I've contacted with other companies around the same time, and almost all companies said they are free to come in the beginning, but ended up no show and no response at all even I followed up with them. We thought the quoted price was higher than other companies initially, but considering that he kept his promise to come, and did a great job without missing a point, it is a very reasonable price.
