My daughter had acrylics done with design. I had a pedi with basic polish. All together with tip = $140. Able to put all on credit card. The woman who did the acrylics did an OUTSTANDING job! See picture for final design. It's been two weeks and she still has all of her nails and there's no chipping. My pedi was good. My feet got the "grater" so they're soft again. I have a tiny nail on my pinkie toes and she knew exactly what to do - file flat & paint my skin so it looks like a nail is there. I think feet are ugly so no pic to show you but they came out GREAT! I was fortunate to get appointments when I called on a Saturday morning when they first opened. By early afternoon, the walk-ins were waiting for quite a while. As a nail salon, you can expect it to smell fumey since most customers seem to get acrylics. All staff seem real nice & friendly and the place is clean. We will return! read more

Im not one to write reviews but ...ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. If could rate this place lower than 1 star I absolutely would. My mother had made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure right after for 3:45pm . She had texted to confirm the appointment of the manicure directly with the nail tech and was told he'd be able to fit her in immediately after she was done with her pedicure. My mom called the salon confirm as well as to ask if they could fit in me ( her son) for a pedicure and they said yes. When I arrived my mother was already seated about to wrap up her pedicure. ( The pedicurist was incredibly nice btw ) After my mom was finished and I sat down, the manicurist ( Tiger) was finishing up with another girl and my mom waited for him to do so by my side. Once he was finished with that girl, instead of seating my mother as was the original plan for the appointment... he instead sat another girl down. My mother confronted him and he was very hostile towards her telling her she was confused and that her appointment was " whenever he finished his clients after my moms pedicure" he was incredibly rude and had smug Attitude my mom informed the owner and showed her screenshots and the owner replied with ' what to do you want me to do?' My mom then asked for someone else to do her nails instead which another nail artist volunteered to do so. As the service went on with this other nail tech , tiger once again confronted my mom insulting her and saying she was confused and didn't know what she was talking about, the owner also joined the conversation and while my mother attempted to explain her self the owner walked away saying' Im not going to bother talking to someone who doesn't listen' . My mother was mortified and broke out into tears and just paid and left without finishing her nails. This establishments treatment of clients is absolutely disgusting especially considering my mother is a recurring client. I was really disappointed. I loved this place because they really do nice nails but I recently moved to Stoneham but regardless I chose to still drive 30 miles to come back to them and they were so rude this lady was literally talking to me as though she's talking to a dog. In short: i am scared of how dirty the experience was. I walked in here for the first time, the staff was super duper nice and welcoming, very professional but my main concern and complaint is the cleanliness. All the equipment that was used on me during the pedicure has not been sanitized, nothing was new and the nail color platter to choose from was in a very bad shape. The chair was covered with lotion. When I got into the wax room, the towel to lay my head on looked like it hasn't been changed for at least a week or for sure it was the same towel that was for the lady before me. The waxer used a pair tweezers which weren't sanitized prior. Disgusting. Damage: $50 (!!!!!) JUST for a pedicure gel French. What. The. Heck. The wax was reasonably priced, but not worth the used tweezer on my face. I really wanted to love this place because it is so convenient for me and right next to the train. Too bad. The shop is pretty basic, no frills. But they do a good job and for a good price. The service is nice and friendly. I got a mani pedi. My one complaint is that it just took so long. I must have been there for at least 2 hours. The tech took their time to make my nails perfect and I appreciate that but as a mom, I just don't have time like that. Getting away to get my nails done is a luxury already. I also wanted a design but since I had to wait for the owner I decided it would take too long. I have a concern with the cleanliness of the location. From the foot tubs to the tables, there was evidence of residue from previous services. The nail tech was going to leave my nails uneven until I advised her to clip them. To top it off they increased the price on me when it was time to pay!!! He got me into the door by quoting me one price, and made an excuse as why the price was increased. REALLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! Over the course of many years, we have gotten acrylics done at many different nails salons. And this one is by far the worst not to mention the most unsanitary. They rush through the job, don't remove your cuticles, apply the acrylic unevenly and thick, and leave you with very messy and unprofessional looking nails. The salon itself is dirty; their selection of regular polishes are visibly old and the table where they do your nails is covered in other people's nail dust. We got our nails done four days ago and it already looks like we need a fill. One of the nails came out crooked and many were different lengths, and our real nails are exposed on the sides and are already lifting. We're very disappointed and will be going to another salon to get them fixed. read more

Awful. My mom and I were charged $99 for a French acrylic set. The woman here put white tips on our nails, covered it with clear gel and sent us on our way. My set was done in less than half an hour. This woman was rude and rough. She kept hurting my mom and I and was insincerely apologetic. I have had so many sets and fills in my day and have never been out the door so fast, and been charged such a ridiculous amount for bad service. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Alec did such a good job :-) on my fresh natural nail The environment was friendly The manicure was fast and alec was so friendly. And everyone else was too. Prices were typical.... I get pink and white. Its average cost isn't cheap. Pink and white french manicure is supposed to be done with GEL. Ive recently learned that if the nail application is powder. Its ACRYLIC not the GEL Gel is GEL AND EVEN AFTER 3 weeks you cannot tell they need a fill I feel like a real sucker. Also the acrylic application of pink and white has to go on thick. Its not natural looking. The thickness makes them as strong as a thin layer of the GEL i was paying for and never received at MY NAILS. GEL price for ACRYLIC POWDER. Never again! read more

