We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.

It is stunning and people stop to compliment me on the appearance. My next door neighbor liked it so well that Alex is there now doing the same job on his front lawn. His price was the best I found based on 3 other estimates and this man works like the devil performing most of the work himself. He did say that the reason he was delayed was due to a customer who called and wanted her landscaping done in 2 weeks and would not take no for an answer which delayed other pending jobs. We had a discussion about that and I think he understood why I was upset....he is busy but worth the wait!

James met with myself and my neighbors to provide exactly what we needed. His quote was timely, follow up was excellent. Unfortunately, due to no fault of his, we have some neighbors who refuse to contribute to the project, making it unmanageable for the ones who are willing. I would hire him immediately if it were under my control. We are not hiring anyone. In the future, I do plan to use him for maintenance/upgrade of my personal driveway. I am a remote homeowner in The Villages, living 1,200 miles away. I called over a month ago,…read moreexplained my situation, and was told no problem -- booked an appointment for a Tuesday between 2-4pm. At 3:30 no one had shown up and no one called. When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.
