They were rushing me to pick the color and then one manicurist also jabbed me in the back with two fingers to rush me to the chair. They should just touch my hands not my back/body. The manicure was good but I will never walk into that business again. They should be out of business!!!! Extremely upset.!!! The manager was away at the Cape for 2-3 weeks. Received a dip manicure. Not the first one I've had, I've had many times before. Within 24 hours the entire polish lifted right off my finger ... in one solid piece, looked like a press on nail. This was while washing my hands. Unfortunately, I was on vacation so I spent my entire holiday with one finger unpolished. When I returned home from vacation, they "fixed" the one nail, and then the polish started dropping off of my other fingers. In some cases the polish just dropped off without me noticing in a solid piece, but in other cases, it half lifted off my finger in one solid piece that remained partially attached to my finger nail, so it would then rip the rest of the way off when it snagged on some thing, peeling a layer of my nail with it!!! In total five nails of polish came off. I went back and ask them just to remove it from the remaining nails, afterwards, they had the audacity to charge me for the removal!!! No stars is not a possible review. My fingernails are destroyed, they refused to accept responsibility, blamed me for the polish, dropping off my fingers, then charged me to have it removed from the remaining fingers!!! I never write reviews, but I feel a public service announcement was needed for this business. Clearly a mistake was made on their behalf. The honest and correct thing for them to have done would've been to except responsibility, redo the manicure, and perhaps even offered a free manicure for a future visit. That would've gone along way to affirm good customer relations, and repair my bad experience! But nope that's not what happened so here I am writing a review. read more

Workers are very nice however they do not know how to do a shape. The more disappointing part is plus they trying to charge for the shape they couldnt do. I am looking for honesty. If you can not do a shape just say youre not going to be able to. It is ridiculous how my nails came out i wanted to cry. The most disappointing part is they try to tell me this is a coffin shape and for this i paid 40$ including the "long nail 5 dollar plus" my experience was horrible. If they werent charging extra for the things they can not do; I wouldn't be as upset. But they cant to do it and plus they charge extra for it.... Very very disappointed. If you're looking for a fast "drive thru" pedicure, you're in the right place! I'm looking for a good nail salon here since I just moved to the area. I'm beginning to think there's no comparable place like California. This was the fastest pedicure ever! Less than 20 minutes! Soaked feet for 10 seconds, removed nail color, cut nail, slightly file, slightly cut cuticle, well she kind of dabbed here and there. Then slightly scrubbed my heel then slightly massaged with hot stone (10-20 seconds, I timed her). I would've liked the massage longer but she was in a rush I guess. Or is it because it's only $27? At first, when I came in they told me to choose color and I chose the "silver" top cover OPI. So she told me "oh, that's extra $5". WHAT?! I can buy a new OPI bottle for that price. So I chose the black top OPI and maybe she was mad at me for changing it. She didn't really talk to me except she talked to her co-worker in their native language. I bet they were talking about me. Her name was Tammy. So if you want a quickie pedicure, ask for her. Otherwise, stay away if you want a good pedicure! Too bad, I'm usually a good tipper. I'm so disappointed. :( read more

The workers are nice and the prices are decent. I may or may not get a good gel depending on who does my nails. This is place is kind of disgusting. One day I noticed white film on the marbles they put in the water to soak your nails. Today I noticed, after cutting my cuticles, the lady rinsed the cuticle cutter (with all of my cuticle skin) in the water I was dipping my finger nails in. She poured out the water and gentle rinsed the marbles and placed it right back in with the other marbles ready for next use. They need a better way of disinfecting their supplies. Not to mention how disgusting their foot scrub is. read more

Came here to remove my acrylics, and as soon as I said I didn't want a manicure along with it worker began to rush. Worker proceeded to remove my acrylic with a piece of plastic scratching my skin, and ripping off most of my top nail layer something i could have done myself with my own nails. I was charged 15$ for a very poor job done and was in the salon for about 3 minutes. I was then told they did not accept credit cards for under 20$. I did not have cash and so I had to use their atm in the back that charged 2$ just to use it. So yes I paid 17$ for my nails to be ripped off with a piece of plastic. Do not recommend read more

Tried this place for the first time and not happy at all. Everyone was nice but the work wasn't great. The shaping the technician did was awful and it just looks lumpy. Not to mention they charge $15 more for gel polish. A fill and gel polish is $40, which is way more than I pay anywhere else. It was supposed to be coffin shape but she just cut them down and didn't make an effort to shape it again. They offered to file it more after I mentioned it at the end but I was already so irritated that they charge so much and how it looked I knew I would just redo it somewhere else. I went here twice for dip powder nails. There was never a wait. Maybe certain people are better than others, but the 2 times I went, I wasn't very happy. The samples they give you to pick out the colors are done horribly so that should have tipped me off. This is def an in & out type of place. They encourage you to get short nails, I suspect because it takes less time to do. I will say they are the cheapest I have ever come across ($35), but you definitely get what you pay for. read more

