Dr.Jason and staff were amazing . My 5 year old got her dental work done like a champ with laughing gas and numbing . Vs knocked out as another office said was mandatory. Dr and staff made my daughter so Comfy and worked quickly to get us in and out but also Did a great job. My daughter is no longer scared . Plus prize ballon and coins after treatment is a plus . Highly recommend the office and staff!!!! Call and make those appointments !

My 4 year old referred her sister's to her dentist and now they all go and love it.

Back at it again. One sister referred the other and they continue to love coming here. Stay is truly amazing!!!

The entire staff at this place is very caring and friendly. My two boys (6&10) believe it or not don't mind going to the dentist thanks to the great experience they have had in each and every visit. To be honest I think I'm more afraid and nervous for them, than they are. The Doctor makes great connections with my boys making them feel relaxed. From the x-rays too the fluoride treatment no complains from either one. recommended

We took our 14 month old here for her first dentist appointment. What we thought would be a stressful experience turned into the opposite. Staff was amazing, understanding and informative. We were very happy with our experience

My daughter had a dental appointment today, and I took time off work to attend. However, when we…read morearrived, I was informed that the appointment was canceled, and the receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. This isn't the first time this has happened. They claimed they called and left a voicemail, but I never received any message. The appointment had been confirmed via email. Their equipment, such as the 3D X-ray machine, doesn't work, yet they still charge my insurance. When I called the office, they said the charge was reversed, but I never received any confirmation. I'm just so disappointed.

This office is not it. Avoid it at all cost. They scheduled us a consult for surgery- they had an…read moreappointment a few weeks out so we show up the day of our appointment. After waiting 30 mins past our appointment time the surgeon looks irritated walks into the exam room says " okay, so she needs surgery!"....( shrugs his shoulders) says they'll do the surgery there at the office. I questioned him due to my daughter's previous dentist advising us her tooth would need to be removed under anesthesia due to the location of the tooth. He says "no, we don't it here". I asked him a few question in regard to recovery time. He shortly answered them and walked out. I scheduled my daughter's surgery, the receptionist told me I'd get a call about payment. I was told this procedure was only partly covered, so the cost would be 800 something. It didn't sound right to me but we had a month or more to figure out insurance so we went ahead and scheduled. I asked the clinic for the diagnosis codes for her procedure so I could ask my insurance about the copayments and coverages. I gave them the codes and they asked " when did your daughter get braces?" Uh never, she can't get braces until she has this surgery!?? My insurance tells me this dental office was billing for a bracket for her tooth, this bracket would need to be attached to a wire from her braces... what braces!?? So a week before surgery I checked with the dental office. I let them know what my insurance company said- they said they were right. My insurance is wrong. That's the right amount estimated copay. Okay, I thought it was strange and it doesn't make sense. They said we would figure it out once the surgery was done they'd bill my insurance then and they would know how much the surgery will actually be... We go to her surgery- show up early as requested- waited over an hour to be seen. Then we get to the room to be prepped and this surgeon tells me they will not be doing the surgery due to the location of the tooth. She needs to be under general anesthesia... wow! You can imagine how mad I was. The surgeons assistant let me know that I should schedule somewhere else because they work with a lot of smile generation dentist and this location is one of the worst ones they work with. It gets better...I asked them for a referral to an oral surgeon since I knew we had to be referred out. I got the referral from them, they referred me to a PPO only dentist- knowing what insurance I have since they have all of my information for both of my dental insurances. Once this happened, I called my dental plan to let them know I needed help looking for an oral surgeon- they helped me and said they needed to file a complaint due to this dental office's gross negligence and inattentiveness. Avoid the headache. Go elsewhere.

We got in 15 mins early and didnt even waited in the lobby and took us in right away. The clinic was very welcoming to my son. Had toys and chalk board for him to play. The hallways and rooms were all decorated with fun colorful designs. My son sat on top of my husband while i hold his hand (since he cant lie down with me im heavily pregnant). There were tvs hanging up in the ceiling so my son kept distracted. He was very calm the entire time. The staff were so calm and friendly and kept talking to him. Everything went smooth 15 mins and we're out. They gave him free goodies , let him choose a toy (he chose a yellow car toy), and a free balloon! The therapy dog was also super friendly too! When we got home, my son can't stop brushing his teeth and showing me how to properly brush his teeth with his new brush he got from them haha! He can't wait to go back to see his dentist again

We've also had wonderful dental assistants over the years. Unfortunately, our last appointment was with a different dentist and dental hygienist; overall it just felt completely different. The atmosphere in the back wasn't nearly as warm or welcoming as it used to be. Although I smiled-they just turned their heads. Our assigned dental assistant came across as snooty and spent much of the appointment talking to my child about their teeth as though she were the dentist. The 'real' assigned dentist gave a similarly stuffy impression. While examining my child's teeth, this dentist seemed more interested in looking me up and down than simply saying hello or asking if I had any questions. It left me feeling unwelcome. Since there is no post visit survey, I felt compelled to leave this review with hopes that it will help improve our customer experience. Most of us work hard to provide dental insurance for our kids, pay the premiums and extra costs, and trust you with their care. As for many of the newer dentists-while everyone has to start somewhere, bedside manner is just as important as clinical skill. A little warmth and connection go a long way.
