Just look at the cute bows they give

It's my third time coming here. They are just amazing! I've always been so hesitant leaving my dog at the groomers just cause you don't know what kind of people you are leaving your pet with. Since the first time I've taken my fur baby they've been absolutely attentive, caring, and professional. They ask you how you want your pet to be cut from head to tail. Not to mention their prices are great! Support small business!!

This place is incredible with friendly and animal loving staff. The price is great at 50-60$ with tips comes to ~70$. They always do a great job as requested and I love that they give our puppy little seasonal bows and neckties. Definitely would recommend.

I'm obsessed with this grooming place! I've struggled so much with my dogs in the past, looking for a groomer that's kind, patient, clean & wonderful... until I came across with Teresa! I wish she was the first groomer my dogs went too! My recent dog milo went and came out like a champ hehehe. I 100% recommend My Loyal Friend!

    Will be coming back!

Took my dog today for a grooming. I had to wait about 2 minutes because they were registering a cat that had called for a grooming. The price was reasonable, for the first time $55 for a medium dog. The best thing about this place is that Ive taken my dog to other grooming shops and nothing compare to this one. My dog doesn't cry or gets cut. Very professional! Thank you, will be coming back for sure.

Theresa from My Loyal Friend is someone I trust with my dog. Look at my baby, he looks like a rockstar.

Theresa from My Loyal Friend is someone I trust with my dog. Flea gets the works - bath, haircut, nice smelling spritz, nails clipped, teeth brushed (amazing smile afterwards- my semi daily toothbrushes does not compare to just one visit), anal glands expressed, and excess ear hair plucked (prone to ear infections). She knows how particular I am and she coordinates her appointments to really be able to take her time with him. I am very appreciative towards her and the TIME AND CARE she takes for Flea and Flea loves her! The facility is clean, they work with special care dogs frim puppies to adults, to senile with medical ailments, and even picky dog moms (like myself). They actually care about your dogs. I recommend this buisness and the people who work there. When you have quality grooming at a reasonable price in your own community, there's no reason why you shouldn't support your Local Buisnesses. Thank you My Loyal Friend!

The main issue was payment. I asked if I could Venmo and she said yes. Then they call me back later that evening asking me to cancel it because she doesn't have Venmo. What? Cool, well unfortunately I can't cancel a Venmo payment. But also, you told me yes. Then she asks me to come in to show her on her phone. Sorry, I'm not traveling from Manhattan to Queens to show you how to use your phone. I hope you get your payment but what a terrible post grooming experience and subpar grooming! Will not be coming back.

I called them in advance to ask a few questions, spoke with Laura. Just to make sure they would be comfortable taking our dog. I informed her that he was a senior dog, enucleated OU (both eyes removed), and he takes a sedative so he would be more calm for the grooming. She said it would be fine , as long as he was up to date with all his vaccines. We understood and scheduled an appointment with them. When my sister arrived, the groomer Jesus immediately declined service. His reasoning was he didn't feel comfortable because of the dog age and being blind. He looked at him disgustingly. It's upsetting because all this information was disclosed over the phone beforehand. It was just a big waste of time. The guy initially…read moredenied it happened there, then he said my dog must have bumped his head(and face and neck) while he was restrained on the table. He said it was common when dogs move around too much. I guess it's weird that my dog doesn't like getting his nails cut, such an uncommon behavior. It's unacceptable, no apology or nothing. I messaged a friend who has his own grooming business, and his said that the bruises should never have happened, and it's not common for dogs to get them while getting their nails cut. My dog was in there for maybe 5 min, and came out looking beat up and scared. I'm going to post some photos I took a few minutes after we left the groomers, and a couple I took after I gave him a bath.