I went today and Pedicure was great. Unfortunately my gel nails were not done well and will chip or peel shortly. The woman was very nice but she made my cuticle bleed. There was also white spots on my nails where paint was missing. A different woman who filed my nails first with the electric file accidentally damaged two of my nails by my cuticle- how that happened I'm not sure but it made it look like my nails were swollen. Ok nail salon. Don't go if you don't have a lot of time to wait. Waxing room feels dirty. They only take cash tips, and at my last visit, they seemed miffed when I refused to go next door to the convenience store and pay high fees to use their ATM. But here's the part that drove we to write this review: last time I was there, there was a sign on the nail drying station about winning a free charcoal mask session. You enter by texting a number. So I texted. I got a call and text back from a Mary Kay rep! I can't believe they tricked me into sharing my info with a scammer! You can read accounts of what happens if you follow through and claim your "prize" if you Google Mary Kay scam. There was no indication that I would contacting a 3rd party. Maybe I should have known better, but it seemed reasonable to think the service would be provided by the salon. Pretty infuriating. read more

After making an appointment I sat down for a pedicure and without even letting my feet to be in the water for one minute she began to remove my cuticles. I told her I needed my cuticle to soak... As any cuticle would even if you have a manicure. You cannot just rip and pull dry skin off. She was so upset and nasty. She said there was no time. I said that is fine perhaps to save time only do my feet and not my nails. She said I stayed late for both services and you can go home. She literally kicked me out and then would not let me speak. Offering one service was my idea to help her. I had liked her a lot and I would have even paid for both services and only had her work on my feet had she not been so disgustingly rude. I just spoke to the manager and she could have cared less. That for me is even more disgustingly despicable. The encounter was very embarrassing and humiliating in front of the other customers. Additionally, the woman who did my eyebrows took off half of my eyebrow. I don't know why I let her seeing that my 10-year-old niece noticed the same thing in a prior visit. I have been coming here regularly for the flexibility they offer for walk-ins. Most of the time, I have had a great experience with manicures and pedicures. But my last manicure didn't even last few hours :( It got chipped off and on day 3 today, all the paint is out. The person doing it was trying to di it super-fast. You can see the brush strokes and the coats on the nails. So disappointed because I had to go to an event and my chipped nails looked awful. In all fairness to them, they offered me to come back to fix it but it was too late by then :( read more

All I wanted a simple polish change. I did not have an appointment, but the "walk-in's welcome" sign made me think this should not be a problem. I should have left when the woman who greeted me seemed annoyed that I was there to begin with, but I had found some colors that I thought would work. The nail technician that I started to work with was apparently VERY annoyed that my polish had glitter and was so hard to get off - she actually seemed angry and was clearly not happy with the fact that she had to try to remove it. After about ten minutes, she stalked off because she "had another client." At that point, a second technician took over - and if anything, she was even MORE annoyed than the first. Both of them made me feel like it was a huge imposition for me to even be there. To be fair, the second technician did try to "soften" her approach when she saw me becoming upset - but I have NEVER been in the position of feeling like I had to apologize for being there at all and the fact that glitter polish does not come off easily. To top it off, my nails look sloppy - my 11 year old could have (and in fact has) done a much better job on my nails doing them at home. Maybe I will book an appointment with HER instead! Vee is fantastic and she really is a perfectionist making sure every nail looks amazing. I got new acrylics and I couldn't tell you how careful she was and they came out beautiful. I had a fill 3 weeks later which lasted another 3 weeks (no chipping at all). I just got them removed and she took her time to do my real nails which are very thin. She took that into account and used her many skills to make them look amazing! I am thankful I found her! read more

I've been here several times in a pinch as it's not close to my house. Each times I walk out with awesome, perfect looking nails without chips or the weird ripple on the side of the nail that sometimes happens with gel manicures. $30 for Gels is a great price too. Not much for conversationalists, but whatever. I guess when going with a friend you have to specifically ask to sit next to them and even then it doesn't always happen. That was a little frustrating. Used to come here regularly for pedis before I moved. The staff was always friendly and did a great job. Came back with friends recently and we were not impressed. For starters, we made appointments way in advance. Despite the appointment they only had staff available to do 2 of us. The other 2 had to wait. While frustrating it was really the quality of the pedis that were disappointing. Even through 2 of the group were started 15 minutes ahead of the others for some reason we all finished at the same time? There was no massage at all and at one point she slapped some scrub on my leg, wiped it once and then washed it off!
