He…read morespent 15 minutes explaining why it was a big job and while he said the steel panel for my shed roof is only $50, the job was complicated and is an 8 hour job. I paid $200 down. Saturday he sent his employee to do the job, in the rain. While I was making a pot of tea to offer some, he knocked on my door to say he was finished. I looked at the clock and it had been 47 minutes to complete the job. I explained my frustration with being lied to about the hours to get me to sign an online contract with him. I tipped the employee then declined to pay anymore. Randle proceeded to threaten to come to my house and remove the panel, file a polce report against me, and is now smearing me in local Facebook community groups. Yep, he's not a good human.

Shame on Rex I don't know what's wrong with you or what's wrong with your business but I really hope that no one trusts you they'll just be there forever waiting for you to call and then their yards and Landscaping will look like a cow field like mine you are so disappointing. I had to pick one star but you don't even deserve that.

The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two…read moredifferent staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. You can see in the photos how much our dog loves the deck as well! We also have them scheduled to install new baseboards in our house since they did amazing with all the other work! Can't wait to see the results of the baseboards as well.

This company cannot be trusted. Inexperienced workers caused over $600 in damages to our property…read more Gave them to opportunity to fix damages and make it right. Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are "fully insured" but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance.
