I've had Alexandria twice and Alex once for my facials. Each time they ask what my goal is and customize a facial to meet my needs. The rooms (described my another yelper) is definitely no frills, but don't let that deter you! The hour of relaxation is the best, with head/arm/hand massages as the skincare seeps into your skin. Nicole is wonderful at what she does! She's very professional, very knowledgeable and a sweet person. Her prices are reasonable and the products she uses are of good quality. I've been in to see her on three occasions for a back facial, microneedling and microdermabrasion to my face. Her services extend beyond just the face. I've scheduled to even have a Fanny facial with microdermabrasion in the future! Can't wait! The spa has a unisex bathroom. There is plenty of parking and her spa is in a nice neighborhood. SCAMMERS! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a micro-needling special more than 1 month ago and when called to book an appt. I was told there was no availability until mid-July but I'd get added to a waiting list. I called today to check availability and when I POLITELY mentioned I'd wanted the service prior to specific event and that special is still available online though there's still no availability Robin decided she no longer wanted to help me and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager or owner and she hung up on me again. Again I would like to point out that my interaction was 100% polite - no attitude, no raised voice. This experience is like your bff opened her own little spa and worked on your skin really well. It's a no-frills type of a place, so no of those neg SoTa uppity vibes in here. It's like the Target of spas (except totally local & not a chain) - you love to go there, you go often bc you don't want to pay a butt-load for the same or similar stuff at the high end stores, it's not fancy but it gets the job done. You get a LOT for what you pay for and that's why I will be returning here. I got a microdermabrasion & facial. I loved it because I could really feel the tingles. She really dug into my pores cleaned that mess out & really worked my skin with some mechanism to try to get my mouth wrinkles out. I was slightly pink (not even red) the next day, but (1) I like that! It shows that whatever she did is working! And (2) it was easily covered with makeup so it wasn't super harsh. I like that middle-of-the-Road facial: not wimpy so you don't feel anything and not harsh so you aren't red for 3-5 Days. Nicole and I chatted away the entire time. Sometimes I like to chat sometimes I want to sleep. My sense is Nicole would be cool either way. The setup is super casual. If you're wanting a posh or luxurious atmosphere, then this isn't your place. Her mom is the receptionist who is so down to earth and pleasant to talk to. The bed was comfy & Nicole made sure I was never too cold or too hot with the treatments I was doing. Parking is easy. Booking is online so that's easy. All in all: reasonably priced facials in casual environment and I will return for basic skin maintenance for sure. read more

Horrible experience. I never made it to my treatment. They canceled right before my appointment and never called back to reschedule. I finally tracked them down and rebooked. Day of service my GPS took me to a different place when I called the older receptionist couldn't have been ruder. I asked her to verify if I should still come in as I would be late she disconnected me and when I tried to call back seven times she blocked every attempt. So I showed up not knowing if I had an appointment. The practitioner was equally unprofessional. Had they not wasted my time and answered the phone to allow me a reschedule and not drive all they way there. I wouldn't be so disgusted. I asked for a refund as this was a groupon. I think this place does false advertisement. It says it is laser whitening.... i look at the photos of their patients basically hooked up to their supposed "laser" machine... I must say it better not be laser..,because if it is laser, those patients' teeth nerves will be inflamed and will have a lot of problems that may not appear to have symptoms right away. Always always always go to dental professional for any teeth or gum zone. But still cannot believe this place is using this technology not knowing what it is. Actually it looks like this place is being run by one person Nicole doing medspa grade services like microdermabrasion etc, I'm wondering who is the doctor here ? I have been to Nicole 2x and sent my extremely picky mother to her as well. All 3 experiences have been wonderful. It was so relaxing my mom fell asleep during her facial. I always get the dermaplaning and some other zapping treatment that gets rid of these bumps on my cheeks. She does a thorough job, she really cares about what she's doing, she gives wonderful advice, and she's not trying to rip you off. Recently I asked her for advice about making my mom's pores smaller, I was asking about buying product, but instead, she explained a process to make pores smaller using steam and a frozen spoon. She treats her clients like good friends who she's giving the best care and advice. I usually think getting facials is not worth it, but with Nicole, I'm committed to a monthly facial and it's completely worth it. read more

I went here for a "back facial" after finding a deal with this spa on Groupon. The facial itself was good and I would do it again. However, the ladies working at the spa were unprofessional and the spa itself was a mess. The owner's daughter is homeschooled out of the spa and has a playroom in the other room. You can hear her daughter screaming in the other room while getting your facial - makes it hard to relax. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I would possibly go back because I understand how hard it can be for a working mom and the facial itself was still good. read more

I have been going to Nicole for a while but my last encounter was shocking. I got my usual microneedling service and pre paid $160 for products I was told I would get in a couple of days. A week later I heard nothing and contacted Nicole and was told it was out for delivery. I texted numerous times afterward with no response and drove from Tampa to Saint Petersburg only to be told that she didn't have my product.
