She gave her honest opinion on what I needed and did not try to upsell any additional services. I chose to go with Dysport to help eliminate forehead wrinkles and droopy eyelids and eyebrows. I saw results within 2 days and within less than a week the improvement was already astounding. I took a photo every other day to keep track of the changes. The one thing I am most pleased about is that before I really struggled with my eyeliner application because my eyelids would fold over my cat eye and they always looked uneven or hardly visible. Fantastic service. I've been working with Ann for about a year, and had a few treatments done. She knows what she is doing. She's very careful. I feel safe putting my face in her hands. Dr Smith is very involved in making sure everything is safe and appropriate. Ann is more than technically competent. She has a good eye and is really good at making your face look natural. I expected to have swelling and bruising and did. It was minimal, lasted for a couple of days, it was really minimal and lasted a day or two. Nothing a little extra concealer didn't fix. About 3-4 days after the first treatment I looked so much better that it made me feel completely re energized. I look well rested, healthier and darned good for someone not quite my age. This service is amazing!!! I had my first appointment today with Ann. She was so knowledgeable and informative. We talked about what I wanted with my results and she recommended the right products for my needs. I have had multiple rounds of Botox from other providers and today was the least painful. I think she is just that great! I also felt listened to and not rushed. Whenever I go to an office for Botox, I feel they rush me in and rush me out but not today. She is friendly and professional and does exellent work !!! You can tell she enjoys what she does, because you can see it on YOUR face even before she is finished ! The confidence she has in her products and her skills was obvious and that was very reassuring to me. I never felt anything more than a tiny burning sensation when she was injecting the filler, and I didn't feel anthing when she was injecting the botox !!! Working with Ibarra was so amazing because she took her time explaining everything to me. I'm just now dipping my toe into the Botox and filler world and Ibarra helped to educate me on so much! I absolutely loved Jeuveau! I have never had any neurotoxins or skin enhancements and Travia was lovely! She hit all of my problem spots and I feel AMAZING!
