I came to the office with my broken glass and Val (Valentine) promptly cut the glass using the measurements that I had provided to him. When I tried it at home, I found out that my measurements are off on 1/16". I came back to the shop and Val cut a new glass. I offered to pay, but his wife Maria told me that I do not have to do it.
