My maid Lori is very congenial and hard working. She always does a great job, even though I am a household with many pets.

I arranged for their services, they showed up on time, but couldn't speak English. They called their boss (?) and he said they would need 3.5 hours instead of the 2.5 we had agreed upon. We stuck with 2.5. We walked them around, clarified things, then left. An hour later, this "Jorge" guy texted us - "You need to cancel." We tried to communicate with him, gave up and called the office for MyMaid. A lady listened to my situation, then said she'd transfer me to Tray. I only got a voice mail machine. Terrible experience. Steph and her team did a wow job on my place. I try to keep it very clean and picked up but when I saw the difference my old maid did compared to My Maid Service, I was delighted! Not sure if everyone gets it but they even made my bed (it was a lil messy but not terrible). They also wiped down the bathroom mirror and vanity way better than my prior maid too. Of course yeah they emptied all the trash etc etc. Only downside, is they didn't wash and fold my laundry! LOL These guys really care about cleaning! Very impressed! read more

Don't waste your money. We had them come come by to clean our house before listing it for sale and we explained that when we asked them to come by. They did such a horrible job. The floors had crumbs, the windows were smeared, the oven was a mess. They didn't scrub the tub or sinks. Such a waste of money. When we called to complain, they hung up. My house has never been so clean. Shawn and Stephanie are so kind and give the best customer service. Brittney is my favorite. My 1st clean was a deep clean & after they left, my doorbell rang & it was Brittney. They had forgotten to do something & she wanted to come back in to redo it. That is unheard of. No one comes back, but she did. Now i'm having it done every 2 weeks and I have requested Brittney. Amazing pol and customer service. I recommend them highly and the price can't be beat. read more

Lazy cleaners, used them monthly for a year because of the price, switched cleaners three times but bad results every time. The last maid which was new since the previous quite due to not being treated properly, said we needed to pay double our normal rate and stupidly I agreed since Family was flying in. She did less then any one has ever. Didn't sweep/mop, didn't clean showers/toilets, we pay extra for the fridge to be cleaned/ of course it wasn't, 154$ for counter tops wiped down and floor vacuumed. Never again! read more

Actually what took place is I asked to be moved to Fridays because I would no longer be available other days of the week. You stated your policy which I was fine with and we were to part ways yet you sent your techs out 5 days later. You knew I wouldn't be home and I thought you just forgot to remove me from their schedule but your techs even confirmed you thought I wouldn't be home. When I saw the charge to my credit card I called you to remind you of our conversation, which you remembered, and yet you refused to reverse the charge to my card. We would never recommend this company based on the quality of work they did when we hired them for a "whole house clean." As my wife exclaimed while she examined the filthy rag after going over the staircase banister, "we just had five people in here that were supposed to be cleaning and our house is still dirty!" It was a bad experience from start to finish:, they were late and more worried about leaving by 5 than cleaning thoroughly. Since they arrived more than 1 hour late but wouldn't stay late to finish, several extra maids arrived for the final 60 minutes. Most of that time was spent gabbing with each other and arguing about who could go home when. When we saw the bill we realized we were being asked to pay almost $100 extra for the "extra labor." Understand, we had just bought this home from a family who had been living there for the past 10 years. The home was not a disaster by any means. It just needed a thorough cleaning, which it DID NOT get. So far we have spent about 2 hours since they left re-doing the areas that were not cleaned. They missed an entire walk-in closet, a set of blinds, multiple wall sconces and--most infuriating--the doors and baseboards are still grimy with fingerprints. We should not be able to gently wipe these surfaces with a wet rag and see so much dirt coming up after spending $300+! We will be finishing up the work they didn't do tomorrow and asking for a significant reduction in the cost billed. They have been cleaning our house for over a year now, and they have always done a great job. Misty had been the one cleaning our house and she is wonderful. The company is not big and the owner is very accessible, and willing to help with any issues. It's nice knowing that we can trust the service and the maid that is coming into our house ever other week. Every cleaning they go the extra mile on a certain area. One time it might be the baseboards in a certain room, the next time it may be the ceiling fans. I highly recommend them! read more

