Let me start by saying that not only was Jorge on time, but when we arrived at the house at the time of the inspection he was already on the roof taking care of business. Jorge made sure to tell us that we could approach him with questions at any point and he'd be happy to answer them, we did just that, multiple times, and every time he was patient, friendly, extremely helpful and is fully bilingual to boot. To say that he was thorough doesn't do his work justice, he properly and professional inspected every inch of that house, took pictures, highlighted problem areas, informed us about possible future problems, and made sure we understood everything he was talking about. The final report was full of pictures, descriptions, and highlights. I learned more about the in and outs of our future home than I ever thought I would.
