At the end of a complete home remodel that took us a year, we decided that we wanted to upgrade our old, stained, cracking concrete front porch area. We thought we would replace it with stamped concrete but after getting a couple of bids we started thinking of extending the stone pavers in front of our garage into the front porch. We had the original pavers installed 20 years ago and we were leaning toward giving this job to the same company that did the first install - they were excellent. When Alexis learned that we wanted pavers he urged us to consider Malagon, so we requested a quote after seeing some beautiful paver work on his website. His bid was super competitive and he was very responsive and patient in explaining how he would handle several aspects of the job including rerouting downspouts and adding a paver border around our existing hardscaping. Even with a rain delay of several days after the demo was done, they finished in less than two weeks and did a fantastic job. The combination of price, quality and efficiency was superior. There has never been a time where he has skipped a service or not cleaned up after landscaping. Our previous landscaper claimed to be one of the best and charged more, but no matter what they did, our lawn or plants never looked good at all and blamed us for their faults, but that all changed when we hired Jesus Chavez and he did his magic.
