Crystal Hayes Hill - is a better comedian than a lawyer as the Orange County Judge laughed miss Hayes out of court on her first go around (family law) it appears she is learning on the fly . 7,500 down to start and then She proceeded to charge 10,000 and acted as if the 7,500 was just a tip various charges included HER CALLING MY 86 years old grandmother to try and get Money out her because She was involved with ME on my case . They as a Team Got My grandmother credit card and acted as if I was not involved in the case I am the father the petioner and it took more than 6 months to accomplish nothing 2 court appearances and 2 times the judge told her "you don't have your ducks in a row" the whole time she charging up bills . Phone calls to me numerous times NEVER mentioning Hey by the way were up 10,000 dollars and she took the 7,500 as a tip amazing set of balls on this Predator . No moral compass Not professional, a Very Ghetto approach to family law finessing and swindling A man seeking custody of his daughter while they hide their billing intent . I am amazed and in awe of these tactics . She did not accomplish 1 thing at all . What a racket! She (attorney Hiil) was happy to make me a priority for an hour consultation at $250.00 .. When I first called I asked about the Yelp Deal she has put up on her Yelp page.. I was told probably not because they've been trying to remove that for a while now.. so here we are a month later.. offer is still there.. I spoke to "attorney Hill" which is how she prefers to be referred to, after making an appointment for $250.00 .. I was really feeling like she was "my one".. instead I felt awkward with our meeting and felt she was combative .. she did no calculations for me to tell me if I had a case.. but said we could use the next 30 minutes of our meeting in the future after looking at my records and case.. I received a $7,500 dollar retainer to be paid.. and was about to fill it out... wow, that's a lot for me, without having the calculations yet.. for my simple little child support case that I've already done most of the work on with the documentation ..before signing, I simply asked, can you run the calculations to let me know if you think all of this is worth it.. do I have a case? I was told to send documents.. I sent.. told to send more, and pay to get court documents to give her, so she can tell me if I have a case.. I sent multiple emails, 2.5 weeks went by, so I sent more emails giving the benefit of the doubt but scared I was duped.. I finally asked for a refund because she didn't come through for me on a single thing after a month.. we didn't use the full hour in our consultation because she said, why don't we save this for our next talk.. so, not only did I not get my moneys worth, being that I got 30 minutes instead of an hour.. they will not get back to me about, in the very least 30 minutes I didn't receive.. SERIOUSLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER had in this battle with my ex husband .. I know that for sure now because I found a lawyer and had 0 issues..
