I didn't feel awkward or pushed into purchasing extra services. Dr. Kate and Damon both greeted me and talked with me. I can pretty much promise you that if you are a bit put-off by naturopathic or East Asian medicine, you won't feel like you're entering a funky other world. We scheduled baseline testing and blood work, along with a follow-up appointment after he was supposed to speak with my other doctors. He never spoke with them, and the follow-up appointment was not canceled. I was still charged $150 for the second visit, despite being told, "I don't really have anything for you today." I also tried reaching out afterward to discuss the lack of results or any clear plan moving forward. Communication was very slow, and I came away feeling that there was little interest in continuing to work with me. While he may have some interesting ideas, my experience was that there were no meaningful solutions or actionable plan provided. Given the cost and my experience with the follow-up care, I would personally not recommend him. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money.
