A month or two later the car started running real badly again so I took it back in and they called and explained that the bad gas shot my new spark plugs bc the catalytic converter is plugged so the garbage has no where to go. I thought people should know about this since I don't seem to listen unless things are explained to me and others are prob the same way. Also their sunglasses are garbage and break as soon as you buy them. It's a waste of $10 or more and they won't let you exchange them or return them so don't bother. Everything went well except for the part about the drive shaft bolt retorquing. There's a bolt on the drive shaft of AWD Carmy's that Toyota requires retorquing every 10,000 or 15,000 miles / 12-18 months (depending on driving conditions). Toyota service centers do the retorquing every service they do. But when I talked to the service rep at this location, he didn't know anything about it. My point is that you'll probably be happy here if you just want basic car service. But if you want to make sure you get manufacturer-specific things done for your car, take it to the dealership.
