After reaching out to a few other companies in the area, Brian was the first one to respond, and the only one to respond in such a friendly, invested way. Our appraisal was very unique: a vacant lot that is unbuildable in our residential zone. Brian was so willing to talk through the best way to approach it. We had time, so he was able to really dig deep into any research he could. He spoke with other pros in the area, his experienced team members, and even his own mentors.