Well,I did my manicure and pedicure + gel there, they charged me $84 (manicure $27, pedicure $27, french design $5+$5, so total $64, another $20 i guess for their beautiful eyes) I payed $100 in total $84 + tip. I was told that gel polish will last up to 2 weeks, but as I got home from the salon I found that 1 nail was chipped and that was 2 days before of my wedding, I came back the next day, all what i needed was just to fix one nail, not a big deal, 30 sec to apply and 45 sec to dry in UV lamp. They did not apologize since it was not my fault, that was their unprofessional job. They told me to wait in line for 1 hour or to come back in one hour and they gonna fix the nail. As I was very busy with the wedding preparation I did not have time for that. This salon is 20 min drive from my house I couldn't drive back and forth 3 times around. All whatI had to do to go to another place which was closer to my house and redo my nails for another $35. read more

From my personal experience, they don't deserve even one-star. I needed to do an eyelash extension for my wedding ceremony day and I found My Nails on Yelp. I called in and explained my intention and the kind of eyelash extension I want, and got the confirmation and price, and my appointment booked for several day later at 12 PM. The day went in, exactly at 12PM, not even 1 minute late, the store was busy, and I was told that I have to wait for 10 mins by Alex, the owner of this business. I understand they are busy so I agree with waiting. 30 mins elapsed, I was getting a bit worried because I have my wedding gown try-on appointment at 1 PM which takes 30 mins drive to get to. I came forward and asked how long should I still need to wait, and was told again "it will be my turn soon". Finally after almost 40 mins wait, Alex quickly gave me an eyelash extension, before he started doing it, I have stated again my expectation is close to real lash type of short and natural looking eyelash extension, and received confirmation. However, after I got my eyelashes done, it was really thick, hard and pricky fake lashes got planted over my real lashes. It looks super long(long enough that's poking my eye lid) and the material is really heavy, hard and uncomfortable. I immediately voiced my concern, but he was too busy and jumped into helping the next customer. I asked for a remedy plan because I was really unhappy with the service I received, it was entirely different than what I was asking and I made it really clear the kind of final look I want over and over again prior to receiving the extension. He told me I could come back at 3 o'clock and he could trim it down for me, which I did come back again after rush to my wedding gown try-on appointment, back to the store exactly at 3. He was able to trim the fake lashes, but it's done in an extreme hurry, and the trim is uneven, my one eye is shorter, and the other eye is a lot longer. On one eye, the end of my eye was being cut straight(very not natural looking), and the rest of lashes are a lot longer than that part....you can imagine, very poorly done, and looks awful. Of course, this fix didn't do the work, and I asked why this is totally not what I want, and not natural at all, and after trying to convinced me this is very "natural" since the beginning, he finally said if I wanted a natural looking version and softer fake lash material, there's a higher price point version of extension I could do, which of course I wasn't aware of, and the lady who talked to me over the phone did not tell me such a service exist when I did tell her my expectation and requirement. I have agreed on getting the more expensive eyelash extension done, and I'm willing to pay more to get what I want for the big day. He told me he doesn't have time that day, and they are closed the next day, and I need to come back on Monday, when his sister can help me out. As much as I want to get this fake and awful looking eyelash extension fixed, I don't have other choice but agreed to this settlement. And I had to make so many arrangements on my Monday schedule just so I can come back here on Monday. Over the weekend, this fake eye lashes had irritated my eyes and my upper eye skin so much, I kept tearing during the night, and already sensitive skin(I'm 4-month pregnant) had been poked by the point of the thick plastic fake lashes so bad, and it gets rash at one point. I couldn't wait to get this replaced. Alex had texted me and confirmed on Monday's appointment with his sister. All of sudden, late Sunday night, I received his text message, saying he needs me to go to another store of his in another town (far from where I live, and had no public transportation service) because that's where his sister works. I was really surprised and upset because he promised in person and over the text that his sister will do the expensive version of eyelash extension right there at Framingham location, but it turned out to be not true. I had explained to him it's out of my way, and I won't have transportation to get there. It didn't look like he's going to make this happen for me, and my eyes are so irritated by the fake lashes material, I can't wait any longer (he said if I could wait till Wednesday). It didn't end well at the end of our conversation, because when I asked for a refund, and he told me he doesn't do refund. What's worse, he threatened to going to the police on me if I withhold my credit card payment because he had all my information on file. This is a very dishonest and not customer-oriented business and I had voiced out my concerns many times and received no real resolution buy excuses and last-min flakes or threatening. I'm extremely disappointed and angry by the experience and conversation with Alex. No customer deserves such unfair treatment. It's not worthy to lose customer's faith and trust over $90. It's not about the money, it's about the fairness and credibility that I deserve read more

I went in to do eyelash extensions and was not disappointed. The price for a full set was only 80$ the quality was exquisite, and they were extremely polite and nice. I did have to wait 30 minutes after the appointment time I had scheduled; however, they made up for the time by having the lash application take only half an hour! I've read everywhere that it takes about 2 hours and they just blew my mind with their speed. read more
