So attentive that I thought he represented the new storage company itself! (See below.) They also handle building contractors, but my insurance company, USAA (5 stars to them!), handled that. I had a house flood. The pipe broke at 0400, when, as everyone knows, all sorts of exciting things happen. I thought I was dialing a well-known water extraction company but ended up with another company quite by mistake. They cleared out the water. Fine. Then the horror started. They packed up my belongings - I was somewhat stressed so did not think to say, Wait. Don't start packing. I want to research moving companies, at which time I would have found Your Contractor Solution. Instead, I had 15 people swarm into my house and begin packing at 0730. The damage was done, of course, but this company didn't want to waste any time getting the insurance company contract, and I was in a stunned state since this had not happened to me before. My belongings were carted away in seven over-sized pods. Three of them were filled boxes only. (Management of the mitigation company instructed the packers to use as much packing material as possible. I had 527 boxes; plus my furniture and 3 grand pianos. I didn't use this mitigation company for reconstruction; thank goodness my insurance company stepped in.) After several months of problems, my insurer instructed my belongings be transferred to another company for storage (Freedom Recovery Services - do not hesitate to engage them, too). Mr. Carder oversaw this. It was a seamless process. He insured there was someone onsite to oversee the transfer. Over the 11 months, I had several questions about my particular problems, and Mr. Carder addressed them quickly and completely. He was on my side the entire time. I didn't have to worry that he was playing my side against the miserable company that did my water mitigation and packing. I recommend Your Contractor Solution completely. I started this in May. I have had several text conversations, everyone of which I had to initiate. I was made promises, none of which were ever kept. I finally decided to contact NT Windows (to day is Aug 12 2026) directly and have them fix it. I am out $152.00 but the window is fixed and I no longer have to deal Greg making promises that will never be kept. Moral of the story, if you have issues with this company after the fact, don't expect anything to get resolved, at least not very quickly. That is no way to run a company.
