I rarely write reviews, but I had such a good experience here. Took me right away at my appt time, and my mom's appt was a half hour later but they took her at the same time too so we could chat. My nail tech, Maya, was incredible. She did a great job and also was very personable and understood that I was a newbie and nervous about having nails that were too long for me. She did perfectly and even added an embellishment. Would definitely recommend!

I went for a fill for my acrylic nails. They were very grown out since it had been about 6 weeks since my last one. I normally drive to Medfield from Framingham because I have a place there I prefer but with car problems I thought I would try a closer place. Making the appointment was quick and easy. I did it online and felt comfortable until I arrived and realized that maybe they didn't understand what I was requesting. I showed pictures and continued to describe the shape and length I wanted and the nail tech kept saying "oh okay" or "I'll fix that in the next part". I felt like she understood me as I asked to have my nails shortened but not completely trimmed off. My anxiety continued as I watched her file them down over and over, still telling me she would fix it when I told her I wanted them longer. I guess she didn't understand me still until I said it the last time and she laughed at me and said "you said you wanted them shorter" My natural nails were trimmed down so far, hardly anything extends past my finger tips. At this point I'm not sure why I paid to get a fill when she just took off all the length. I'm extremely upset she didn't take me seriously. I didn't want her to paint them but I also didn't want to have the acrylic showing as that isn't pretty either. My business is named after my nails, this is not a joke. I also stim by sliding my nails under each other as a way to cope with anxiety. My nails are too short now to do that. I've gotten them done for years and I've never been so sad. I think it was a language barrier issue but in the end, I'm the customer and I didn't get what I wanted. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I took my daughter and the woman that did her nails was kind. I will not be returning and I will be telling others about my experience. I have learned my lesson.

Horrible experience! I asked for a no-polish manicure and left with scratches on my nails. I walked back in the same day and the manager put a top coat on my nails, but the scratches are still there. He said they would go away after a couple of days, it's been a month and this is what they still look like:

I got a full acrylic set and a gel deluxe pedicure and the service was amazing!! They were so kind and attentive and did an amazing job with everything, and the price and speed was some of the best i've seen. The inside was very cute and they were pretty busy which makes sense because it was such a good experience! Highly recommend and will be going back! read more

I moved to Framingham from Newton last year, but kept going to my salon in Newton because they did such a great job. However, my favorite nail tech left, so I decided to find a place in Framingham. Based on Yelp reviews, I made an appointment with Michael at Nail Time and More. Booking online was very easy. What a great job he did. I wanted gel - a French manicure with a particular color for the base. Michael accommodated me. He was very careful to be sure that all of the nails were the same length and shape, and the French manicure is perfect. I believe I have found my new nail salon! read more

The BEST nail place. Great prices for quality nails. Michael is my favorite nail tech. He is so sweet and makes sure your nails are exactly how you want them to be. Highly recommend! I got a new gel color and ombré on my old acrylic tips. They added two new tips to my pinkie fingers. Only $55!!! read more

Parking is limited, so, thankfully there are more spaces in the adjacent parking lot , that being said. My appointment was at 1, I was the only one in the salon. My manicure and pedicure appointment was ready! Nice and quiet. For $48 the price is right and since I stink at cutting my nails, this place is a godsend. Living close by helps too! read more

The ladies here are wonderful, the men not so much. One of them smokes and his hands and breath smell exactly like it. He doesn't provide warm water for the manicure or cuticle lotion. Was he even properly trained?? read more

I took a chance on this place because I needed a manicure to get rid of my old gel. It was walking distance from my bf's apartment so off I went. when I walked in there were a couple people in there so I walked in and was greeted immediately. I asked for a gel manicure and the woman asked if I wanted a pedicure too. Because I wasn't in a rush, I decided to do both. It was nice to dip my feet in warm water on a cold winter day and the walk over made me easily persuaded. The woman who started my pedicure let me sit in the chair while she wrapped my nails. She took her time on my pedi before the second woman came back to remove my gel polish. She then stayed to paint my nails and also finished my gel mani. Both of them were meticulous and I love the job they did. Thank you for making this a relaxing experience. read more

I've given this place a try a few times but I will not be going back! I went in to get a pedicure before vacation. My toes look okay but I'm disgusted by the experience I had. Everything was okay until woman was done massaging my legs and feet. She used damp warm towels to wipe the oil/ lotion off. She then walked over to the sink, rinsed the towels and the proceeded to put the same towels she had just used on me back into the towel warmer... WHAT? At this point I wanted to get up and leave but I didn't want to make a scene so I just kept looking at my phone. She then proceeded to paint my toes. While she was finishing, I noticed the cart with everything she had just used on me was now being used by the nail tech next to her.... Cuticle nippers, scrub brush, foot file etc. All without being cleaned. GROSS! I only saw them use the nippers on her before I got up to dry. I sat for 2 minutes to dry but I was so grossed out I had to get up and leave. After I got home I decided to call and speak to the owner because this was not okay. I explained what had happened and in reply I got "can you come back and I will fix it for you?" I'm sorry? I'm NEVER going back. And how can you "fix" that. I wasn't expecting on getting anything out of the phone call, but a sorry would have been nice! 30minutes later I got a phone call from the manager asking me about what happened. I told her that I had explained the entire situation to who I thought was the owner. She said they never use dirty towels on customers and use clean sanitized tools on everyone. Okay maybe you do... most of the time... but I'm telling you what I saw. I feel like I need to scrub my feet after just getting a pedicure. read more

