Absolutely horrendous treatment by the team supervisor. One of his movers was allowed to use the…read morerestroom which resulted in his urine flooding all over my bathroom floor. When the supervisor heard that I was on the phone with his boss he came out hot headed and threatened to throw my property out in the street. When I pointed out he'd just be paying for it because it's insured in the contract I signed with them. He then stormed off and had to have his boss call him to tell him to get back inside to do his job. This kind of blatant disrespect towards a client is unacceptable by any means. Not only did I never raise my voice or swear at him, he actually interrupted a conversation I was already having with my assisted living caseworker to throw this tantrum. I explained that it's common courtesy to clean up any mess you make and that if I had caused the mess I'd go to a dollar store for a mop and clean my urine off his floor. Apparently that's worth quitting and voiding a contract over, and threatening the private property of a client. Great job Ken, keep making your company look good. Honestly, if this is how they move a disabled person assisted by SLP out of HUD housing it's astounding to me they have a positive rating. I imagine it's the labor put in. They took several larger pieces in one go which sped things up. -Disregard owner reply. Literally nobody offered to clean the mess. I was told that they don't carry shammies or towels or mops and Ken explicitly said they would not return to clean the mess, after the super on the phone said the same exact thing. Do not believe the owner replies for a moment, I am the one who had to go get a mop and return to the previous property to clean it. The only reason I did it, is because if I didn't my caseworker would have had to. It's one thing to make a mess and then threaten the client and throw an actual storm-off tantrum, it's another to go into yelp and try to lie about what happened. Even worse every party involved mutually agreed that if you got urine all over someone's floor, accident or not, it's literally just common courtesy to clean it up. They simply refused to do so and asked stupid questions like "what would you do?" Only to have no proper response to "I'd clean it".

It's been over a month and I've been able to have one conversation with them and I've received no assistance with the problems with my move. They were asked to move my furniture first, and then as many boxes as they could fit into the truck They did not do that When they decided they had done enough, they simply got in their truck and left they didn't even tell me they were leaving and there was nobody to meet them at the new house which was of course locked up. I just happened to look out the window and noticed the truck was gone. In my opinion, they should've let us know that they were leaving and asked if there was anything else we wanted packed because there was a lot of stuff that was left behind. This was only 1,000 square-foot condominium, so there was not a lot of furniture to be transported compared to a full-size house The truck wasn't even full and I had so many boxes left behind which put a terrible burden on myself after paying these guys almost $2000. The movers were slow and it felt like they were just trying to fill up that eight hours that they were going to charge me for. This is my third move in two years and this is the first time I've experienced so much damage and incompetence. So I feel like we have a very good idea of what a good move is having used 3 other companies before this. This move was more unorganized than I've seen it done before. It seemed to me that our furniture and boxes were placed in the truck fairly haphazardly. Usually there's a method to placing items in the truck. Most companies chose to put all boxes in first, then all furniture, so when you pull it off the truck the big pieces are able to be placed without boxes being in the way. That wasn't done with this company and it caused it to be way more chaotic of an unload. They also couldn't get everything on the truck, we had to transport some of our own things & that just seemed silly as we've moved with the same stuff and never had that before. I also was perplexed that our furniture was not wrapped up before being placed on the truck. Having moved so many times we're a little particular about having damage to our furniture. It makes a huge difference to have the furniture wrapped with blankets and then placed in the truck. Due to this, we did have several furniture items damaged- most notably my husbands desk. Which is fairly new. The leg was completely broken off of it. He is very disappointed. Other items were scratched significantly. These two issues are big ones in my book which is why I gave a lower rating. I will also say that the guys that came to the house were very friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to double check our nursery furniture at our request and take it apart and put it back together. Our baby daughter is due any day now and I was so worried about her new furniture! I was very grateful for them for being so understanding! They also made an extra stop for me to go pick up our nursery dresser! I was elated! We had struggled to go get it ourselves because of it's size. I will also note that this is most we've ever paid for a move by about $250 (same amount of time and number of guys as previous companies), so I'm a little disappointed that things didn't got as well. While that amount is still within the range of what I've seen elsewhere, the way it changed felt a bit unexpected. I understand my grandfather lives a bit outside Spokane, but I felt that transportation should have been included in the overall quote--especially since I explained from the beginning where the pickup and drop-off locations were. Being told there would be an additional $100 gas or transportation fee seemed excessive, especially for a relatively small move. No hard feelings toward this company; I just want others to be aware of all fees and ask for a clear, final estimate before making a decision. Chase and his team worked from the moment they arrived at the site till every last item was carefully wrapped, carefully transported to the truck and perfectly positioned for the road. Evrything was thoughtfully packed and tied down as to minimize any possible damage. The next day Chase and a different team member showed up and again tirelessly worked until the entire truck was unpacked and properly placed into my clients storage unit. I even had them do extra things that I didn't initially disclose and they took care of me like I was their best friend.
