Anthony price was $2000 for the same work, it was done in 2 hours and there was $300 refund as it was determined that replacement of one of the ducts was not necessary! He asked me to send him pictures once the items blocking the area were cleared and HE provided his personal cell phone number and asked me to send them to him for review and possible estimate adjustment. Three days went by without even an acknowledgment from him in regard to receiving the photos. Several other texts and calls went unanswered. So I called the business who stated they would reach out to him and get back to me in a couple of hours. Well guess what, they didn't call so I called them back again! The female that answered the phone responded in a dismissive way that she was unable to reach him and she would call me back in an hour or so. I said forget it, if you can't even respond to customers why would I give you my business so we are going with someone else. Her response, once again in a don't really care attitude was "OK"! Not gonna risk my investment with a business that runs like this.

You can Verify with Comfort Star, After 2.1/2 Months Summer with NO AC, I Finally got the Warranty to Work to fix Your Shitty Job. So, No Rant against You, 2 Last Installations from AVIV AC where 2 FAILURES, with Electric Connections Not waterproofed, Hole in my Roof which Damaged my roof & The Ceiling of 1 Unit & Cost me $600, & a Previous Bad installation which burn the Compressor after 8 months which cost me $450 & 2.1/2 months Summer with NO AC I Could Sue You to recover those costs I paid, the Damages & Aggravation of 2.1/2 months without AC in 1 Room! I won t, I am glad to have found a REAL PRO with this New AC Service & Repair, they Know what they are Doing & $75/Unit Cleaning & Services of my 12 Units, it is 1/2 Price of AVV AC, So I will save Later, Most Important: They are Polite & Respectful with their Costumers.
