I came to the office with my broken glass and Val (Valentine) promptly cut the glass using the measurements that I had provided to him. When I tried it at home, I found out that my measurements are off on 1/16". I came back to the shop and Val cut a new glass. I offered to pay, but his wife Maria told me that I do not have to do it. We made an appointment to meet at my mom's house the next day, and he arrived right on time. Gil had one worker with him and they got right to work. They took her doors off of the track, cleaned out the track, and replaced the wheels. The whole process took under an hour and the cost was $300, just as quoted. Now the door opens super easily.
