Couldn't be happier with Rancho Cucamonga Orthodontist. Both my son and daughter were missing adult teeth and needed braces. We went for a few consultations before coming to RCO. Other Orthodontists needed it pointed out that they were missing adult teeth and said it would be challenging and rather expensive. Once coming to Dr. Stockdale, he noticed right away they were missing adult teeth and made the plan seem rather simple. Gave us a price right at our 1st consultations to include everything. Anytime my kids have broken brackets or felt an issue they get us in right away. Staff is super friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Love this place couldn't recommend it more. I'm so glad that I picked this place for my son's dental braces. All staffs are very friendly, professional and truly care for patients. The office is super clean, well decorated. I thought I was going to a ride at the theme park. I really enjoy reading some medical history in the Consultation room while waiting. Unfortunately our positive experience here has turned bad. As soon as the braces were paid for, the ortho told my daughter that her teeth were straight and ready to have the braces removed. It may be a coincidence but the timing of paying the braces off and being told her treatment was complete was quite odd. Her teeth were not straight and definitely not ready for the braces to be removed. Needless to say after going back and forth with the orthodontist several times her braces were removed. My daughter's bite is completely off. Back molars don't even touch when she bites down. Definitely not satisfied and will not be doing my other children's braces here. read more

My sister and I got our braces here. This was my second time needing braces in my life and I was extremely picky as to where I wanted to go. The first ortho I had was absolutely terrible. Coming here changed my ortho experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The beautiful women working in the front and in the back were always so sweet and never judged the questions I had. Dr. Stockdale makes fresh baked cookies for his clients with boxed juices out front. Honestly, what ortho does that?! HE DOES AND BLESS HIS BEAUTIFUL HEART! They are the best cookies I've ever had! I'm giving this another 5 stars for the cookies. As for the financial aspect of it, there was only one time that a payment did not go through and they called me. The woman I spoke to was, again, very nice about it. She wasn't pushy or mean at the fact that my payment didn't go through. They are very flexible and considerate on payment methods. I took my daughter for a consultation and she was given a 3D imaging x-rays without my knowledge. I believe this x-ray exposure was unnecessary in order to get an estimate of braces' cost. When I asked if a copy of her x-rays could be sent to her new dentist I was told that it will but it never did. The office staff was professional at all times however the dentist should see patients first before children are given any x-rays. read more

The staff is not only super helpful with literally everything from answering personal questions about teeth to replacing my orchestrates with little trouble, but also very friendly in dealing with me ahahahahahah. With all that said about the staff, they are very professional and really do care about the individuals that come through the front doors... Obviously you should come here for the top quality work of Dr. Stockdale in orthodontics, but there are free delicious cookies and nice ice cold drinks. Let me tell this is the BEST orthodontist I have ever been to. The staff is great! From Lacy at the front desk to Vicki who makes me smile whenever I'M THERE. There is another hygienist there but I can't for the life of me think of her name right now. She has a teenage son. I want to give her props too! But let me tell you the service is great there and Dr. Stockdale does great work!! I am so happy with the progression of my smile. I highly recommend this office. I was recommended to a different location and was given 1,100.00 balance to pay before even starting braces on my son, I was very stressed and decided to seek other options I used yelp saw the five stars for Robert Stockdale at Rancho Cucamonga orthodontics and notice the location I was referred to had 4 they took me right away and turned out my son did not need such an aggressive treatment as I was told all the extra charges that came with that, the treat length was also decreased. Everything they use is new and advanced such a great experience the first day so I automatically signed a contract they will work with your budget and that was a big relief when your child's smile is so important .
