My baby girl's first time at the dentist (she's 2yo) and the whole staff made her feel loved! The facility is also very pristine and welcoming, especially for children. We started taking my son here for a second opinion on some major dental work and they are great. They did their own set of x-rays and walked us through what they saw on their screens and all of our options for treatment which I really appreciated. And they had us speak with a benefit rep at the office before we proceeded with any treatment so we knew exactly what our insurance covered and what we would be paying. Absolutely love this dentist and my son loves it too! Been coming here since his first dentist appointment ever and they've always done such a great job making him feel happy and comfortable. They have a very clean lobby with games for the kids to play and screens inside playing all sorts of Disney movies for them to be entertained while the dentist checks out their teeth. They even give them a little goodie bag and a coin to get a toy at the end of the visit. Always an amazing experience here. First dental visit for my little one. I was super anxious...more than when I go to my dentist. I was amazed at the detail of the waiting room. There was video games and an amazing tree that my little one just loved. They went all out to change the mindset that we have of dentist office...cold and scary. I was greeted by Valeria who is FANTASTIC. She was professional and communicated very clearly on what will be done at the appointment and what i should focus on at home to keep his teeth in tip top shape. She also did a great job calming my nerves. After she explained everything, she went to get the instruments need to start the cleaning. my little one was crying so hard but Valevia made sure to clean every tooth front and back along with flossing. After the cleaning process, Valevia gave my little one a bouncy ball and he was all smiles. Where were our prizes when we went to the dentist back in the days?! Dr Sara came into the room and examined his teeth. She was very nice and gave us great tips to help our little improve his teeth. Dr Sara was so patient and there was not judgement at all from her. She understood that introducing brushing can be tough but it would be better for him in the long run. btw...they have a prize vending machine room. After each visit, your little one gets a coin and can pick which toy want. They also had a "cavity free" frame for pictures. They thought of everything! I absolutely love this dental office!!! This was my toddler's first time at a dentist's office and it was absolutely wonderful! The front desk was so kind and welcoming, the waiting area is clean and has lots of activities to keep kids busy. There was no wait when we went either! The exam area has a TV over the exam chair so little ones can watch a movie while their teeth get cleaned, which was a great distraction for my daughter who really struggles with that. The hygienist was extremely patient and kind, had great ways of explaining the tools to my daughter and let her hold a couple of them. She let my daughter sit on my lap for part of the exam, and didn't force her through parts that were a really big struggle. I appreciated that she checked with me when my daughter was struggling to ask if I wanted to continue with that part of the exam or not. The dentist was wonderful as well. After the appointment they gave my daughter a balloon, a toy, and a token for the capsule machine. All in all it was a wonderful experience, super patient and nice and respectful. read more

I've been bringing both of my kids here since 2020 or 2021 and everyone here is amazing. I moved out of the area so it's a bit of a drive for me but I refuse to take my kids anywhere else. Making appointments is super easy and they have a pretty open availability. My kids also feel really comfortable with all the staff. This is the third time my 5yr old autistic and speech delayed daughter has gone to this dentist. They are so incredibly patient and accommodating. Took my little one this afternoon for his first dental visit. Staff is friendly however for a child dental office you would think they would be more conscious that toddlers attention span is very limited. It took the dentist more than 40 minutes to meet with us to check my toddler. My son was very wrestles and we were pretty upset with the wait. I chose this dentist due to review on Yelp but I don't think we will be returning. As we were walking out I overheard a nurse say that there was a patient waiting for over an hour. My kiddo had a procedure done at Rancho Kids, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.  We called many places in the area and this office is the only office that offers sedation dentistry for young children. Anesthesiologist was incredibly kind and made sure to explain everything in detail. The doctor (Dr. Min) who treated my little one was also very compassionate and you can tell she cares. I was nervous but all doctors and staff took the time to reassure me through the process. All went very smoothly! My children (ages 6 and 4) have had great experiences here with the dentists and the service is great. Just be prepared to pay 10-15% more than what is quoted via billing adjustments that come randomly in the mail even more than 6 months after procedures. I received an account statement that said as of 12/15/2020 my balance forward was zero. When I called to ask about a new balance as of 1/15/2021 they said it was for charges from May 2020... when I asked how that could be if my balance forward as of 12/15/2020 I was offered an explanation of benefits summary mailed to my house. No thanks, I don't have time to read through all that... it's easier just to pay the money and they know that. So like I said good service and the kids like it just be prepared for some sketchy billing afterwards. read more
