Went to this place for the first time for a birthday party. According to the host, the agency decorated everything for her. There was a monitor with the birthday child's image. One very long table with seats that were suitable for children and adults. There were a number of activities that were child friendly and entertaining for the 2 hrs we were there. Best part is the agency became the host because they facilitated everything. As a parent it makes love so easy. Activities: Two story time Bubbles Swing Zipline Ball pit Building blocks Free time on the apparatuses. There was a bathroom inside that was easily accessible. After attending a bday party at another My Gym, we expected this to be a similarly great bday. Honestly, the staff was rude. They were ok for most of the party, then without any communication just kicked the kids out of the play area to spend 20 minutes cutting cake. There was no warning like hey party's winding down, just cutting cake. Once they served the cake they told us we had to leave. Play wise, it was the same My Gym set up. Their circle time activity wasn't exciting to the kids because they just wanted to play. The bubbles were ok but in my mind, they did it too early instead of a big finish which would've felt a lot better as a transition that the party was over. They did offer socks with grips, though, so that was a plus. I don't think I'd return to this location when the staff at the Newport location was so much nicer. read more

We've been going to My Gym Huntington Beach for the past 2+ years and LOVE it! Both of my kids go multiple times a week and have a blast every time. This place is truly a complete gem. I have a 3.5 year old and 5 year old here. We have been coming for about two years, we started our second at one yr. The amount of creativity this place has is truly unmatched. They have patience beyond words with any kid scenario you can imagine. Whether it be a tantrum or just a scared moment. They had lots of different activities and stations that were perfect for the babies. The gym itself was super clean and the mats and equipment were well maintained. Gianna and Janelly are professionals when running a party full of 3 year old children. I'm highly impressed by how often they changed activities to keep the kids engaged. Both of my kids are regulars here at mygym since my 4.5yo was about 10mos. Throughout the years there have been changes in staff and now management but always good. Alex (new owner) is great and personable, excellent with the kids, and maintains the same level of cleanliness standards and business practices of previous management (also excellent with Mr Ryan and Ms Pam). New classes are being offered every month it seems and becomes better for those with super busy schedules. I was nervous originally with Ryan and Pam moving out of state and leaving such big shoes to fill but I and my family are just as happy with Alex and the new changes. read more

An overdue review. We've been coming to My Gym since my toddler was 11 months old and Alex has done phenomenally managing this location. All the employees are very professional and you can tell they love what they do. My son doesn't take to new people easily and had a hard time doing some of the activity stations for a little bit but has since warmed up to everyone. He gets a lot of his wiggles out there and they are always changing up the landscape to keep it exciting for the kiddos. I haven't ventured to other my gym's but I would definitely go out of my way to come here. We also recently have been going to the extra classes (practice and play) and love it even more! For the first 6 months our daughter was enrolled at My Gym HB our toddler had a very good experience and was able to learn, grow, and develop in class under the support of Mr. Ryan & Ms. Pam. However, My Gym HB continues to refuse to comply with the state and local mask mandate, which is against the law and extremely unsafe given the spiking cases in Orange County, CA specifically in young children. This is a gym for babies, toddlers, and young children many of whom are vulnerable to the transmission of COVID-19 because they are unable to wear a mask under the age of 2. When pressed, My Gym provided a very thin excuse which does not supersede the law. Don't bother trying to freeze your account, they will charge you your monthly enrollment fee anyway and then you'll have to pull teeth to try get your money back. My Gym HB has good people who have very poor judgement and bad customer service. read more

We came here for a birthday party event on Sunday 10/13 from 1:30pm-3pm. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by the staff but greeted by the parent who invited us and gave us instructions such as if we signed the online waiver, then take off our shoes and socks (for the kids who are participating in the gym area). After the mediocre activities, the children were served food followed by singing happy birthday to bday kid then the party would slowly wrap up as everyone is encouraged to leave. But before the party ends, they would pass out balloons to the children. So my son was waiting for a balloon and when it was his turn, the male staff tells my son "you need to wait, I want to make sure everyone got a balloon" then he proceeded to look around. Um why? My son was part of the party and he has been WAITING IN LINE LIKE all the other children. So why was my son told he needed to wait for him to CHECK that everyone got a balloon? Then my son requested a red balloon but got the total opposite of a green balloon. I observed from the distance, although my son was obedient and listened, it really bothers me that my son was discriminated. Thank you for discriminating my child and making him feel inferior. What a BAD experience to have singled out my son for no apparent reason. It was not about a balloon, it was how my 6 year old son was treated by an adult who works with children and was wronged. I had so many make up classes it was difficult to get my money's worth. I decided to cancel (as suggested by their staff) but I was still charged those next two following months. After I complained I was still only reimbursed for one of the two months. We love MyGym! We started with our daughter when she was about 1 year old. Now, a year later, we're amazed at her balance, coordination and strength. Because of her classes, she is so much more stable and confident on playground equipment. All of The coaches are positive, fun loving, encouraging. We have been bringing our boys to My Gym since our eldest was 18 month and youngest 4 months. They are now 6 and 4! They have grown with the staff members and are very close with many of them. They feel at home here! We have visited other My Gyms and in my opinion the staff at the HB location is the very best! The gym is always clean. The kids always have a great time and get good exercise. They learn social skills and laugh while doing it. The program is flexible and the camps sure come in handy when school is out. The highlight of our week! I have a 1.75-year-old little girl and we've been going since she was just over a year old. She could barely walk when we started, but seeing the other kids and participating in "Gym Class" has really helped her along. At first she went through class kind of doe-eyed and just took everything in, but now she has an absolute blast! I just had my sons 3rd birthday here and it was amazing!!!! They made it such a breeze to host a party of 30 kids. Yes, 30 kids!! They were able to accommodate the theme I wanted, the food, the goodie bags and the decor. Mr. Ryan went above and beyond and all the kids had a blast. He engaged all of them and made my boy feel so special on his birthday. This was fun for the babies and also the 13 year olds in my group. Great atmosphere, instructors are very nice and classes are affordable. There is ample parking and finding the location was easy.

We're having a great time in the 4 year old class. I've never seen such enthusiastic teachers! I love how they make everything so fun for the kids but also make sure the kids are good little humans practicing manners and listening skills. We're new to the area and so glad we've found this gem of a gym in our neighborhood. We have had such a good experience at MyGym. The staff is amazing. We registered for class for my almost 2 year old when my daughter was happy to be in a carrier during the class. Unfortunately, she is now just turned one and very active and not so happy sitting in a carrier for the hour while watching older brother play. So we needed to cancel class. Ryan was so great at assisting me with the cancellation process and was completely understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all for needing to cancel. I highly recommend this place. The coaches keep the kids smiling and on their toes. Not a lot of down time and they always change up the gym so that it's different every week and the skills they teach are always changing too. I can tell they put a lot of thought into running the class efficiently. I especially appreciate the extra help my son Logan gets when he isn't able to independently copy the skill. Coach Ryan and D are very patient/ encouraging and I have seen growth in my son's development since joining My Gym. Thank you Ryan and D!