My Maid Service has been cleaning our home twice monthly for several years now. Each time they come I take the time to pick up so they can concentrate on the cleaning part of the job. I have NEVER had issues with this business as other's have negatively commented. One thing I especially like is that the same individual comes each time (unless there is an illness or other emergency) so I don't have a group of strangers invading my home each time. I explained my expectations when the owner came out initially to our home to give me an estimate saying I can half way clean things but if I'm paying someone I expect perfection! Anytime I have raised a concern the ladies who answer the office phones are quick to reslove/address my concerns. They create a notebook on your home so any special requests as far as products being used or specialty care you want to be given any items is all documented, I don't have to leave notes each time! As for some of the other's negative remarks I have never experienced these issues with this company but then again I clearly understand the services they perform- dusting throughout, mopping and vacuming of floors, bathroom and kitchen counters and trash removal and linen changes (if clean linens are left out). I have never anticipated the windows being cleaned or my oven being cleaned (unless of course these individuals had special arrangements made that are ourside the norm. Being in the Consumer Care business myself I can certainly appreciate accurate and fair service reviews of businesses. I've used them once for a spring cleaning. The price is not the highest but not cheap either. A crew of ladies came and got the job done within a reasonable time frame, BUT they missed few places (some window sills and a ceiling fan). When I mentioned about it over the phone, I was offered to have a follow up clean. The follow up appointment was at 3:30 with a request of 30 mins call ahead. 3:30 came and nobody showed and no phone call. Finally, I just decided to call them and cancel it because I had no time to wait around for them. Not too happy with the service, will not use again. Oh, one more thing is the smell of the products that they use is very strong. Of course it's always an option to provide your own products, but if i am paying so much for the work I prefer not to spend extra money on the products. read more

we hired them to clean our office. They did not do a good job. They were very unprofessional and had altitude if we need something redone or changed. there was a time that a cleaner split her coffee on our carpet in the front office and it did not even seem like they tried to clean it up. When I contacted the office they said that they would get someone out to clean it as soon as possible but I did not here from the carpet cleaning people tell like 2- 3 weeks later. I had to clean it up my self . There would be times they wouldn't do the trashes or touch the break room. There were times they did not even come with out even a call . We get the same maid every time so she know our preferences and is even sweet enough to take care of our two pups (letting them out and giving them treats) while she's there. The pricing is reasonable, but the selling point to me is the company is bonded and insured, and takes care of their maids. The owner is a nice guy and wants to make the customer happy. I feel comfortable enough with the company that I have my cleanings scheduled when I am at work. I cringe when I hear of people using a person who is doing this business independently and have heard horror stories of stained granite or poor quality service with no other option than to find another maid. My Maid Service is a quality company that takes care of both the customer and their employees. In response to another review, once my regular maid was out sick and I got another maid. She forgot to vacuum the guest room. A quick phone call later she came out and fixed it that day within a few hours. Team that was initially brought in to clean house did a fantastic job. After 2 weeks, the individuals barely did any work. Floors not mopped or swept, sinks not clean, counters not wiped. DO NOT HIRE!! I am in the process of moving to Texas and wanted to hire a cleaning service for my boyfriend's 2 BR/2 BA apartment before all of my furniture arrived. I talked with Donette for a significant period of time while scheduling my appointment, and she was quick to point out all of the things they did not do. I understood where she was coming from, but I'm not sure we got off on the right foot. I settled on the general cleaning that included 3.5 hours of cleaning with one individual - total $145. Belinda was scheduled to arrive at our house between 8am and 10am - First of all, I was less than thrilled with the fact that they could not give me a definite time they would be there or even a 1 hour window - especially that early in the morning. Belinda proceeded to chat on her cell phone multiple times throughout the morning and attempt to carry on conversations with us about her life problems. She consistently had excuses for why she couldn't do things - she forgot a step stool and a type of cleaning product. As if that wasn't bad enough, just after 2 hours, she told me she was finished. I quickly looked around and everything seemed to look fine - I was so tired of her incessant chatting - so I said she could leave. Boy was that a mistake. I came back in to find that there was a ring of dust on many of our tables, where she had just wiped the middle but left a ring of dust around the edge. There were crumbs on the counter under the toaster, and water marks in the sink and on all of the faucets. Moral of the story - I don't hire someone to clean my house if they are going to do the same job I would have done. I expect them to do their job without chatting on the phone or making excuses - this company does not do that. I called Donette once I got back to my current residence and explained the entire situation to her. She never ONCE apologized or asked what they could do to fix it. She said she would talk to her boss about the fact that Belinda left after 2.25 hours when I paid for 3.5 and get back to me. Over a week later, I had not heard back from Donette and called their office to talk to her. A nice young lady answered the phone and told me Donette was not in the office. I explained my situation and asked for a return phone call. No one returned my call! I then received a check for $34 in the mail a week later with no note or apology. WOW! read more

I went through several crews until finally ownership emailed me the day before my cleaning day saying there dropping me due to shortage of staff in my area.
