I hired Alberto a few years ago to replace the sprinkler system irrigation valves. They were over 20+ years and in need of replacement and repair. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time, replaced the valves and underground feed pipes. He showed me there were no leaks and had everything looking professional above ground. In the last year I hired Alberto to clean up my yard, front and back. Fix bender board, cut big roots that had grown under our recently taken down gazebo, level the area, put down several yards of playground bark. Remove some old bushes in the front and plant an azalea, weed, put down mini bark and rocks. I had a deadline since I was hosting a 90th birthday party in my backyard. All was done on time and just how I imagined it at the price we agreed upon. I take pride in my yard and with Alberto's help he has brought it to the next level. Due to his good work and great attitude I hired him for ongoing yard maintenance. He shows up on time, does things without being asked, is open to other work that is beyond your usual mow, blow and maintenance. As a side note, recently the wind picked up an umbrella in my backyard and blew it onto the roof while he was here. He was quick to offer help by going up on the roof and taking the umbrella down for me. Much appreciated. Alberto and his assistant are fabulous. Last year when I called to request gardening services he called immediately and set up an appointment the next day to see the yard and to provide an estimate. He started yard maintenance that week. My yard needed tree trimming, and some planting . He strung cafe lights for me across our patio and in my arbor. 1-2 days before my daughter's backyard wedding he came to make sure the yard looked well maintained. I found Alberto on Yelp and I contacted him yesterday Friday morning (11/8/24) by early afternoon we already have an appointment set for him the same afternoon to evaluate my yard and provide an estimate to help with the clean up of the overgrown ground covering Ivy. He was very punctual, call a few minutes ahead and provided the estimate along with additional recommendations that I did not think of but very appreciative that he took note and make the recommendations. He lay out his plan, and make the appointment the next day (11/9/24) to come and clean my yard. This morning, arrived on time with a confirmatory text a few minutes ahead, he performed everything that he proposed/and agreed upon with distinctions in my eyes. I had a few other gardening services, but none as detailed as Alberto did! He was polite, very knowledgeable with his work, skilled, excellent work product, clear of his plans and fair on his price.
