As a responsible person, I must submit this review. PLEASE use caution before you hire this…read morecompany. Window and Door installation company. Supplies materials from ES Windows and Doors LLC. When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. Accepted to work with them rather than have a lien. They knew nothing about Martin County Building Department permitting/inspection process. I had to instruct them. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. My husband and I work successfu lly in the real estate and construction contracting business. We have never experienced such an awful installation. It's important to bring attention to companies like this to prevent other homeowners from enduring what we have experienced. Services not listed.

In fairness, the rollers are original equipment dating back to the days when Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom was the Sunday night family deal. Called SLF and booked an appointment for an estimate. Window was 2-4pm Sunday.... yes Sunday. At 2:02, got a call the tech would arrive in 25 minutes. He was there in 19. After a 15 minute inspection of all 9 sliders, the estimate was ready. Price was fair and a military discount was offered. Short end, every slider now runs the whole track with a fingertip push. I'm actually afraid I'll forget and send one flying. Tracks were scrubbed and all debris cleaned, bagged and taken to the trash. We wish more companies instilled that same sense of pride in their staff. Marlin Perkins would have been proud.

The lady that answers the phone in the office has to pass the message on to a manager who until you threaten to make them give you a refund you never hear from. Once you hear from the manager, he had added the prices and stated he would call the manufacturer for timing and give me an update. Still no ETA no call backs. I have told them I want a refund and my part back that they took to order the balances for my windows. We will see how long that will take or if I end up in court to get my deposit back. I highly do not recommend this company as they are very unresponsive and not proactive with providing any type of information.

Replacement of 20 windows/door with impact rated…read more Overall satisfaction: 3/5 While I'm pleased with the installation and the product itself, some issues impacted my satisfaction. Delivery and logistics: 2/5 Some materials arrived late and incorrect, delaying the commissioning. There was a lack of ownership from Locktight to follow up on the delivery process. Despite multiple visits for measurements, the main door arrived with the wrong opening range direction, and one of the largest windows was installed two months after the first installation. A truck with a 12-foot container of 20 windows arrived on Friday to offload when the installation was planned for Monday, but there was no space to store the materials, and they had to be held. I could not get a clear idea of the status of the non-received materials until two months after the installation, preventing from scheduling the final inspection, and that resulted into a violation notice by the community. On-site project management: 4.5/5 The execution went smoothly, with nearly 20 windows and doors replaced within three days. The workers made efforts to cover everything surrounding the area to protect from dust, although major cleaning was still necessary afterward. At least one person could speak English and communicate efficiently, and the on-site workers were polite and respectful. Product quality: 4/5 The materials come from Colombia, and so far, there have been no concerns. However, the latches have an uncommon arrangement, especially the casement window type, which is difficult to open. Customer service: 2.5/5 While I was able to reach customer service easily every time I called, I did not receive specific answers about the back orders for several weeks. When I asked to escalate the issue to the managers, I did not receive an immediate response or follow-up until days after the request. Cost: 3/5 among the three quotes I collected for the job Locktight cost was the one in the middle. Note: Locktight will claim to handle all the paperwork for HOA permit, but many associations do not allow third parties to work directly with them, which was my case, and resulted into administrative efforts.

It's no one that they have to do so much advertising to get new clients because they can't be getting referrals. This company has yet to complete my project saying that they had to order parts from Columbia and that it would take six weeks. That was in the beginning of January. When I called to follow up, I get ghosted. They scratched the glass on one of my patio doors and told me that if the installers didn't document it then it's not their problem, insinuating that I did it. They left screws showing on the top of the double hung windows and told me that that's the way it's supposed to be. I have four different friends that put new windows in and none of them have those screws showing. Not to mention the mess that these people left me two weeks before Christmas. Again, my other friends used companies that sent a cleaning crew in and this company barely swept the floors. Buyer beware for certain!
