I will say they are good at what they do, but the fees are a little excessive. From day care fees, late drop off fee, special handling fee for Nail trim. The full package including special handling fee is 120, then got charged 20 for a late pick up fee and a 10 dollar fee for long nails but they did take care of me by not charging a late drop off fee, so the total came out to 150.Would I recommend? Yes, if your dog is pretty calm and if you could reserve a couple hours of your day to ensure you drop/ pick up in a timely manner. Other than that they do get your dog looking good when you pick up.

My puppy had a bad experience at another Benicia salon where she was traumatized by being left in a crate for an hour without being serviced. Needless to say that created extreme anxiety and agitation when we entered Creative clips. The staff there was AMAZING! Cindy who works at the front desk held and pet my baby until she calmed down. We had her come to our house to bathe two cats. These two cats have never had a bath. One of them is a hefty 20 lb cat with some matting. The other was a very skittish and squirmy 11 lb cat. Johnna was super patient. We were able to bathe one cat without much force at all. So much undercoat came out! He was even purring and asking her for more pets. She was able to brush out almost all of the mats. The cat grooming includes a bath, blow drying, brushing, and nail trim with a base price of $110. That's very affordable. Totally worth the money to avoid tears and spilling blood struggling to do it myself! Johnna's communication was spot on. She texted when she was on her way. She came prepared with a cat bag and everything in her set up. She did a wonderful job grooming the cats. My cats were left smelling fresh and no longer stinky and full of dandruff. I overheard a nurse get frustrated and say, "listen, I'm the nurse, you're the doctor," which is absolutely not something you want to hear during a vet visit. It doesn't inspire confidence at all. Feels like there aren't any good vets anymore they just charge you $500 to tell you to make your cat drink water. Scam energy all around.
