First off, let me say I'm a licensed massage therapist, so I know what to look for. Hubs and I booked this on a whim. -The positives: got in same-day appointment (now I know why). Scheduled a couples massage. Massage itself was fine, she didn't go too deep per my request, that only lasted 1/2 of the massage. My husband thought his massage was adequate as well, being deep tissue. -They used a variance of techniques, (which is actually a good thing), Swedish, DT, hot stone/hot towel, static stretching, BUT they FAILED to tell us this part. One minute we're relaxing and the next the two therapists' (same room being a couples) start speaking their language at a normal volume level!, which startled us both. Next, they open the door and leave it open as they are back-and-forth (& not quiet) bringing something into the room, which lasted a good 2-3 minutes. This was very unnerving and extremely inappropriate for this setting (I desperately wanted to hop off the table and close the door). Then, without warning, hot stones were placed on my back. Yikes! That didn't help my nerves. I'm not against hot stone therapy, I'm against noncommunicative therapists. Next, out of nowhere, a hot towel (which was REALLY hot & she never checked if temp was OK). Then, without warning, she's trying to stretch me out (which I would've opted out- not a fan of that technique personally). I was on edge the rest of the massage! I was only face up for last 10 min. There should ALWAYS be communication prior to the session of what techniques are preferred; also filling out an intake form that includes prior medical history and any possible contraindications to massage. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE! We walked in and was immediately taken to the room, kind of rushed, and told face down, that was it! It started off as a "not bad for same day" experience and ended SUPER sketchy and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I will never return. read more

This place smelled like dog urine. They didn't fully shut the door while giving the massage so you could hear and see people in the hallway. The massage was great, I would note a couple things. The establishment was really old and not kept well. As I was waiting for the bathroom, I noticed one of the workers didn't wash hands after using the bathroom and went straight in a room with a client. No robes, so I had cover myself in a sheet and walk through the entire office to use the bathroom. Also, at the end while I was writing my tip, she asked how much I put and pointed to a sign that I needed to tip $15-$30 and started complaining to the other workers in front of me. I'll most likely be going to a better establishment, although the massage was really good. read more

This is a no frills place but the best 90 minute massage I have ever had! My entire body was rock hard from knots in my shoulders, back, hips....you name it! Angela also introduced me to cupping therapy and said I would be sore tomorrow but ready "to fly" the next day! She was so kind and wonderful. I have no idea how this place is in business and how they have gotten this many good reviews. My mind is absolutely blown and I will never, ever be back. I just about left in tears. My sweet partner booked a surprise 90-minute hot stone massage for me last Sunday at this location. I arrived about 10 minutes early to my appointment as it was my first time in. As I walked in, I noticed that the place was a bit dingy and poorly lit - but hey! Sometimes the dive places can be the hidden gems, so I was optimistic. As I picked up the clipboard to complete my intake form, the front desk said "Don't worry about that, come with me." This was my first red flag. Having worked at a massage studio before, therapists NEED to be aware of any bodily injuries, soreness, whether or not you bruise easily, etc. This being disregarded can put someone at risk to be hurt and is negligent/inexcusable. A bit dumbfounded, I walked back to my room with the receptionist. As I'm walking, I notice TWO of the room's doors are ajar (about 4-5 inches) with people being massaged in them. I literally saw a man's bare ass cheek as his masseuse was working on his leg. What the hell?! The therapist comes in and tells me to lay face-down on the massage table and she'll be back. As I lay down, I notice the sheet (where you put your head down) has some woman's lipstick on it. Absolutely gross. Do they clean these sheets? I should also mention that the "blanket" on top of the sheets was an over-sized low quality bath towel with sea turtles on it. We're definitely not getting a "luxury" experience here. As I'm trying to stay optimistic, despite moving the sheets so I don't wear this random woman's lipstick, I'm looking down on the floor and there are multiple clipped finger nails ALL over the floor. Again, having worked at a studio, I know that therapists are diligent about keeping their nails short and clipping hangnails. But do this in the break room maybe? It was absolutely disgusting. At this point, I'm close to crying. To be honest, I hadn't had a massage in a VERY long time and my partner really went out of his way because he knew I needed this. It was quickly turning out to be the worst experience I've ever had. The massage itself was not good. I could tell the therapist didn't know much about muscularity as she was attempting to compensate with heavy pressure (mind you I asked for light to medium since I just wanted to relax). About halfway through, she said she'd be right back as she was going to grab the hot stones. As she came back in the room and started to use the stones on my legs, it became apparent to me that the door was open. At this point, the right half of my body is exposed (towards the door). I asked "Is that door open?" to which she laughed and said "just a little" and closed it. WHY DO I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE DOOR TO BE CLOSED?! That's wildly inappropriate and feels like a total violation of privacy. I should also mention here that she burned my left calf as she set the stones on it and I about lurched myself off the table in pain. She laughed and said "oh! Too hot? Sorry." Again - almost in tears. I absolutely could have ended this experience early, but to be honest I was A) Tired and B) in complete shock of every terrible thing that was piling up. I expressed all of this to my partner, who was extremely upset at the series of events. He reached out to the studio immediately in hopes that they could "make it right" and was told he needs to contact the owner. Based on the owner's comments on other poor reviews, I doubt this is going to be rectified. But holy moly, I felt like I needed to warn you. read more

I've been coming sporadically for almost 2 years, and I love this place more than all the other places I've tried in the area. Leah is who always works on me and I'm so grateful for her kindness and firm hands, and it is her I want to work on my shoulder or back pain caused by being middle age house cleaner. My partner sees another masseuse when we go and she is also very happy with her. We have tried about 6 different places, and 2 of them have waiting periods of 3+ weeks, which doesn't work for me because Im not one to think in the future I need a massage, I want one within a week if I'm making an effort to call. Another massage place in Broomfield charges a monthly fee and yet it still has waiting period. the management must not be well because they can't keep therapists . And all the other massage places Just don't give the pressure or too pricey. This place is perfect, for me and the fact my partner likes it too , I hope we never have to go anywhere else again read more

Came here for a couples massage on our shared birthday. We've had massages everywhere from off the strip in Las Vegas to the Spa at the Broadmoor. This is in my top 3. No choice ahead of time for kinds of massages but if you communicate with them they will give you what you are after. They asked Medium or hard, I said hard and then told her harder, she even warned me that I would be sore the next day. There were a couple spots where she could tell I was tight and would ease up and she found all the knots that needed to be released. Only downside was the therapists were also the receptionists, so when someone would walk in the lobby they would step out of our room to help them. Great value at $1/min before tip. The ladies here are nice, professional and no-nonsense. They really focus on the areas that have knots from workouts or stress and are really good at getting them out. I really enjoy the massage itself. They start with some massage with the sheets covering your body and the after put some oil and keep massaging after some hot stone really enjoyable. I choose the hard next time I would go for a medium. My husband choose the medium and said if have because they didn't ask he would choose soft massage.
