for 10 years and now they just don't care about anyone or anything. It took 40 minutes just to drop off my car because they wouldn't print me a receipt until it was under the tent 100%. Meanwhile people on the other side were just flying right through. They were taking people that got there 30 minutes after me. It would have been very simple to check in my car and let me be in my way. Instead they took their sweet time with the car in front of me and were incredibly rude when I brought it to their attention. This place has gone to crap. By far the rudest people I've ever seen there. And don't try to talk to a manager or an owner because they're not around. There are not many car washes on the west side of town, because of that, this location is the best of what you can get on this side of town. This car wash is attached to the Shell Gas Station near 157th and Pines Blvd. You pull up in the back underneath a tent and an attendant will greet you and go over options that they provide. Usually I opt for the $19.99 deal as you can come back within 48 hrs for a second outside wash for no additional cost. They start off by vacuuming your carpets, then they drive the car into a machine car wash (not hand washed), your car then is brought to the front where it is hand dried and your tires are dressed. You pay for your car wash inside the gas station so credit cards are accepted and the tip jar is outside. Why not the five stars? Many times this place is just too packed, I mean like waiting for your car for about 30-40 minutes and it's not even being hand washed. Also, I'm always the one who has to ask for air freshener and sometimes they spray the air freshener on the seats which leaves a residue. Overall, it's your standard auto car wash with guys to do the afterwork... nothing special. read more

This car wash (and I've been to a few) is just alright. They don't handwash, so I think you're better off going to a machine wash drive-thru since it's pretty much the same quality wash at a cheaper price. Yes, they do hand dry, but I'd personally rather have my car hand washed than hand dried. Still, I suppose this hand loving is better than nothing. The last time I went, I got the Wheel Deal for $16.99. This includes the mats, seat, and floor being vacuumed, which was my main concern this time around. As soon as I got the car back, you could see they were not thorough and the floor/mat still had areas of debris. This was extremely disappointing. The wheels looked good, nothing special. They just sprayed some stuff on the tires to make it shiny. The service was fast, but quality is sacrificed (I went on a weekday, on weekends, they're packed). It's only worth it if you don't want to vacuum your interior yourself, in which case, get the basic wash, and don't expect it to be perfect. Just really not worth it. read more

This car wash is conveniently located so I frequently come here. I like that I am In and out in 20 minutes, and the cost is very reasonable. It is not a hand car wash, but they clean the interior reasonably well. Everyone is very friendly and no complaints with customer service. Went there to get a car wash. I was watching through the inside window and saw the worker Tap the car wash wand he was holding on the hood of my car. As soon as my car was done I looked and Sure enough there's a good size ding on the hood . I immediately told the manager on duty who argues with me and denied that the wand would have caused that.. I watched it happen so I know for a fact that it did. Now they won't answer the phone . Horrible and unprofessional and don't speak good English either or at least they are using that as an excuse to not communicate . I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been a customer for many years. I'm not sure if ownership or management has changed, but this place has gone downhill in regards to customer and quality of service. You see, with so many places or people that will even go to your house competing in the same area, these guys should pay more attention to details for the prices they charge. I just took my car over for wash and waxing. 1 hour later; car was washed, wheels where poorly dressed, still had wax residue and front grille & chrome accents were still dirty. They really don't care if you are satisfied with the service or not. Needless to say, I had to finish it up when I got home. You can bring your car here if you only want a quick "wash and go" where you take on the detailing later. Don't expect great results, you'll hate yourself for overpaying. read more

Nice people, very poor service. Just took my brand new black car there, opted for the $26.99 wash and got the car back with water spots all over, they must have used a dirty rag to dry because there were allot if fine scratches (like a cat got ahold of it) all along the one side of the car. The inside was also cleaned with a dirty rag, there were dirty streaks all over the windows and dashboard. They also charged for air freshener but did not spray. Had I paid $8 for this, I wouldn't complain but for $27 I think they could have done a better job. read more

Useless. Got there with my wife who wanted to have the car washed a little better than the automated washes (at least dried afterwards) and vacuumed. They have different packages available but we just got the basic $16.99 one which included what we wanted. Left the car running and gave the fob to the attendant who placed it on the dashboard. Apparently, when the car was taken through the wash they claimed that they turned it off and the car locked itself with the keys inside - at lease that's what the attendant claimed. They had put the car in neutral and had to push it out of the wash. The car is a Cadillac SRX which is relatively new to us, but I had left the keys/fob inside once and the car would not lock itself and let me know by 'beeping' that something was up. So a lot of things about their story did not make sense. However, what set me off was that after the story I asked how if they spend the entire day washing cars, they left the keys inside to which I got the 'the sign says we're not responsible for any issues or damages'. What an absolute dumbass. I know that customer service has been dead for a long while, but this was just above and beyond. No apology, no 'hey, let us try to help'. Waste of time and money. My wife just opened the car via her app on her phone (on-star) and we left. Just go elsewhere or keep on eye on what's going on if you're really that desperate. read more
