It's unfortunate I have to write this bad review but I'd hate for my horror story to happen to anyone else. The process wasn't too painful and my eyes looked good but she put the extensions too close to the eyelids so they were constantly poking and scratching me. As a result, my eyelids are swollen and tender. My eyes were red and sore. I took an anti inflammatory for 3 days and put a cold pack on my eyelids because they hurt so much. After 72 hours of excruciating pain and discomfort, I went to another beauty specialist that took them off and confirmed that they were installed without the tiny gap they normally leave. (I could not go back to O'Lashi. I live in another city.) I suspect that the way she put the tape on before the install offset my eyelids position with respect to my eyelashes and caused my misfortune. I asked for a refund that she denied. I can understand. She says that it's because of the short length and thinness of my lashes and because of the weather changes. I've gotten extensions before and I've never had this irritation ever. I lost a lot of my natural lashes in the whole process and even a week later, my eyelids are still not fully recovered (Stinging and tingling still happening occasionally).
