From the very beginning, my experience with Beauty Squared was incredibly professional. We had a full consultation beforehand where she went over everything in detail -- the process, color selection, healing stages, and aftercare. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. She also guided me on proper prep, including starting antivirals three days prior, which I really appreciated. That level of care and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the appointment. Her communication is excellent -- clear, responsive, and consistent throughout the entire process. On the day of the appointment, everything was clean, organized, and she took her time to make sure the shape and color were just right for me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Now that I'm healing, everything is happening exactly as she explained it would. The color is softening beautifully into a natural, even tint -- exactly what I wanted. It enhances my lips without looking like traditional lipstick. We came to Abby asking for, legitimately, objectively, the most special and important tattoos humanly possible - matching tattoos for my daughter and me - we had a basic idea of what we kinda wanted, and then Abby sat down with us and took our ideas to a place that I'll forever be grateful for. She literally sat with my daughter for 3 hours designing and redesigning, with absolute patience and kindness and passion for what she does. And they turned out just incredible - different versions of an old photo of daddy and daughter on her first day of kindergarten. It is now my favorite possession. 7 stars from us. I saw Ashley Drew yesterday for a lash lift and tint. Admittedly, I was nervous to come in (first time). I have stress induced alopecia, so my lashes are thin, short, and shed super easy (leaving to bald spots and gaps in my lash line). I have tried Yumi lash lifts twice before at two different locations, but the result has been L-shaped curled lashes that just look unnatural and unforgiving. Enter Ashley Drew. She really is an expert at what she does. She was able to transform my lashes and give me a really natural, beautiful, C-shaped curl. I am using Latisse now, and can't wait to come back in a couple of months to have my lashes lifted and tinted again. I imagine they can only look better from here! The lash tint wasn't exactly what I was looking for and I called to ask about the results after I left later that same day(I know what you are thinking..."Uh oh! When I called later in the day after I got home from my appointment, I explained I thought the "lash lift and tint" procedure would make my lashes look longer, not necessarily curled & more dark/voluminous only. (First time choosing this type of procedure -vs- getting lash extensions) They offered for me to come back in and do another session of it or another service that might meet my expectations better, free of charge! ...FREE OF CHARGE! Can you believe that? All because of MY own mistake of not asking the right questions and doing initial research regarding what to expect from a lash tint/curl! And I have to say..,, Even though the work wasn't exactly what I was expecting (longer lashes only), my lashes were indeed very curled and very tinted, just as that particular service suggested! (I know, I know!-lesson learned as far as trying new things without fully investigating and asking questions regarding the outcomes!)
