Please tell me what experience one had at this office, I would greatly appreciate it. I came in at 12:14pm today (10.4.25) I was late. My appointment for both my children was at noon. There is a grace period of 15 mins and the operations manager Toni C stated Dr Nam is running behind on schedule and could NOT see my kids. So, I reiterated your going to reschedule my children even though we made it within the grace period because the Dr does not want to run even more backed up on schedule. She was very rude, rolling her eyes. She had poor etiquette and poor customer service. There is a better way speaking to a patient. Not sure if there are cameras. Being loud and rude around other patients was uncalled for. Ms Toni should have talk to my family and I in a respectful manner and possibly pulled us to a room to speak to us. Yes, I was definitely bothered due to being pushed away and being within grace period. Only reason I was pushed away is for the Dr to get caught up with the schedule. Has anyone experienced Toni's attitude as well. I did not feel welcome upon entering the office. Can anyone relate? I asked for her manager's information along with corporate and she denied information and stated she would reply my request for a return call only. One was here several years ago and stop coming here due to change is staffing with a big turn around. Now, I am beginning to wonder why I returned. This has been a long time coming. Was referred here by my son's dentist because this office is geared more towards children. His normal dentist found 1 cavity they needed to be filled. We arrived to his appointment and the dentist tells us that my 8 year old needs a filling in every molar and multiple baby root canals. I was horrified, they quoted me almost $3,000. I decided to get a second opinion which is not easy when you need to change the office through insurance first. We finally got another appointment at a different office who found 1 cavity in between 2 teeth and had it filled. I cannot believe how this office can take advantage of parents and be willing to put children through this kind of extensive work. read more

We switched today after our horrible experience we had last Wednesday. 1st they moved my appointment making me late to work. 2nd they made us wait 45 after our appointment time. Before getting in the room they were running our insurance for the 1st time and the lady at the front desk was so rude trying to help us find our new insurance information. She was being sarcastic and acted like if we knew all about insurances. Then she tells us that there is 65$ charge if my 5 year old daughter doesn't stay still! On top of that we had our 6 year old daughter with us and they told us she has to wait in the wait room by herself while I'm in the room with my daughter. That's when I walked out and left. We have been coming to this dentist since 2010 and have referred them to so many people over the years. When we first started, EVERYONE was so welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful. In the last two years, customer service has seriously declined. NO ONE greets you. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a burden. It's night and day what it used to be. I have commented to the hygienists and the dentist about how unwelcoming the staff are. I even mentioned a particular receptionist to management, and they called me to apologize. Unfortunately, not much has changed. It seems that every time that we go now, they try to sneak in a random fee until we protest and remind them of dual coverage and the mysterious fees disappear. It's shady, and I've mentioned as much. I wonder how many people don't question it. The appointment process is daunting simply because the office staff (overall) is quite rude and clearly hates their job. We are constantly reminded of our appointments and fees if we cancel too late. Yet, we have never canceled too late. However, in the last 2 years, the dentist has had several "emergencies" and had to leave the office early and cancel on us. It's a bit ironic. There aren't fees when they cancel on us. There aren't even apologies. We are just expected to rearrange our lives. I understand an emergency, but their emergencies are frequent. We have decided to move on to another office and end the headaches with this office. When I went to share with those I have previously recommended this office to, I have found that most have left and the others are on their last nerve with the office. It's sad to witness such a steady decline and that no one there seems to want to change it. It isn't hard to be kind. You used to be great at it! I hope you do better. read more

This review is for the pediatric dentist Dr. Sidhu. I've taken my 3-year-old here twice and the dentist has horrible bedside manner with kids. My toddler was scared when the dentist was examining her teeth with the mirror and sharp hook tool (as any kid might be) and the dentist got visibly frustrated really fast and used physical force to try to hold my kid's arms down and pry open my kid's mouth! The dentist could have asked me or the hygienist in the room for assistance first but ended with my kid crying. This dentist never talks sweet to kids, speaks rudely/directly which makes for a scary experience for kids. The hygienist and other staff were all very sweet to my kid, and you could tell they were also very uncomfortable around this dentist. read more

The front desk wrote my daughter's name on their board since we were new to the office, which I thought was great and took a pic of so my daughter can look back at later! The wait was minimal, we were there around 3 pm on a Friday and my daughter was playing with the other kids there. I have been coming here with my children since 2008. Over the last two years I have watched a steady decline in cleanliness, customer service, and care. We used to love coming here and our kids did too. The check in process is daunting with electronic forms which are not requested ahead of time and are difficult to complete and time consuming on their iPads while attending to toddlers. When I walked in with my young kiddos, there were FOUR staff members in the front office and not one of them looked up, said hello, or offered any sort of greeting. I was astonished at the lack of basic decency. The ONLY positive is the dentist is kind. Sadly, that is not enough to keep us as patients. The front office staff need a refresh in customer service skills. The front and back office and everywhere in between appear dirty. There are stains, scuffs, lint, dirt, everywhere (floors, walls, chairs) and even in the bathroom exam rooms. I was referred to this dental group by a colleague. I took both my kids here for exams, a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old. Both needed a lot of work which I knew, I was a RDA so I could see they need work. However, both needed to be put under GA and Dr Mak and the anesthesiologist were amazing with both my boys. Super easy, very knowledgeable, attentive with my kids. My 5 yr old is autistic so they took extra steps with him in order to make sure he understood everything. I highly recommend them. And Lorena, financial coordinator, was on top of the insurance and communicated everything to me so no surprises. read more

