I used to like this place a lot, if you would have asked me 6 months ago who to use I would have said here but lately things have been changing. I Have constantly asked where Tina is they gave me the run around blamed other on her having covid. After a while I started to use Helen as my nail tech enjoyed her a lot. Still asked about Tina every now and then no answer. I called to make an appointment for Helen called a few days before they said ok appointment for Helen. I show up no Helen... I asked where she is since I made the appt with her. They said she was fired and they didn't bother to inform me of that when I made the appt, this isn't the 1st time they done this to me. Tina was my nail tech. I asked for almond.. this is horrible we even spoke of it not being too bulky as I was worried because I just moved here and after 20 years with the same nail tech, finding a new , I should of known! I work two jobs, one in customer service and I'm embarrassed to have to go to work. With it being Memorial Day weekend this was my only day off took two hours for this and a pedicure.. smh.. and the cost .. wow 45$ for this job, 45 for my pedi but that was basic, expensive but I did get gel.. she even brought friends/co workers around to try to say how beautiful (which one co worker couldn't even keep a straight face as they laughed in their language).. while doing my nails I spoke of them being too long and bulky.. so she knew I wasnt very happy. She put too big of nails on in the first place, when I pointed one out she decided to tell me how uneven my nails are so it just looks big, it was sideways so she took it off to fix.. smh ... I should of stopped like I wanted to but I thought I'll give it a chance.. should of listen to my gut! I will never return.. I now have to find another place and pay again in hopes they can fix it before the doctors office job Tuesday morning.. with it being a holiday and the fact I work most the same schedule other nail places are open.. I don't leave negative reviews but when it cones to our hands, I think people should make a better judgment of the places they search for...Lesson learned. The two star are for the warm welcoming and the patience my nail tech had to help me find a nice color. That's about it! Otherwise this would've been a 1 star review (zero if possible). The picture speaks for itself, but I'll explain.... I went there as walk-in. Waited about 35-45mins to be seen (even though they told me I had a 5min wait). I picked the color I wanted while I waited. The nail tech asked me why would I want a color that glows in the dark? I explained I'm a Flight Attendant and thought it'd be fun to do something different and would like to see people's reactions of glowing nails when I work at night. She didn't seem to like the idea, because she immediately started to suggest me to not do that. I decided to take her advice; it was just an idea and wasn't sure how would that be ok or not at work. I proceed to my second choice (a nude tone, hombre effect color). Asked her to keep my nails as short as possible. She then advised me to pick another style because it won't look good on short nail. I told her I want then the lightest nude tone on that hombre design. She picked up the darkest nude color (dark brown) and I didn't want to say anything at first just to give her the benefit of doubt, but stopped her immediately when she was about to do the second dipping. I explained to her I want a nude tone, almost pink and very unnoticeable with just a bit of glitter. She removed from my nails the first hand of dipping powder and helped me find a nude color which I liked a lot. This ordeal would've been already my red flag because I never had a tech trying to force me into choosing the color of her choice (that's how I felt from the moment I asked her about the glow in dark nude color) but I decided to just let it go and move on. I even suspected she simply didn't understand much english. You can see the result in my picture. In case you wonder why the nails look matte, that's because whatever top coat she used completely fell off by 3 days of wearing it! I couldn't put another top coat in the meantime because I was working - as a Flight Attendant, I don't have many chances all the time to find a store that sells good nail polish while I work and with layover on hotels far from drugstores. Keep it in mind, I haven't done any hard work besides an occasional dishes cleaning and frequent hand washing (due to lot of contact with germs at work). The cute color started to crack just about a day after my nails wear off the top coat. This is obviously a good sign that she either used very cheap materials or did a very poor job....maybe both. I'm not even wasting my limited time on going there to demand getting it fixed. Hopefully they learn from this review to be more cautious on the service they provide. It should be more consistent with all customers. I say this because I understand there also have happy customers. I wasn't the luck one to have a good experience with them. Not worth to risk my time and my nails' health this way. Going to find another place that probably understand english better. The price was fair but I prefer not to compromise quality anymore. read more

I went in for a pedicure and they gave me chemical burns on my legs. They also took over 2 hrs for a pedicure that I had an appointment for. After knowing they burnt me they charged me full price and gave me $5 off next service. My legs look terrible and the pain is awful. Bey disappointed. read more

Just moved near this area and wanted to try a new nail place, so I went to yelp to find somewhere with good reviews. This place made it easy to request an appointment via yelp and the owner got back to me within hours, which is awesome. When we got there, everyone was extremely accommodating despite our few changes in the appointment. The owner was probably the nicest to me that any employee that a nail salon has ever been. She remembered both my name and my boyfriends, offered us drinks, and talked to both of us. I was getting dip nails for the first time and she thoroughly explained the benefits and how it works. I even saw her sit down with another customer to help her look through colors and pick something she would be happy with, as she couldn't make a decision and was waiting for her gel polish removal. Overall, awesome experience. Will definitely be back. A few weird things, just little kinks perhaps.. she (the owner) came over to my boyfriend and specifically told him his pedicure was $35 not $40, yet ended up charging him $40 anyway. Also, the man doing my manicure never applied any lotion or massages my hands, which I thought was a given with a manicure? Regardless, the final products and awesome owner makes up for those small things and we will happily return (and suggest to others!) read more

I waited to leave a review, but the initial visit was not the best. Don't get me wrong, the place is incredibly clean and the staff is soooo friendly. But that only gets you so far. I got a full set of acrylics. I asked for shorter nails, was told no that my nails wouldn't work that short. Which was weird because this isn't my first time getting my nails done. My nails had to be repainted 3 times because they kept bubbling and when I left they were still bubbled. They said they would go away when it dries. They don't and they didn't. They painted the layers so thick and so fast to try to hurry me out the door to start working on the next person. I asked for them to be fixed since I paid and tipped already and I didn't feel like walking out with nails full of bubbles. They aren't shaped the same. They have a huge blob of acrylic in the center of the nail, but the very tip is flat. It's literally the plastic tip. They didn't carry out the acrylic to the end on some nails while other nails are super thick. I've had them done many times and I've never had them done like that. The backs are now lifting and it's only been five days. Supposed to last two weeks. The backs on almost all are lifting and I've been taking care of them so I'm not sure why. She let me know the salon uses a disposable kit consist of pumice stone and nail filer as well as a liner which says for the cleanliness of tools. She was not pushy of upgrades and was very attentive. Parking is confusing. Make sure to turn in the street before the apartment complex or you'll do a big circle to enter the facility. Safely accommodated me and my friend on a Saturday without an appointment for pedicures. Friendly staff that genuinely seem to care about clients and each other. Very clean, everyone wore masks and unwrapped new implements and single-use disposable plastic lining in the foot bath. It is very clean and the aesthetics is so relaxing. The staff is awesome! Everyone was very kind and sweet. There was no pressure from there to upgrade. My nail tech was named Tina and she has got to be the sweetest person ever! As soon as I sat down, she offered me a cold water. She also asked me what I liked and worked accordingly.
