I am going to be sure and suggest everyone I know stay away from Miracle Ear. I also had very poor to no service in 2 places in Spokane. Having had hearing aids from other companies I know this is not how these services work. I have worn hearing aids for almost 8 years and I do know how to change filters when I can get them.

It took about twenty minutes, and they came back good as new. The surprise to me was there was no charge for cleaning. It's a shame employees like her think they can represent the clinic with rudeness and lies. I managed my husband's clinic and if I had an employee behave in an undesirable way they were gone!

I appreciate Ryan's sense of humor, his communication skills, and his knowledge of kinesiology. Without question, Ryan is a superlative Physical Therapist who will guide you to recovery from any injury or surgical intervention.

Trevor not only helped me recover, but my return to running was incredibly smooth and quicker than expected. I probably listen to him more than any man in the world, and that is because he had my trust from the beginning. Trevor is patient, demonstrated every move, taught me not just what, but WHY we were doing each exercise, and since I understood it, I followed through on my homework. I have loved going to PT because I understand my body more than ever before and I have a better appreciation for running mechanics. Trevor also handled a few personal low points really well, always compassionate and understanding when I came in frustrated. I can't recommend him and the Rebound family enough. I always feel welcome and I feel like they're part of my team. I go to PT now because it makes me feel strong and confident. Everyone at Rebound is dialed in. 10/10.

My concerns were disregarded and I went to an appointment at 8:30 am and was unable to see the…read moredoctor until approximately 10:20 am; nearly two hours later due to apparent "complex" situation or issues with her patient before me. Then spent about 15 mins w/me assessing "dry eye" &ignoring/not effectively "checking" the issues I waited two hours to check affecting my eyes. Doctor gaslit me & I was snickered about by staff throughout.If you want easy patients with simple, clean, dry eye issues, or if that's all you have expertise or capacity to handle, why do you have a sign on the front desk pretending you can handle complex and intimate PII re: other issues **see your front desk sign encouraging patients to talk about other issues affecting them--boasting of your "skilled nurses" working there. I did not see qualified care, or ethical treatment other than dilating my pupils. The nurse also misinterpreted all that I described to her and the doctor walked in having no clue why I was there.