I have two scheduled appointments today for 11 AM for both of my sons. When I got there, Helen tried to tell me that she only had an appointment for one of my sons, Braylon. She said she could not find my other son, Bryson in the system. I told her there's no way because I have a text confirming Bryson and Braylons appointment with their name in the text. Not only that, but my sons name was on the welcome board with all the kids names. After the run around she ended up saying it MIGHT be error on their part. No it definitely was. After waiting for 20 minutes she called me up, they were clearly packed in there and running way behind, and said that the doctor will see both of my kids, I knew they were they had to, but it would be a wait. I asked would it even be a wait for the one kid they had in the system, she said yes because they were running behind. So she try to cover it up by their mistake of only having one kid in the system, when they were ultimately running behind regardless. She said the wait would be about 45 minutes. I am in the office waiting with two of my sons, and a newborn. I'm not waiting until 12 when I had an appointment at 11. They need to do something about the way they schedule people here. Or learn how to give people the allotted amount of time for their appointments. It makes no sense on how behind they were and how their waiting room was so full. On top of all of this, when I checked in, Helen called me up to do the consent signing, and said "they have two different last names?" with a confused look on her face. Yes. My sons do. I don't know why that was a question. She said that she was making sure she was checking in the right patients. This was unprofessional. Maybe you need to train your staff on the proper way to check in patients. She could've asked me their last names, or verify their birthdate, or just double check the sign in sheet. I highly doubt there was two Braylon's and two Bryson's checking in. Especially with the sign in sheet. I wrote both their names on one line "Braylon/Bryson" (under the patient column) and my name Brittney under the parent column . This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I called for the corporate number, she had me on hold seven minutes, then Helen got back on the phone and said how can I help you. I told her I was still waiting for corporate's number which she said she cannot give me she can only give my number to Stephanie - the office manager who would call me tomorrow because she's not in today conveniently. I've been going here since my sons were born. Two patients with this company currently... and my newborn was going to go here, but you lost out on a lot of money because of this office. Dental Assistant Elvira is fast and efficient making sure my kids know proper hygiene instructions and Dr Mak is the Cherry on top. Sweetest woman ever. So happy I found this place. They are the most unorganized dentist ever! The pediatric dentist is always changing and they never let you know until you're there and your kids are seeing a new dentist again. They call you a hundred time a year to ask you to come in then make it so difficult once your there. The send so many electronic check in notifications but never the electronic forms they require you to have that they tell you will be sent before your visit then when you arrive and they aren't done they have an attitude. The "manager" Monica is by far the most condescending person ever. She calls you "mom" and when you ask her to use your name she had such an attitude even my 6 year old daughter called her out. It's the middle of a pandemic and they make you stand in front of the door and call them just to say come in. We were inside the office for more than 30 minutes trying to get all the forms done and then they decide to take our temperature. They only took two of 3 when they actually did it. Zero organization! Zero patient service! No consistency within the office staff. Such a joke! read more

My son is 2 1/2yrs old and freaked out when he accompanied me to my dental appointment.. so when i noticed he needed a cleaning i knew it would be tough for his 1st visit. I called to schedule and expected to be offered an appointment 2weeks out, to my surprise they offered an appointment same day and the next first thing in the morning!! We were referred to Dr. Khani for a second opinion on our 2 year old daughter Gianna. Her initial visit with the first pediatric dentist t didn't go very well and it was important to us that we find a doctor and facility that she and we felt comfortable with. We had a bit of a drive but it was well worth it. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The assistants were able to get her to cooperate and take xrays and do her cleaning I was truly amazed. Dr. Khani was just as efficient and truly a pleasure to meet. Her chair-side manner was great and we appreciate the time she spent answering our questions and addressing our concerns. My son was highly recommended to this office by their sister office RAncho Cucamonga Smiles. RC Smiles sent our file with extensive info. My son got X-rays that showed he needed extensive work. We met the dentist on Nov 9th and they submitted for Auth the next day. They apparently got a response on Dec 14th but failed to contact me. I called them when I got copy of Auth in January 2018. I continued to call them but found an electronic system claiming they will call me back soon. Well, they failed to do so. My wait times ranged from 20-30 minutes each time I gave up. They called me back only once in Feb at the end of their day just before closing. They ignored my information of changing insurance from HMO to Delta Dental PPO plan starting January 2018. They ignored and neglected my request to use the new insurance and meanwhile my sons teeth continued to deteriorate at a fast pace of which I did not realize. I called them on multiple occasions from January thru the final call in April when my son began to feel acute pain in his teeth. The day back in Nov my son was seen, we encountered a Terrible pushy billing department! The staff was evidently bothered by my questions on their laughing gas charges. They have a young office who are not prepared to deal with concerns. They had extensive charges and failed to explain the charges in detail. They just sent us home with a list and told us to wait on the Auth! Terrible money hungry office with no sense of customer service! You can continue to hold or request a call back which they Fail to do! They fail to respond in emergencies that they have caused thru the neglect of following up. They get authorizations that are worthless and continue to treat kids this way!!! Unbelievable! However, you can continue to hold until your child's dental health deteriorates and lands your child at the mercy of another dentist which is what I had to do with my 4 year old son! We finally came back since 3 years ago and still love this place. I made an appointment they got both my kids in and no issues they got us right in. They discussed everything they were doing. My kids really enjoy this place considering ones 7 and the other is 3. I'm beyond happy with their service and staff from the front desk all the way to the doctor. The place is clean from entrance to the bathrooms. I love the whole environment. They have a kids play area with actual arcade games. Hopefully this is useful for others. read more
