A coworker recommended Enterprise to me, and after seeing their standout reviews compared to other oil change spots in Salem, I decided to give them a try--and I'm so glad I did! I pulled up and was taken into the bay right away--no wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and walked me through everything they were doing. They made sure to explain each step and confirmed that it all fit within my budget before moving forward with any service. On top of that, they gave me a discount and even offered helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I originally went in for an oil and filter change, but they also replaced my transmission fluid. They went above and beyond by topping off my wiper fluid, filling my tires, and cleaning my windshield--all complimentary and without me even asking! While I know some places say they do that, my past experiences have usually involved pushy upsells and unnecessary add-ons. I'm genuinely blown away by the service at Enterprise. From now on, this is the only place I'll go, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know! read more

This business seemed to have a rep for professionalism online so I gave it a try. My first visit, in early morning, I was served by a middle-aged gentleman who may have been one of the owners, and I was impressed by the service and the tone of the establishment, which in oil change stations staffed by kids can make a customer queasy. My second visit, it appeared I was serviced by green staff, who had a hard time figuring how to open the hood (!), leaving greasy prints, and who lost one valve stem cap, and for this I deduct one star. There was a dramatic overfill of the crankcase by one inch on the dipstick, which mysteriously occurs randomly, cause unknown. I returned several days later, when the owners appeared to be present, and the crankcase was refilled, no cost, 100% professional, no attitude. They made notes in their computer so this will not happen again. I have no hesitation in returning. The engine, by the way, is a 1998 Vortec 5.7L v-8. read more

My friend and I were about to drive from Salem to Portland on a rainy Sunday evening, when our Cadillac began making a strange flapping noise, somewhere under the car. It was almost 6 PM, and we couldn't think of what to do, but we were hesitant to make the drive in the rain without investigating. I searched on Google for someplace that offered some kind of automotive service at that hour on a Sunday night, and there was Enterprise Instant Oil Change, right near the Interstate 5 in Salem! We pulled into their service bay and explained what we were hearing. The service techs (Tyson and Dan) immediately went down and looked underneath the car. They discovered that the "skip plate" over the transmission had come loose, and they offered to make a temporary fix that could be permanently fixed by Cadillac the next day. We happily accepted, and when we tried to pay them, they declined, saying that they were just happy to help, knowing that we would now have a safe and worry-free trip up to Portland on a rainy night. I think this was remarkable service, and the only way that I can repay them is to post this review. What a wonderful business. I only wish we lived in Salem so I could patronize it more often! read more

This review is for the West Linn shop. They were right on time for opening and I needed an oil change in my 2015 GMC pickup. No upsell and they checked the fluids and changed the oil in under 15 minutes after checking to make sure they had the filter and the oil I needed. I would normally go to a GMC dealer for service, but they could not get me in for two weeks. Enterprise changed the oil and filter, did a very good job of ensuring no oil drips or anything from the drain plug or filter were all cleaned up and for sure did it in under 15 minutes. I am a first-time user of this company but will use them in the future as they are honest, no upsell for things I did not need and made sure I was happy with the job and everything they did. All this for $10 dollars less than the dealer and done in a timely fashion. read more

We have been going here since they opened and have always told everyone about them and how kind/helpful they are. They told my husband a service (rear differential) was due when it turns out it wasn't. Then they completed that service and it caused a slow leak which eventually caused $1875.00 in damages. We told them and got a lot of attitude and pushback, even with proof that it was their fault. It wasn't until we threatened legal action that they agreed and paid $1700. Subaru felt so bad with how enterprise was treating us (they even tried talking to enterprise for us). Subaru ended up giving us a coupon to reduce what was still owed outside of what they paid us. I remember telling my husband "oh, they are really nice. Just call and tell them what happened. I'm sure they'll make it right." I never imagined we would've had to threaten legal action to get them to do the right thing. A few years ago we got a different service on our other car and shortly after, the engine was literally destroyed. The dealership said it seemed like a bolt, or something came loose and shredded the engine. A $10,000 fix that, luckily, our warranty covered. We always wondered if it was caused by them but wanted to believe it wasn't, and we really had no way of knowing. But I feel fairly confident that they did that as well. Mistakes happen, but to not own it and fight with your customers is disgusting. I really expected more from them, especially Alonso. KEEP YOU RECEIPTS. that's what saved us this time because they claimed they had no record of us going to them after the initial damage was caused or "they would've found it and fixed it." But we went two more times and had proof. I won't ever refer anyone to you guys again. I'm more disappointed than anything because I really loved that we could support a small business with really kind people running it. After this happened I read newer reviews and it sounds like they've done this before. I guess we just had enough proof and knowledge of our rights to actually get them to do the right thing. Avoid this place. Subaru dealership costs the same for oil and doesn't ruin your car. RAW automotive are really honest people and they also don't rip you off or destroy your car. Best of luck to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of this ever happening to them. read more

Warning: They put dark grease with grime in it on the fluids check card and told me that was what was in my rear end. It was not lube oil but dark thick grease with grime. They told me I needed to change that oil. It was fine at the last oil change. I said no and went home and checked it for myself. There was no grease in it and the 90W oil was fine. I will not trust them for anything but a basic oil change. Considering this, can they be trusted not to actually damage stuff to make a sale? read more

While the crew are very friendly, be careful. They never revealed the brand or viscosity of oil they used,verbally or on the invoice. They made several attempts to upsell, including a claim that the transmission fluid needed changing on a nearly new vehicle with 32,000 miles - manufacturer recommended fluid change is at 120,000 miles.