This place is a joke. DO NOT HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE BY THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE. The man does whatever he wants to your nails, I went for acrylic refill however the lady i go wasn't there so he had to do my nails. He did a terrible job in shape and everything, when I told him I didn't like it, he gave me the filer and he said "do yourself if you didn't like it" also he said "don't come back if you don't like" this is ridiculous, and I respectfully told him, "I don't have to like anything you do, you do not accept opinions" he literally roasted me and ruined my nails. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE read more

After a bit, they were told to sit in the pedicure chairs but they were left unattended for quite a while again. Several of the other women who were waiting unhappily left. ( I should have as well. :- (. Almost an hour after my scheduled appt, I was seated and told to place my feet in water which had quite a few bubbles... I tried to make sure no fragrance was added (causes rash) but man who appeared to be in charge said "little English" and no one could help! I finally figured out it wasn't scented. The pedicure was okay though rushed. I was sent to drying area and told to "wait". After quite a while, I was checking my nails and noticed that the tissue used to separate my toes (instead of the foam ones other salons use) had stuck to one nail. I showed it to her and, with attitude she "fixed it" and told me to "wait " again. Again... she did not come back. I had a 12:15 appt... it was then 3 pm ( for a basic pedicure!). I went to the desk and paid and left, heading to my car. Next thing I hear "manager " yelling at me about not leaving a tip (I actually planned to and had it in my pocket but, with all the other drama, forgot). He actually had chased me into the parking lot!! tried to explain what happened but he was causing a huge embarrassing scene. At over 70 years old, I've never been treated so inappropriately and rudely !!! He told me it was my fault my toes were too close ( ummm never been an issue before!!). Then insisted (loudly) that I return to shop for "refund" People were staring... I was about to cry and told him ... I just wanted "to go home"... (I certainly did not want to be subjected to further abuse ). As I walked towards my car, he was still yelling. I cried on the way home: "Happy Mother's Day to me!!!" If you are in need of a nail treatment, I highly encourage you to seek any other establishment.

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. EspecialIy for an eyelash extension service. One of her past manicurist has told me that Cindy had stated she learned how to do this service online. Really? Online? Omg. That's dangerously awful. God forbids anyone to go blind. Would I & can I trust her? If learning online is her certification in lash extensions, I should tell my daughter to do it for me than. I really agree w/Krystyna B. About how rude Cindy can be. Cindy might've been good yrs & yrs ago. But as of today, she seems burnt & stressed. I've been in the salon & have heard her be rude on the phone like that too. She has fallen off her high horse. She curses a lot. Not so classy. She gets into these conflicting arguments w/her workers. So unprofessional. She's always badmouthing ppl. Like the sweet hairdresser next door, Lisa. Calling her all kinds of names. Jealousy? Sounds like it. There is always a new circle of workers. Which is sad because once u like that manicurist, they end up leaving by my next appt. I can understand why, after hearing her yell at one of the workers & leaving the older woman crying in tears, I wouldn't want to work for a witch like that neither. Maybe I caught her in a bad day, but all I heard coming out of her sailor mouth was negativity. Here are some of the reasons why I highly don't recommend: She goes straight to work right after eating, gross thing is she doesn't & haven't yet brushed her teeth. I've seen her do so. And saving the best for last ppls, this salon, Nail Time, reuses their files & buffers! They do! I was so grossed out by it had to say something. While getting my nail services done, All I kept looking at was the excessive dirt & filth that was left behind on the file from the clients before me. I was horrified! Hasn't state boards cracked down on that? My manicurist was kindly happy to get a new one for me. Nancy was her name.she was a funny character. Nancy said that Cindy makes her reuses the files, etc.Maybe the salon will get busier if Cindy was more sanitized. Cindy might be busy, due only to her old clientele. But for a new list, I differ that. My advice to Cindy, take a refreshing business course woman! Or retire, u are screaming it Loud & clearly. Everyone, look closely next time when u do come to this salon, look at the files, buffers & etc. lol. Also, the tools & utensils that are left in the sanitizing box, well, the machine is never on! For the prices she offers, it's not worth someone catching a fungus or getting my eyes glued shut! read more

Worst experience of my life. Went in for a mani & pedi this Sunday and got the male nail tech. He repeatedly made inappropriate comments, including asking about my relationship status, why I don't have a boyfriend, and when I last had a boyfriend. He left in the middle of my pedicure to smoke a cigarette, and continuously asked inappropriate questions. The pedicure lasted almost two hours, and he rubbed my legs for an absurd amount of time, including above the knee which made me feel so uncomfortable. I ended up having to leave before getting a manicure done because it was such a terrible situation and I will never be returning. The woman I spoke to about the situation was nice, but unfortunately I can't support a business that hires such inappropriate staff who are boarder line sexually harassing their clients. read more

I have been to many, many nails salons throughout the years and I am a retired nail technician myself. I am very particular about my nail care and I have to say that I have NEVER BEFORE had a nail technician as Mai T. She is AWESOME! WONDERFUL! THE BEST! Her attention to detail blows my mind! Nail Time and More is the BEST nail salon in the area! After going there for a while, I brought my entire wedding party and some family to the salon to get "wedding ready" and pampered. Everyone was obsessed with how their nails and toes looked! From colors, to chrome, to nail art, everything was perfect! Michael was amazing and accommodated all of our guests (about 10) and all the staff was so kind, making sure everyone got the services they wanted and were happy.
